    Chicken quesadilla

I've been going here ever since I was in elementary school. The prices have gone up since then (of course it has, their food is HELLA good) but that doesn't bother me at all! I LOVE their quesadillas! You can ask to get it with sour cream and hot sauce at no extra charge. It also comes with bbq'd one whole jalapeno, a clove of garlic and a horseraddish? I'm not sure what it is. lol I'll post a picture and let you decide. Their super burritos are the best too!

    THEE BEST!!!!

I love their Birria Tacos! They are always delicious and everyone that tries them, says the same thing.

The line was considerably long around 7:30 p.m. so it took a while for us to order and receive our food. I like that the tacos here are single tortilla -- as opposed to double tortillas, so the filling to tortilla ratio feels a lot more balanced. For both tacos, the meat is incredibly tender and flavorful. Although a bunch of sauces and garnishes are provided, the taco was good enough on its own. Of the sauces we received, my favorites to add was a squeeze of lime and the red sauce, which had a nice smokey Chipotle flavor and wasn't overly spicy. My friend ordered a quesadilla and it was absolutely massive! I definitely would only recommending ordering a quesadilla if you're sharing it, or if you're coming with a massive appetite. Overall, Tacos El Sazón Oaxaqueño was a nice gem we randomly stumbled upon while routing to In-N-Out for burgers. Between the two, I would certainly save my stomach space for tacos from Tacos El Sazón Oaxaqueño next time.

I have to be honest, this truck was so disappointing. There is no shortage of taco trucks in the…read morearea so there is no reason for this one to be so bad. We gave it a shot because it was parked right inside the Fairgrounds for the Dinosaur Adventure event that went on last weekend. I should have yelped it first, but we went in blind, and now I regret it. We ordered 2 revuelta pupusas, the 3 taco plate, and the elote. First of all, their prices are insane. $7 for 1 pupusa? $15 for 3 tacos? $5 for elote kinda made sense but seriously, they didn't even execute that one right so still wasn't worth it. It seemed to be a one woman show, so I can excuse the wait time. Everyone knows pupusas can take about 15 min anyways so the wait didn't bother me. My elote was hot, but it barely had any cheese on it. All you could see was mayo, tajin, and a light sprinkle of cheese... I feel like the cheese is kinda what makes it so how are you gonna skimp on that. It was served on a plate, and then folded into foil so I guess that's nice but no. The cheese didn't just fall off on the plate, it just wasn't anywhere to be found :( The corn was sweet though, so I did enjoy it still but the elote mans would be ashamed to see how this one was served. The 3 taco plate only came with 1 salsa. Their mild is a green salsa that tasted like water. I had to ask for a spicy red one which just tasted like roasted pepper water/oil. I was not a fan. The chicken tacos were basically rotissierie chicken meat on a tortilla. No "asado" to be found anywhere. I'm an al pastor girly but this was the worst al pastor of my life. I didn't even finish it, it was that bad. The revueltas were the saving grace but even then.. they were mid. They were sooooo hot though, and had a decent amount of filling. The slaw paired with this was nice and tangy but again, the mild green salsa did nothing for the pupusa. I love when the cheese oozes out of pupusas and get all grilled up, nice and crispy. This pupusa wasn't giving all that lol It could have used a bit more salt/flavor but compared to everything else, it was good and the reason why I'm giving 2 stars. However, $7 for one pupusa is ridiculous. I understand inflation, but the food prices here do not match the food that is being served. The woman running the truck was nice though, so I do appreciate that and how hard she must be working if she's doing things alone. I just wouldn't ever come back.

In 2026, this might be the ultimate deal you will come across without the requirement of a coupon. Parking is readily available, and you'll notice there's always people waiting for food: a sign the food is worth coming for. My food came with a small complimentary side of pickled carrots and peppers, some onions, two salsas, and a small bag of chips. This really truly is the best in Vallejo.

I used to come here after school exams for burritos and tacos. You can't go wrong with either, but I highly recommend the suadero, their rose meat. It is easily the best thing on the menu. The burritos used to be about 12 dollars and are now around 16, but the quality and portion still make it worth it. I recently came back after about a year and it tasted exactly the same. Their service is always quick despite the long line of people there. Their complimentary pickled onions, grilled onions, and carrots along with their homemade sauces really take the burritos and tacos to another level. They have added more seating so you can eat there fresh and hot. Parking is still tight with only a few spots nearby, but it is worth it for the food.

I paid $55 for a small bag with a small peach cobbler, a small loaf of sweet potato bread, and a small sweet potato pie. The sweet potato pie was good. He explained that it had less sugar for diabetics. I thought it had the right amount of sugar for a regular dessert. Diabetics should avoid eating Patrick's treats. I think it's just a matter of Patrick studying his target audience for pop-up events and festivals beforehand and adjusting his ingredients accordingly. I would say half the amount of sugar in the cobbler and sweet potato loaf would have made it much better. Also, if possible, lower the cost for the 3 bagged items by at least $25.

The wontons are addictingly crunchy without any grease, and the sauces have a lot of sweet and savory flavors. But the portion of fish has shrunk significantly since I first ordered them about 3yrs ago while the price has moderately stayed the same, around $20. The most recent purchase was at this week's Nihonmachi Fair in Japantown in San Francisco. I was looking at other people's orders to see the portion size of fish. Well, I didn't want to look creepy anymore so I stood in line to buy my own. As I waited in line, I remembered the scant amount of fish when I got them at the Union Street Festival. But I enjoyed the flavors and textures. Well, I got about 6-7 small cubes of tuna. The avocado was slightly frozen, but I didn't mind that too much because of the hot weather. And the other flavors and textures were consistent like before. I know that costs are at an all time high, and the price point for selling food should be reflective of those costs, labor, permits, etc. And I know vendors are cognizant of what price points will be attractive to buyers. But seeing the small amount of tuna is still nonetheless disappointing. Yet, out of all the street festivals I've been to, I don't see a product similar to this one. So it's possible I'd order sushi nachos again, but maybe without fish at all since it's the cheaper price point. I may get more bang for my buck if I bought sashimi elsewhere to add to the nachos. Cash is king but they also take Venmo and credit cards.

Yes. Is it a fun twist that you might just pick up every once in a while at an event? I think that's exactly it. The sushi bake lumpia just tasted like deep fried sushi rice and imitation crab wrapped in some seaweed. With all the viral sushi bakes online, I would have hoped there was more substance to it. It wasn't terrible, but definitely not worth the $18 price point. The tuna nachos were solid in flavor / texture, but again lacked real substance in the form of fish. It was tasty, but for $19, that was a really expensive plate of fried wontons. Vendors were kind. Note there's a 4% surcharge for credit cards, so bring cash if you want to try.
