My asada burrito missing sour cream

I'm so sad because this used to be one of my favorite burrito spots, and now I remember why I stopped coming here. Customer service was good Restaurant was clean, but there was a bunch of pigeons close to the salsa bar. The reason why I'm giving a 3 star rating is because time and time again I have come and ordered a burrito de asada with everything add on sour cream but I never get the sour cream. I get charged for the sour cream. However, they always fail to add it. Our food was on the saltier side today, too, so It wasn't enjoyable. I spent approximately $19 on a burrito and mulita and we left unsatisfied sadly

EAT YOUR HEART OUT KING TACO! GREAT NACHOS, BUT RUDE WOMAN TAKING ORDERS & THE PARKING IS TERRIBLE!! My boyfriend brought me to this place 5/6/21 pretty late (10:00pm) and ordered us food, and y'all, to get in there was hell. There is one way in and one way out! When you're reversing to get out, you're going into a busy street that doesn't give a care to wait (typical LA Bs) but beside that, honestly the worst part to it was the lady taking orders. She has a really bad attitude and it definitely made me want to leave. This was my first time here and who the heck wants to deal with a literal sourpuss. We went ahead and ignored the sourpuss and ordered. we ordered 1 Quesadilla, 1 large pina Fresca, 1 sope, and 1 box of nachos. Be sure to check your bags and don't forget your drinks like us, HAHA. We had to go back for the drink, and it was a disaster with parking the second time around. Food: The quesadilla was 10/10! Tastes like my grandma made it! Soooo filling and the flavors were totally there. sope: 10/10. Pretty big and super flavorful! Pina drink: 10/10 who doesn't like pineapple! (Just don't forget it because it's a bit expensive) Nachos: 10/10! They were amazing! They don't have beans (I need beans with nachos!) but the rest was amazing and still made it as a 10 meal. The asada is AMAZING, the other toppings tasted fresh, and I swear the cheese is crack. Way better thank king taco! Next time I will totally add beans, but as I said, the meal was still great. Besides some rocky customer service, I loved it here. Black people, white people, Puerto Rican's, Mexicans, and all of the above is eating here. It really is that good and I will definitely be back to try more things! They're also pretty affordable. All of our food was 20.00! Also, they stay open late! WINNING!

I've only ever ordered asada fries from here and pastor tacos a couple of times. I can't ever get enough of their asada fries. Their asada and pastor meat is perfect. There is a cook outside grilling fresh meat all day. Literally the only downside is parking. The lot is tiny and full depending on what time of day you're there.

Their burritos are fucking good for a truck that's not full The burritos are simple nothing More than a regular burrito but they are good they're beans have good taste, actually Today's a second day I came just to make sure that they were good

    The smell was amazing!

This location is OPEN! I went to volunteer @ the LA Regional Food Bank down the street. On the way there I noticed them firing up the outdoor BBQ Grill around 9 am. I told myself that if it looked official on my way back home then I would stop for Lunch. Boy! Am I glad I did. All I needed to see was the perfectly golden brown chicken grilling to know I was going to eat well. This is authentic as it gets. I had to get the Orange soda with my Meal! The chicken was so flavorful and moist with a crispy skin. Combine that with the homemade salsa and tortillas! It was heaven. I will stop here every time I am in the area of Vernon. This is a hidden gem within this great city.

I drove all the way from Pasadena just for this and trust me it was worth it!!! I just hate the parking.

Food is good and fresh. The asada burritos are my go too but everything is good. You can order at the window for there or to go.

The staff are lovely humans who really seem to care about their customers. We have some faves on the menu. The bean dip is fabulous and I'm addicted to the baby gem salad. They have recently amped up the filling in the delicious crispy squash blossoms and I love the acidity and heat. The fish is also a hit in my books. One dish that doesn't work for me is the lamb chops, which is a shame since it's my favorite protein. I've ordered them multiple times with clear instructions on temperature and have found them overcooked and tough. The beef tostada was just ok. Whilst I loved the pickled veg on the side, the beef was underseasoned. It wasn't bad - just not up to the standard of other dishes. The vibe in the place is welcoming and the restaurant is nicely appointed. We will continue to be regulars and it's really worth trying if you haven't been yet.

Located between Koreatown and Pico-Union, this restaurant delivers an outstanding dining experience from the moment you're seated. My wife and I both ordered the Mole Coloradito with chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. One detail we really appreciated was being able to choose between white meat or dark meat--a thoughtful touch that lets you customize your meal to your preference. The mole was rich, complex, and full of flavor, exactly what you would hope for from a restaurant known for its Oaxacan specialties. As a welcome appetizer, they bring fresh chips and salsa to the table, but what really impressed us was when they replaced the salsa with their incredible mole sauce. It was so good we found ourselves dipping everything into it. Both meals were served with rice that was perfectly cooked with a great consistency and flavor. For those feeling adventurous, give the Chapulines (grasshoppers) a try. They may sound intimidating, but they were surprisingly enjoyable and added to the authentic experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and patient with those of us who are not fluent in Spanish. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and welcomed throughout our visit. Great food, authentic flavors, and wonderful service make Guelaguetza a restaurant we'll definitely be returning to. Highly recommended!

As soon as you walk up the stairwell you'll be transported into this super cute place with an outdoor-indoor feel, almost like an elegant treehouse. We were seated on the second level which provided a Birds Eye view of the restaurant. We ordered a few items to share: Cameron ceviche, flautas and for our sweet tooth, French toast paired with a mango sorbet surprise with a candle for our birthdays (tip: we drizzled the melted sorbet on our French toast and took small scoops with each bite - game changer!). Everything was so delicious! We also ordered mocktails, a miche-nada for him and a lemony drink for me. This experience wouldn't have been as great without the exceptional service we had. Our waters were always refilled without asking, our tables were cleaned with every dish, honestly top-notch service! Parking can be a bit challenging but drive around a few blocks and you'll find a few spaces. Worth the walk after an incredible meal. Happy eating!

My only real bummer was discovering they took the vegan ceviche off the menu--that was actually the whole reason I came back! I'm sure they have their reasons, but I was pretty disheartened to see it go. Overall, the menu doesn't have a ton of vegan items, but they do have some room for adjustments if you ask. Despite the menu change, the incredible atmosphere and unique menu still make it a must-try.

They offer a "Mini" version which would be satisfactory for one person. My favorite thing about these burritos is how "home-made" they are, the salsas and meats are fresh and taste like they came out of an abuelitas kitchen. I still need to try the crunchy tacos and nachos which look great, I recommend trying this classic establishment at least once if you're in the area.
