Amazing Food!! I was craving a taco and Tacos Miranda popped up as close by. The sign and strip mall are discreet so you might miss it. I ordered the beef taquitos, kids quesadilla, bean and cheese burrito, hard shell taco with machaca shredded beef (off menu), and the spinach, pineapple aqua fresca. All were amazing--so fresh and they came with perfectly marinated carrots and jalepeno. Standouts were the taquitos, taco, and aqua fresca. They use beef tallow, which made the quesadilla and bean and cheese burrito taste a little off to us, but still good. Highly recommend if you're in the area! read more

I've been to Tacos Miranda a handful of times now and have tried both the tacos and burritos. Everything I've had has been fresh and flavorful, but today's beef burrito deserves a special mention. It was HUGE! I honestly don't know how I'm going to finish it. If you're looking for a great local Mexican spot in Huntington Beach, I definitely recommend giving Tacos Miranda a try. There's nothing not to love about this new spot. It's our third time here just this week The breakfast burrito is beyond words, the tortilla tasted homemade and fresh, as well as every ingredient. It's a large portion so me and my husband are able to share every time. It comes with chips and salsa and all the salsa options are so good it's hard to choose. The drink is so fresh and sweet which adds the perfect mix with the food. I'll be bringing friends and family here every chance I get. The inside is very clean, it has a decent amount of seating but I wouldn't recommend a group over eight to sit inside. Also the staff is very friendly and recognize familiar faces! Great little spot that just recently opened up. They have a few indoor tables and chairs. Food is great and fast. I love their fish tacos because the portions of fish are larger than normal fish tacos size and they top it with mango pico de gallo...so yummy! I don't get the hype. Asada has no flavor and fatty pieces. Tortillas are not good there was no effort to source quality tortillas. 16 oz canned sodas are from Dollar Tree. Fish taco was pretty good. This review has been overly delayed. Tacos Miranda has been my favorite spot to go to since it was a Taco Stand just out front of the building they are in now. The Food was Good back then and it is still Good now. The prices are Good. Breakfast is served ALL DAY. And the Tacos, Burritos, quesadillas, sopes and the Chilaquiles are awesome. I've been to Tacos Miranda twice now, and both visits have been excellent. I ordered different items each time, and everything I've tried has been fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. It does not taste like generic, prepackaged restaurant food. You can smell the difference from things being cooked in beef tallow, and the flavor absolutely backs it up. This has quickly become my new go-to Mexican spot in Huntington Beach. I'm already looking forward to coming back and trying their breakfast next. read more

I'll probably go here 2 to 3 times a week now and so far everything I've had is pretty darn good The tacos and the regular tacos are fantastic, the meats are so flavorful. I highly recommend trying the Machaca. And I love that I can get a full breakfast here on the weekends and is also super delicious. Really friendly staff really fast service. Just moved to HB and would always see their taco cart outside extremely busy and when I saw that they opened up their restaurant I was excited. Tried it for the first time tonight and it was amazing. So excited this place open near us, they have absolutely amazing burritos with really good Carne Asada, Carnitas, and chicken! Guac is great also. Highly recommend the burritos and the bowls. Their chips could use a little bit of additional seasoning, they've gotten better, but could still use some work, even just a little extra salt or some flavoring but other than that really good food. read more

I am SO happy to see they got a store front! They used to sell their food as a street vendor. Their food was already amazing and now that they have a store, it seems even better. The staff are friendly and seem like they genuinely enjoy working there. They went above and beyond to accommodate a dietary restriction one of us had. The food was delicious! I got the carnitas and fish taco plate. Carnitas is the best I've ever had. The portions were huge and I felt like we got what we paid for. My only critique would be the breading on the fish taco was a little thick/heavy. The beans and rice were really good too! My favorite salsa was the habanero.
