I tried three different tacos and a Quesabirria, each packed with great flavor. Their birria was especially impressive--it's hard to find good birria! To top it off, there's a coffee cart across the lot with refreshing drinks. I had a Lotus energy drink, and my girl had a spritzer--both hit the spot after a long day outdoors. The service was as amazing as the food. The brother at the register was super friendly, sharing how they prepare everything with care, and his sister in the truck was incredibly sweet and courteous. The two girls at the coffee cart were also lovely and added to the welcoming atmosphere. Though I live far, I'll definitely be coming back. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for delicious food and great service.

The meat was tender, flavorful, and every bite was delicious. My mom and brother both got the shrimp tacos, and they loved them too. The shrimp was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Before our food even came out, we couldn't stop eating the chips and salsa. The chips were warm and crispy, and the salsa tasted fresh with just the right amount of spice. It's one of those places where you have to remind yourself to save room for the main course because the chips and salsa are that good. The biggest reason this visit stood out, though, was our waitress, Gina. She was hands down the best waitress we had during our entire trip. She was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to enjoy taking care of her guests. She checked on us often without ever being overbearing, made sure our drinks never went empty, and always had a smile on her face. It's rare to come across someone who provides service that makes you feel like you're a valued guest instead of just another table. If you visit Rita's Cantina, I hope you get Gina as your waitress because she truly made our experience memorable.
