Good service and great wedge salad but the wings never got off the ground. There are two sports bars on this corner and both have wing specials. Wednesday for the other establishment and Thursdays here at the TIP. I was here a few weeks ago and they had a killer Parmesan wings with some nice heat packing but tonight they were different and just plain Parm wings tossed in some standard Louisiana hot sauce. On my second order I asked for the mango habanero and got more Louisiana hot sauce and tasted just like the Parmesan wings minus the cheese. When you order a Coors you get a Silver Bullet, more yuck on the palate. Patty was a trooper though and swapped it out for a "Banquet". When you order a Budweiser they never bring you a Bud Light. I remember when you could order a Coors and they had one flavor before that ugly silver can. Apparently they have other locations but if the recipes are so different in a few weeks at the same place I'd hate to see the diff with other kitchens. I'm a big fan of the Wedge Salad! We usually love meeting my family at this spot, but our last visit a few weeks ago was disappointing. I ordered a burger with a side of tater tots, but the tater tots were really hard. My partner chose a blue cheeseburger, and the blue cheese looked quite unappetizing. Unfortunately, we both ended up feeling sick after eating. read more

Food is not bad, but they are way more expensive than Olive Garden and there is simply no comparison wrt quality or quantity. Extremely disappointing, the family wanted to go, but they usually eat at Taco Bell, so easy to understand why they think this is good food, they never pick up a bill, so to them this is acceptable, as they order a bunch of stuff and take home the leftovers. read more

As a family we love Tailgaters and we go all the time. However this time was terrible. We got there around 5:30pm and it started off great. We ordered our food and waited. Little longer wait but no problem it was a little busy. My food arrived and I had ordered the buffalo chicken sub and it came out as the Parmesan sub. Took about 10-15 for our server to come over and see if everything was ok since she was not the one to drop it off. I told her it was wrong and there was marinara in it instead of the buffalo sauce. She took it back. No apology. She then brought it with no fries or the blue cheese that comes one the side. I asked her where it all was. She said it was a remake so it's just the sandwich. What!?!?! I would understand if it's something I started eating but I never even ate it because I could see it was wrong. She said she would fix it and I asked at that point to put it in a box. The entire family had already finished their food. I did speak with the manager and she took off my sandwich which I appreciated. However I just got home and there is no buffalo sauce!!! I am just so disappointed in all of it as if it was all my fault. No apologies until I talked with the manager when she apologized. Waiting for my vehicle at Discount Tires around noontime, I decided to try Tailgaters for lunch. Seating was immediate and my server took my drink order and answered my questions about the menu. She was both friendly and professional...a great representative for the restaurant. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich and it was delicious as were the fries. We decided to give this place a 2nd (realistically probably a 4th) chance after a few previous bad experiences. This time, we ordered delivery. I had to spell our street name (a very common and easy one) 7 times, not exaggerating, 7 times. Our very simple order had to be repeated 4 times. When we finally received our calzones, they were half the size they normally are from Tailgaters. They were pathetically small, very obviously radically different than anything we've ever received from the restaurant. With the tiny portions and poor customer service, we won't be back. Came here with my family saw a girl hitting the vape at a beverage station, manager walked by like it was a normal occurrence. We waited 30 minutes for our food to come out cold and soggy all i got were the chicken strips i don't know how someone can mess up on chicken strips but they did. Came for the atmosphere-given the location it was either this or Denny's and let's be honest it's always adventurous and admirable to try a new spot when traveling. So let's get to it. It was live. The crowd was hard to figure out. From the 85 year old godfather that everyone seemed to know to the 22 year old standard that only two female servers knew... I had a the Phoenix Suns Bru and pepperoni bites. Both were DELICIOUS. With that being said, if you've seen my other posts, there's one thing I cannot get past: slow service and no communication. The server was nice but outside of that, invisible. Will I come back? If I have to return for work. Willingly, hard saying. Slow service for amazing pizza bites? I think that's a fair trade. So I was at Discount tire around 10:30 am! I work nights so it was my dinner time! I already ate at the other places in the little shopping center over the weekend. It only leaves Dennys and tailgaters! Sadly both places I have been to a handful of times and NEVER a good experience.. I picked tailgaters and Walked over with very little expectations! Sat down. And this wonderful lady that served me was so tentative. Food was good and actually hot for a change. Ordered the Ruben "of course ". Service was with a smile! She was a wonderful person and definitely may see me again around lunch (my dinner) again. 3 stars is based on 3 visits. If it wasn't for this last visit it would be a 1 star. On a whim we decided to give this place a chance. We saw the 1 star review and were skeptical, but after eating here I can say this place is not a 1 star restaurant. The hostess seated us right away and shortly after the waitress took our drink orders. The place had a decent crowd and we received our drinks and food quickly. We ordered the bbq burger and bleu cheese burger. Both were good. I personally don't like dry bread so I had to request a side of mayo. The burgers weren't amazing but they weren't bad. My wife and i were there to meet a couple of friend that will be moving in a few days. We got seated and our drinks then the friends arrived after a couple of minutes they got their beverages. We chatted a bit then ordered our food. About 15-20 minutes later a lady came out (not our server) and said that three of the meals were done but it will be some time more for my 12" pizza, to which i replied bring their food and i hope that i get a discount on this. The girl said she would take care of it. About 10-15 minutes later another girl brought my pizza just put it down and left, mind you that both times my ice tea was about 2/3 gone. I started eating and the rest were about done i ate two slices and told them to box it. This place used to be good but the new (guessing new as I haven't been there in a few months) bartender / manager is rude and a jerk. He seemed more interested in making drinks for his girlfriend and friends then taking care of other customers. He was quick to point out he's the manager and said it several times, but didn't care about the customers. He pointed out several times who his girlfriend is and paid more attention to her. Tailgaters is the similar yet different from the previous restraint that occupied this location. They still have pizza, wings, burgers, beer and other sports bar cuisine. But the service is better than previously. I have eaten here over a dozen times and with the exception of one time during lunch rush, the service and food have been very good. read more

I went to eat at this place two nights in a row. I'm in town for work, and staying in the hotel next door. Both night I was completely ignored. I wanted to order food to go. The first night I went in picked up a menu. I figured out what I wanted. I stood in front of the hostess counter. She just ignored me. So guys came through the door, she looked past me, greeted, and seated them. I left. The second night I walked in, and knew what I wanted to order. We got the wings back that weren't even room temperature and clearly were the same ones just washed off.
