The employee simply responded, "Yeah," without any additional assistance. What concerned me most was that the hot lattes were served without lids or sleeves. Aside from being inconvenient, that seems like a safety issue, especially with hot drinks. As for the lattes themselves, they were okay but nothing memorable.
