All rice first couple of bites into the burrito.
    Z D.

Taste was very bland. The burrito was completely filled with rice. There was no beans even though she asked me if I wanted pinto beans or black beans and there was no sour cream. The lady taking the order was very nice and friendly. The food is very overpriced. I paid $30 for three tacos and one burrito. I also added sour cream on the tacos, and there was no sour cream so the order was wrong also. Not much to explain on the ambience of the truck since it's outdoor it is on a Main Street( San Ramon Valley Boulevard) but parking is not difficult. Sometimes you should just follow your gut when a taco truck does not have anybody there it's probably best to avoid. I have passed this truck on multiple occasions and never seen anybody there. I did figure I would give it a try since Mexican food in San Ramon is pretty scarce however for that price that they charged you could've easily went to a local Mexican restaurant. If they made their prices, more comparable to other taco trucks that are in neighboring Danville and Dublin that would be one area of improvement. They could also make sure to add all ingredients in the burrito and taco. The burrito could've been a little bit larger as three restaurants in the area charge less than here and have about 30% more in size.

Catered food truck for house party!

They gave us two cups of free tortillas, a self-serve, generously stocked salsa bar. The food came out pretty quickly, and that's when we realized just how much we ordered! Plates were huge and both the dishes came with beans and rice. The fajitas plate was $20.88 and could easily serve two people, it came with sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, tomato slice, meat and veggies, and beans and rice. The chile relleno wasn't as crispy as I'd hoped, since it was drenched in sauce, but it did have a nice cheese pull. I noticed a lot of people getting takeout, and next time, I think I will do the same.

My husbands Al pastore had no flavor to the pork, and one side was all rice. Disappointed at the lack of even distribution. When I look at the pictures in this site, I wished I would have gotten a different chef It is a heavy burrito, just wish they all were made correctly, or better. As far as the salsas, I wish at least one had chunks of tomatoes & peppers.... something more substantial Probably will be back..maybe next year.

So we are meeting in the middle for this one (the only review where I am incorporating his feedback as well). Service and Staff: - The cashier we had kind of mumbled and didn't seem happy to be there, so that was a rough start - I'm not sure if they were short-staffed or if there were really that many orders, but it took quite some time to get our food. The cashier came over and offered me some free chips as he recognized how long it was taking (very kind) Food: - Loaded potato tacos: these were actually quite delicious and very filling as each taco is very large. I liked the cheese that was cooked onto the tortillas before the filling was put in - Tacos: my partner got their crispy tacos. The rice and beans were good Miscellaneous: - My partner loves the salsa bar, so we got a lot to try - The vending machine for drinks was acting kind of wonky - I wasn't able to choose my drink as the screen wasn't really working - Plenty of parking available via a shared parking lot with other businesses - Good for large and small groups - Ambiance is casual and little bit loud. Good for families

Rice is okay but not anything to write home about, also gives can vibes a little. Okay option considering that San Ramon isn't really known for Tex Mex or Mexican food really in general. Not bad. Also, they are understaffed here, so I wouldn't expect there to be someone at the counter all the time. Standards are pretty low for San Ramon but as someone from SoCal this is a little sad

Burrito comes with eggs, jack and cheddar cheese, tator tots, and your choice of protein (I choose bacon). The difference between American style and Mexican style is that American style has tator tots and Mexican style has roasted potatoes. The burrito comes out hot. Cheese is melted. Every thing is incorporated with one another. Tator tots adds a texture crunch. I've been to places where it felt like they just tossed cold ingredients together. Also the horchata was bomb. Not overly sweet. It's typical taco shop, so benches and tables are together. Normal decor on the walls and some security camera light bulbs over table. Some bar tops. Limited sitting so if it's busy might be difficult to get a table. Salsa and tortilla chip bar is also available. My only thing is the wait. Took about 30 minutes to get from ordering to getting the burrito. So when we come back, gonna order online for pick up to reduce the wait.

We got 20 tacos total -- 5 birria, 5 carne asada, 5 fajita and 5 red potato -- plus a side of carne asada fries. The tacos weren't bad... but they also weren't anything that had me saying WOOOOW either So honestly, I'm not really sure where all the social media hype is coming from. Maybe I just caught them on a busy day because they were SUPER busy. The carne asada fries were probably my biggest disappointment. I like my fries crispy and actually cooked, and these just weren't. They were pretty soft and didn't really do it for me, especially after driving an hour to come try this place. gonna assume the fries came out the way they did because of how busy they were they were rushed. I will say the service dog experience was cool. They welcomed him with no problem and were actually really nice about it. They even brought him some taco meat, which I thought was pretty damn cool Overall, I'm glad I tried it for myself, the place was clean and all that. but I'm not gonna jump on the bandwagon.. If I'm not eating 5-star food, I'm not giving 5 stars. ‍

We started with the Crispy Cauliflower, coated with tempura batter and served with lemon aioli; Roasted Brussels Sprouts, topped with chili flakes & Parmesan and served in a cast iron skillet; and the Hummus, topped with Pepitas and served with thin, crispy parm'd pizza bread. The Chopped Kale Salad came with apple, radish, carrot, cotija, and Pepitas, all tossed in a tangy pomegranate vinaigrette; and the Chickpea Salad also had a base of kale topped with chickpeas, roasted sweet potato/carrot, and charred halloumi, and dressed with herbed pesto. The highlight of the menu was their creative pizzas, which you could order either on a thin, crispy Neapolitan crust, or on a thick, soft, square-shaped Detroit-style base with crispy baked cheese edges. The Fun Guy came with porcini cream, mushroom, onion, goat cheese, and pecorino; and the Hail Mary came with beer braised chicken, caramelized onion, cotija, garlic, and Calabrian chili oil, which gave the pizza a flavorful spicy kick. Overall, my favorite items were the Hummus with aromatic pizza bread; and the tantalizingly spicy Detroit-style Hail Mary, but everything was tasty and came at a good value and with quick service too!

I can't stress the service here enough, it's amazing. Now to the good stuff! Started off with complimentary chips and salsa which I paired with a michelada! Not sure if I was just stressed from work but be michelada was AMAZING! Appetizer was some cooked oysters, 2 Parmesan and 2 mango habanero. The mango habanero were ok but the Parmesan ones were elite!!! Insane flavor. I ordered the molcajete traditional which came with steak, chicken, chorizo, and shrimp. It was so good! Came in a steaming molcajete with tortillas. We also ordered ceviche de pescado which was missing some lemon. That was fixed quickly when we asked for some limes. Im extremely pleased with this place. Clean all around from the bar, to the dining area, to the bathrooms. Good lighting and tv's at the bar if you want to come watch a game. I wish this business all the success. A true gem in Dublin perfect for date night.
