Poorly managed rude staff. My husband and I went there to order to go. The reception staff, left us standing at the entrance, waiting to take our order, they did not give us menus until we ask for it and only gave us one. Then my husband decided we should sit to wait for our food and he would have a drink. There were no seats at the bar. We sat at a table. The waitress came over to tell us we could not sit there, it is for eat in only. She said we had to sit at the bar, we told her there are no seats at the bar. She kept repeating we could not sit at the table, and there were at least 10 empty tables. We decided not to order and left to another restaurant. While on a road trip, I accidentally gave my platinum card to the girl at the front register to pay for takeout. This is not a card I use casually, so I am certain that the card was skimmed at this restaurant. Early the following morning, the card got turned off due to unusual activity (young women's apparel, another hint). I completely give up on this establishment. I have actually liked the pizza but forget about trying to order take out. At least three times monthly I have ordered black & green olive pizza. Suddenly the last 3 times the girl answering the phone tells me "we don't have green olives" the last two times she put me on hold and came back saying "oh I guess we do" tonight she refused to check and just kept saying we don't have that, we've NEVER had those. Been to Tailgaters off Watson plenty of times & always had good service however today, We were not happy! Not sure if waitress Kylie was new or needed more training, however she never came to check on us until we got our appetizers. She got our order wrong brought us wrong wings, put in the order for bone in wings and didn't get them for about 1 1/2 hr. (Which at this time we were ready to go) Avoided us the whole time until I flagged her down to get us refill on our drinks, waited for those too and never got them! Flagged her down again and asked for Status of Wings , she said there were other orders ahead of ours that they had to get before us, mind u we were already waiting for these wings since we sat down. Never got our drinks but finally got our bone in wings but at this point I asked her to cancel our drinks & just to bring us to go boxes! She did apologize and said that she doesn't know if they (her bartender coworker ) lost our drink ticket or what. Figured I'd post this review on Yelp too, since no one has taken the time to reach out from my google review. Horrible experience, so bad I had to take time to make a review (which I've never done). We tried this location twice and had the misfortune of having the same server both times. STEPH or STEPHANIE. The first time she seemed just incompetent, but tonight served our previous suspicions correct. That she's a drunk and incapable of delivering proper service to tables. We saw here stumbling around and trying to correct her mistakes to multiple surrounding tables. We even asked the guest near us if they were having the same sad experience and they hands downed agreed. She was a laughable excuse of a server and wouldn't be the type of person I'd have representing my restaurant, let alone interact with my customers. Hopefully Tailgaters does better and remedies this issue. Although she made a mistake with our food (again) the quick turn around to get the correct food out was nice and tasty. Highlight was our amazing burger, but our experience was ruined by STEPHANIE. read more

We were here for well over an hr. Waited for 10 wings and a pizza. Had 3 drinks between the two of us adults while waiting for a pizza. The pizza was half cheese half pepperoni and sausage. Our server told us our food would be out shortly. The rest of our party had already ate (they ordered pizzas too and wings too and two other plates). After everyone else was done I checked with our server to make sure that she put our pizza in again. I felt like I was annoying her about it but this was ridiculous.. I repeated the pizza to her for the second time and she said yes she put it in. A little while later she came to me and asked if I ordered a pepperoni pizza.... I repeated my pizza order again... she said okay. She clearly had not put our pizza in still. About 5-7 mins later they brought us a half cheese and half pepperoni pizza..... NOT what we ordered but we were extremely hungry and didn't care at this point. Then I took a bite and it was NOT cooked. You could tell it looked like it wasn't fully melted on the cheese side but it was sticky and doughy in both my slice and my daughters. I have never sent food back but we clearly weren't going to eat it. I asked for the check and we just went to Taco Bell... where we got great service and food in a few mins. They should probably just shut this location down. Service was beyond horrible and food wasn't good. I paid $35 for 10 wings and 3 drinks. What a joke. I'll add that the party we were with had 11 people and not one of them was satisfied either! If they don't have cooks who can cook or staff that can remember pizza and wings orders they shouldn't be open. This isn't some complex order.
