I was willing to look past the dirty tables. I was willing to look past the lack of service. I stood at the sign that says wait to be seated for over 10 minutes. I gave up and sat where I normally sit. That's when the bartender came speed marching to us and scolded us that we can't sit there and we have to move. If you came over when you saw us all standing there 2 minutes into standing there maybe we would have sat somewhere you preferred. I enjoy the food there. My daughter ordered wings almost 4 hours ago and 3 different times they said they were on the way and even said she would get the 50 wings for free and a $100 credit. My daughter lives 2 minutes away and here we are finally after 6+ phone calls (we got hung up on every time) until someone else used their phone who tailgaters does not have their #. They answer and said the manager was going to deliver them and a driver (who wasn't the manager) delivers 27 warm wings. Pizza and wings are delicious at this establishment and we've never really had any issues with the service but today... this service is absolutely NOT except able. I have used Tailgators in different locations for over 10 years and this location since the week they opened a few years ago. I am a disabled veteran and senior citizen, I no longer drive and must either use a taxi or friend to provide transportation. Today I ordered 3 meals and we would pick them up instead of delivery. The girl at the reception desk went to the kitchen and brought out a large bag with my orders. I asked her and she stated that everything was inside the bag. So I departed. Upon arriving home I discovered items missing: The Turkey Bacon Ranch Melt was okay but the side of cole slaw container was missing. The same for the Rueben Sub, the cole slaw container for the order was missing. The order for the Buffalo Chicken Salad was missing the salad but there were 5 chicken strips in a large foam container. Including the military discount my order was $30.91 I called the restaurant and was told that there was a second bag which was not given to me. I arranged a ride and returned to pick up the ordered items. Again I was handed a bag already tied but I insisted on opening the bag to check the order while continuing to complain to the cashier. I voiced my dissatisfaction to the cashier! The needed items were there but there was never an apology, never an offer to comp/ refund, or to even offer an additional item! Upon arrival home I realized that both the two containers of cole slaw were barely one-half full. So I gave my friend my order of cole slaw so that he had a larger amount. He is diabetic and can only eat certain things. After dinner I did call the restaurant and finally got hold of a manager who stated that he was new at that location. He apologized and stated that my next order would be on him as he was placing a note on my computer file. I told him that as a long time customer I was very disappointed in the quality of food and service. He stated that he would have a training session later this evening and hoped that this would never happen again. read more

I've been here before and it's always been good. I called shortly after they opened and asked if they were dog friendly and was told yes, that same night I called I brought my dog in and had no issues. After that I have done so two times and never had any issues, mind you I have always taken him out to the patio and we have never had issues with anyone or him causing issues. I went in today February 28th, 2019 and walked to the patio and we were waiting to order a drink when someone came out and told us dogs were not allowed. When before we have never had issues. I understand if this had been their policy before but all of a sudden it changed with no signs to inform us? I will no longer be back. to long didnt read? Went out to try this place for lunch with the family. We started off with an appetizer got the nachos which the plate was huge. We all loved it, very tasty kids couldn't get enough. We chose to come here today to watch the NCAA March Madness games and all was good until the manager turned quite a few tv's and almost turned ours to the NASCAR race until we said no...please don't turn our tv as we had been here for over an hour watching the game. Then the music was turned to hear the race blaring over the speakers, WAY to loud and not necessary. I get if it's a big race, but seriously? My fiancé and I were debating going out for dinner (given the circumstances) we were craving wings so we ended up deciding to go to Tailgaters and unfortunately our experience was not great due to the service provided. Not only was staff not friendly but our waitress Kasey seemed to be bothered to attend to us. We were table D-40 on 12/5/2020 @ 7:23 we were in the middle of eating our dinner and suddenly we noticed the staff moved the tables literately 2 feet in-front of us to sit a large group. We asked why they would place a large group right next to us especially a group of 8-10 people. They totally ignored us and paid no matter to our concern. Definitely not social distancing in this facility. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe we decided to get up and go. We got up went to the front to pay and expressed our concern to Kasey "our server" and she seriously expressed zero concern. We then asked her if we could speak to the Manager and she said she could not give me any info regarding the manager the manager had left for the night. I would need to go back to talk to the manager. Well who wants to go back to a facility that does not enforce covid rules? Not me, decided to write this review instead. Worst customer service ever. My wife went there to get us a table for dinner and the hostess said they couldn't seat her until the entire party was there. There is a total of four of us. The tables don't get any smaller. If my wife said table for two, it would've been the same table with 4 chairs. Doesn't make any sense to turn away business. Manager got involved as well and basically said tough luck. In reading other reviews it seems like this is an ongoing occurrence at this establishment. Staff wasn't helpful and it clearly shows it bleeds down from the top because the manager was no help either. Wouldn't recommend this place ever again. We were at the one in Buckeye. I want to start off by saying that we have been there in the past and had great food and service, we went last night (3-17) We waited over an hour to get any service after asking many people for help. Their comment was,"Let me get your sever to help you'" anyhow, find out it was her first day in the job and thinking the manager would be any better. He was complexly clueless also. To move forward 1 hour , we finally get our food. My pepperoni were cooked to my liking, but I didn't get my medium hot wings. I received my blue cheese though:/. At the end we were asking for our bill fir over an hour and a half. When we received it , there were charges in it that we didn't make plus ours. We spent over $70 for "happy hour" prices for pizza bites and 6 chicken wings plus 4 beers. I will BEVER go there again!! To make it like it used to be they will need a complete Over haul!
