Our second time eating here. The first time Tailgaters wasn't even on YELP yet. Great food. Tonight is a Friday and I don't think they were prepared for the huge amount of business during happy hour. All the staff was super busy running around taking care of people, but service was still on the slow side. I am glad to have a restaurant in this location again and hope it is successful. It seems to have great potential. The prices are good, especially during lunch and happy hour. Tonight I had the Rueben on rye. It was really good. The meat was lean, sauerkraut was not overpowering and the sauce was tasty. It came with a "mountain of tots". My husband had the burger, which he said was also very good. It was just a little lacking in the lettuce department. Not a deal breaker though! Again I think they were just really busy! read more

I have ordered from this location twice and have not yet had a great experience. The first time I ordered I placed an order for pick up, then when I waited over 40 minutes, I called and they accidentally marked my ticket for pick up. I would have had to wait another 40 minutes for my food so I decided to just drive to pick up my food rather than waiting. I decided to give them another chance as I figured, maybe this will be a better experience. I placed an order at 4:22 ticket is attached. we were approaching an hour so I called and asked for an update. The young lady who answered the phone mentioned my ticket said it was for future 5:27pm. Which on my ticket says "ASAP, for 5:20" assuming that ASAP, does not mean as soon as possible but for whatever time they want to add to my order. I asked why it said 5:20, if it is for ASAP and the lady stated was unsure of the update as she had just clocked in but I can ask my manager and passed the phone to him. He could not give me a full answer and then stated they would send my order out now. The delivery man delivers my food 20 min later but forgets our beverages. They then had to send another delivery man to deliver our drinks. It seems to always be something with these guys. read more

1st time here, quick bite on break in between loads... wasn't sure what to expect but wanted to watch some playoffs... grabbed a seat at the bar and checked out the menu... Best place to watch the big game and cheap drinks. Service is always quick and excellent. Food is great. Not much to complain about here.

Service is horrible. It took almost 25 minutes to get French fries not cooked and tasteless food. My husband's chicken parmigiana was one chicken tender with minimal marina sauce. The waitress didn't do anything about it when it was brought to her attention. read more

Terrible service and not very clean. We walked in never acknowledged and never helped. We sat for at least 10 minutes and server behind the bar didn't even say "hey I will be right with you" nothing was said and so we walked out. 2pm on a Wednesday and very slow and still had terrible service or actually no service. Cant wait for this place to go out of business so a better place can take over. Do better tailgaters . Won't be back to this location in Goodyear. As a long-time fan of Tailgaters, my boyfriend was very enthusiastic about bringing myself and our friend to dinner here tonight. To be blunt, I can't think of a bigger waste of $31. Upon arrival, we were quickly seated. We started off with a sampler platter from the appetizer menu, which featured potato skins, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and fried zucchini. The potato skins were okay. The onion rings were covered in an atrocious breading. Overall, the plate was edible, but only edible, nothing more. Next came the Philly, which my boyfriend swears by. I found it soooo gross. It was like a sub from Subway. I'm getting sick to my stomach just thinking about it. My bf said he didn't mind it, so maybe it was just my personal taste, but I found it simply disgusting. As our meal went on, our server took longer and longer to attend to our table. She was friendly enough during our meal, but seemed kinda 'tudy when we were leaving. I'm very unimpressed with my experience at TGs. I've had a stomach ache the rest of the night. read more

We normally like Tailgaters. But tonight was the worst meal we have ever had and the service was poor. When our food was delivered, we asked for extra napkins and small plates. Never received them. Onion rings were overcooked. Medium wings was basically Franks Hot Sauce. It was supposed to come with celery and dressing. Did not receive either. My husband received the wrong flavor of wings but he still ate them and they were too salty to eat. Waitress never came back after taking our order. read more

Our HOG chapter met up with another group for dinner. There were about 40 of us, and of course the organizers called ahead and ensured they would have room for us. When we arrived, there was already ample space set up (on a busy Friday night). The servers were great, the manager came around often and pitched in to help with drinks and delivering orders, etc. Our group had a great time, the food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. I live just 3 miles away, and this was my first time at this Tailgaters. We'll definitely be going back often. read more

I came here for the first time to watch Monday night football and had Shelby as a server in the bar area seating. She was GREAT! She was in a great mood and gave outstanding service, also recommended the Italian baked sub that was super good, I got it with sweet potato fries. This used to be my favorite spot in town. I came all through Covid. I tip well and always try to be friendly. Food was great and so was the service. I have to say it all comes down to Leadership. After several bad service, bad food experiences. We tried some other Tailgators. Great service, great people. The Estrella location has a just of a jerk manager. Wonderful servers, delicious food & great atmosphere. The two tables by us were singing along with the music and having a wonderful time, so we joined in. None of us knew each other prior to our arrival for lunch, but we all enjoyed each other's company. What a fun, friendly place to enjoy lunch. Little frustrating trying to find the actual location after I saw the sign on the street. Was greeted fairly quickly. No sweetener on my or some other tables. I like attention to detail. Let me begin with I'm a long time regular, servers are amazing, food is good. But, I feel compelled to put this out. I frequently bring my grandsons after football practice, it ends late, and like I said the food is good. On two separate occasions, one being tonight, and another a few weeks ago, the same guy, wears a reflective vest, get highly intoxicated and LOUD!! I understand, it's a sports bar. First time, I informed the bartender, she told me she cut him off and just turned up the music, like making louder music is a solution!! Tonight, the SAME guy was there again, along with two others making an ass of themselves, definitely OVER SERVED!! Same bartender, same solution, turned up the music, but kept serving. Additionally, for the last week, the beer coolers are not functioning properly!! Warm beer! This use to be a great place to bring your family , eat, drink a beer, and watch a game. Now it's getting more like a dive bar!! Loud obnoxious drunks, definitely not a place to bring family or a date! I've spent thousands of dollars in this place over the years, I've spent my last dollar tonight! I was close the calling Dept of Liquor and suggest a UC detail visit. My first time here was last Friday, meeting up with some friends who live in Phoenix. The place was hopping, TVs lined up all along the walls showing multiple sporting events including the NBA playoffs. Even though the place was busy, we were seated quickly, a party of six. The pizza and nachos were really tasty. The place was clean and the service was quick and efficient. Our server came by several times to check to see if we needed anything. Used to love coming here but on my last order they forgot to give me a large pizza.. no big deal accidents happen. Went back to get the pizza and the lady told me I ordered the pizza wrong and it was out in as cheese and not pepperoni, so they would do me the favor of making it for me but next time I needed to order it right.... Which when I checked my recipes I did order it with pepperoni. The whole point being here that they complete forgot my pizza and then tried to tell me it was my fault, what kind of service is that? I then go home to the rest of my food and the wings I ordered had zero sauce on them, worst meal I've had in awhile. read more

One of our favorite places to eat at or order from on a regular basis! Great food and atmosphere. We have always had a great experience at this location. Staff is friendly as well as the managers. There has only been a couple times we have ever had a minor issue such as something missing from an order and they have always made things right! I've ordered from this place twice monthly for 3 years. It weighs heavy to write this review but we were royally screwed tonigh. we ordered 50 wings at 6:15pm. At 9:44pm (3.5 hours later) we were met with 27 wings from the delivery guy. TWENTY SEVEN WINGS!!! Barely half our order after 3.5 hours of waiting. We had to call 3 times and the manager said he'd deliver them personally which he did now. Why would he delliver only half our order in person? Very sad. This place makes the best wings but after tonight I'm not sure I'll ever order from here again. read more

The waitresses are great! The Bartenders rip you off. Some of the Manangers are good guys, but as a whole, I have been charged more than we have ate and drank. They are thieves when it comes to your bill. They pad your bill for their friends. I hope you get caught from other patrians. Their bathrooms are disgusting and thier patio needs a power wash. Puke and spilled drinks and food, never gets washed off. I hope the kitchen is cleaner. This place is a good place to get drunk and get ripped off, but it's dirty. Was just here the other week with my husband and kids and we really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and our waitress was nice. Lots of tvs, great atmosphere, and tons of beer on tap which my husband loved! We ordered pizza, wings, and a wedge salad, it was delicious! We especially loved the wings! read more
