Let me begin with I'm a long time regular, servers are amazing, food is good. But, I feel compelled to put this out. I frequently bring my grandsons after football practice, it ends late, and like I said the food is good. On two separate occasions, one being tonight, and another a few weeks ago, the same guy, wears a reflective vest, get highly intoxicated and LOUD!! I understand, it's a sports bar. First time, I informed the bartender, she told me she cut him off and just turned up the music, like making louder music is a solution!! Tonight, the SAME guy was there again, along with two others making an ass of themselves, definitely OVER SERVED!! Same bartender, same solution, turned up the music, but kept serving. Additionally, for the last week, the beer coolers are not functioning properly!! Warm beer! This use to be a great place to bring your family , eat, drink a beer, and watch a game. Now it's getting more like a dive bar!! Loud obnoxious drunks, definitely not a place to bring family or a date! I've spent thousands of dollars in this place over the years, I've spent my last dollar tonight! I was close the calling Dept of Liquor and suggest a UC detail visit. Manager needs to manage, and the bartender needs the brush up on her Title 4!!!! read more

I've ordered from this place twice monthly for 3 years. It weighs heavy to write this review but we were royally screwed tonigh. we ordered 50 wings at 6:15pm. At 9:44pm (3.5 hours later) we were met with 27 wings from the delivery guy. TWENTY SEVEN WINGS!!! Barely half our order after 3.5 hours of waiting. We had to call 3 times and the manager said he'd deliver them personally which he did now. Why would he delliver only half our order in person? Very sad. This place makes the best wings but after tonight I'm not sure I'll ever order from here again. read more

The waitresses are great! The Bartenders rip you off. Some of the Manangers are good guys, but as a whole, I have been charged more than we have ate and drank. They are thieves when it comes to your bill. They pad your bill for their friends. I hope you get caught from other patrians. Their bathrooms are disgusting and thier patio needs a power wash. Puke and spilled drinks and food, never gets washed off. I hope the kitchen is cleaner. This place is a good place to get drunk and get ripped off, but it's dirty. Don't bring your kids there. read more

Bad experience with delivery order. Our order was over 20 minutes later than the delivery time. We paid approx $35 for an Xlarge pizza it was delivered cold. I really like this restaurant the few times my husband and I have dined in but I will never order delivery again btw I am less than 3 miles away from this restauran. read more

I was beyond disappointed with our food. We ordered the Pretzels with cheese dip, Fettuccine Alfredo, Side salad and the happy hour Nachos. Pretzels were a great size however the cheese dip tasted like pure plastic.Fettuccine Alfredo was doused in pepper & my kid puts salt and pepper on everything but no this was pure over kill. Then there was the nachos, when ordering I asked for the chili beans on the side. Well I never received the chili beans at all. When our server stopped by I did ask for extra sour cream and extra jalapeños and welp never received either of those items either. In turn we will not be back. read more

Tiffany is the best!!! She is very customer oriented! Tiffany anticipates customer needs! I have come here a few times to watch sports games and service and customer service was ok. Never bad!! So it was not my first choice. Today I met Tiffany. She went above and beyond! She put Tailgaters at the top of my list!! Thank you Tiffany. read more

Staff is absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. A man name Dave who is incompetent very rudely interrupted my family dinner on an accusation of hearsay. When asked to review cameras backing up his accusations, he refused. Then he continued to verbally harass us and made us leave in the middle of dinner. Refused to give us to go boxes for food that we bought. I do not recommend this location, they are rude and very disgusting. read more

Was just here the other week with my husband and kids and we really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and our waitress was nice. Lots of tvs, great atmosphere, and tons of beer on tap which my husband loved! We ordered pizza, wings, and a wedge salad, it was delicious! We especially loved the wings! read more

I was there last night. The food was great and the waitress was friendly. Fun atmosphere. We will be going back for sure!!

Love this place! The staff is always very welcoming and accommodating. The food is delicious! There are many regulars that come in and they are always very nice and have great things to say! read more

I have had exceptional service from all who work at this location, great food, and great times to be had. Will definitely be back!!

Absolutely love this place & the environment it comes with. The staff is always friendly and very attentive. One of mine and my family's favorite hangouts. Great food & cold beer! read more

The worst manager - Joey that has ever run a restaurant! He is disrespectful and rude to people who come to this restaurant weekly! The ownership should look at what kind of people they hire. Before Joey came on board we were always greeted friendly and welcomed. Now only if you are a young girl does Joey treat you well! Disgusting! Beware!!!!!!!! read more

First time back in about a year and I don't think I'll be going back. Went in for a (quick) Saturday lunch and the place wasn't very busy. Was there for 3 hours because of how long it took for the food to be served and we didn't even get everything we ordered. Told them to cancel the rest of the order we didn't receive and the attitude from our server was obviously annoyed with us like if it was our fault. The food we did receive, nachos, pizza and wings, and sandwich was average at best but the pasta salad was under cooked. read more

First timers and won't be back. We planned on going to go to saddle mountain but they had an hour wait, we drove by this location and the patio looked open so we stopped in with our family. We asked for the patio and were told it's open seating, we came out and found the least dusty table and just waited for service while listening to vulgar rap (our kids learned some new vocab). The service is slow and passive. The margaritas are all crap mix and were horrible. The food is lower quality bar food- we ordered nachos and the "homemade" chile tastes worse than cheap canned stuff. Oh and no smoking on the patio doesn't mean lean over the patio to blow smoke everywhere. We firmly believe in supporting small businesses, especially during these Covid times- next time we will wait for SaddleMountain. read more

Love coming here, best staff!! This has been our local hang out place since we moved here. Great drinks and atmosphere. All of a sudden we can't play ANY good music on the jukebox, its been filtered (meaning certain music can not be played). Guess we gotta start hanging out at Bootys so we can listen to our music. Filtering the jukebox was a super bad move!! read more

Excellent service! Remodeling makes it more open and inviting. Excellent Southwest mac & cheese. Didnt care for Philly cheesesteak baked sandwich, too much dough, very little veg. Excellent beer selection, pre-made margaritas out of a machine. Doesn't anyone realize how close we are to Mexico and that authentic margaritas should be served, not some pre-made sugary crap. Fried pickles are spears, not slices, rind is hard to bite thru so you just burn your mouth even more on the hot pickle juice. Who thought that was a good idea??? Sweet potato fries do not appear to be fresh cut, don't waste the extra $1.29 charge. Will eat here again though, lots of other stuff to try! read more

Great place to watch sports. Friendly staff. Good bar food. Decent beer selection but nothing fancy. My only tiff would be they seemed a little lax with mask policy for patrons moving through the restaurant which was slightly bothersome because he didn't look in the best of health. read more

We have been searching for a pizza place, something local as we are new to Arizona. 10/10 recommend, we had this ordered at work and I've made it a new tradition on each payday week to order this on the weekend for the family. The wings are on point, the crust is so crisp, and my favorite is the Chicken Alfredo pizza! Love supporting a local business, and I haven't dinned in at the bar however, I do plan to in the future. There was a mistake made on my order and they replaced it with an XL pizza when I only ordered a personal size. Love this place! read more

This place was surprisingly busy to me with all of this COVID-19 going on and it is really starting to look like people are getting tired of it and going out. My waitresses was great. Not one time did I have to flag her down to get another drink. The menu is a pretty good size. The food was great and the service was fast. They have a decent size bar with lots of tv's and a huge dinning room with a huge projector tv along with a lot of smaller size tv's. Nothing to complain about here. If you are in the area give it a try. read more

Jordin was an excellent server with great knowledge of the menu items. The nachos were good. My wife had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and was happy. Our friend had the Philly cheese steak and liked it. Service was timely and Jordin anticipated or needs on cue. We will be back. read more

Although the buckeye tailgaters is a lot closer for me I would much rather go to Goodyear due to the food and the staff they are both well above par! Food is consistently good for bar food, unfortunately consistently filthy for bathrooms and plexiglass at bar. I keep trying, but Dysart location could teach them a thing or two. Living in Goodyear, tired of disappointing establishments. read more

The food was good as always. This was not our first time here to say the least. However, the sarcastic responses of our server was enough to send our party over the edge. We were nothing but polite in our requests at the appropriate time to ask for our items. Her response every time was very rude and condescending. For example, our party received our food (not by our waitress) and we thought surely our 4 year olds food is right behind. Our waitress asked once later in our meal, If we were good as she walked away. Then proceeds to say, when informed we never received the 4 year olds food, so go ahead and forget it was ..."well I asked you!" I don't think they're trained in customer service. read more

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. Extremely unreliable delivery time estimates, frequent inaccurate orders, food often arrives cold. I've been told twice I'd reciece a $20 credit for the issue only to call on my next order and be told I was given a $5 credit. Staff taking calls are rude speaking to the calling customer as if it's their fault the food is now 40 mins past the original estimated delivery. Whoever is managing this location is terrible. Delivery order at 6:41. It's now 8:03 and was told delivery driver just left and has other orders in front of mine. Expecting a 2 hour delivery time. This is typical both pre and post COVID. It's not caused by COVID it's caused by poor management. read more

My husband and I have been coming here for a few years now and it's our go to spot for any sporting event or even just some casual cocktails. Tiffany is our favorite bartender!!! Not biker friendly. Our riding club was on a ride to support the Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center today. We stopped at Tailgaters & IL Primo in Goodyear to grab some lunch. After our large group was seated, the server informed us that the establishment had a "no cuts/colors" policy as they had problems in the past. While it's their prerogative to serve or not serve people based on whatever rules they see fit, it makes no sense to me. I am the same person with or without my cut. If your establishment had "problems" in the past, then ban those people not everyone that wears a cut. read more

Incomplete dinner delivery Ordered a French Dip. It was delivered without any au jus. I called and asked that the au jus be delivered immediately. I was told that they ran out. I questioned why they would deliver an incomplete sandwich without calling to advise me and so that I could order something different. NO REASONABLE RESPONSE other than they would give me a credit on a future order. That is BS! Very poor excuse! Obvious that they do not have any concern for customer satisfaction. read more

We ordered out two nights ago. I asked for extra buffalo sauce for my chicken wrap. She read the order back correctly. My husband brings home the order, and they've given me three ranch dressings (which I hate) no buffalo sauce on the lukewarm wrap and my husband's pizza was cold. Will not be going back. Very poor service and food! read more

Extremely unprofessional "regional" manager Rick. I left my credit card here And he choose to roll his eyes at me and say it was my fault for leaving it and stated his bartender gave it to someone else claiming they were me!!!
