They were so courteous and kind and always had smiles! My husband had the 8" pepperoni pizza, I had potato skins and they were both very good. (Also, please change your fryer oil more often....I can tell btw) - ONLY 2oz of marinara per full order of pepperoni bites?....soooooo....I get to now eat extremely dry dough with a sorry slice of pepperoni? Came in on a Friday afternoon after an absolutely long week. My 5 year old has autism and is a very picky eater, who only wants chicken nuggets. Dining out is a treat for us because of my sons autism it can get a bit difficult. I brought him nuggets from chick fil a because I already knew he would have extreme behaviors. Got seated waitress took our drinks, 1 minute later (Adam) walks over and lets us know that we cannot bring in outside food. I explained my son has special needs and he would not eat anything else. Adam said they had a lot of options of food on the menu for kids. I again explained that my son was very picky and we just wanted some food. He said he would allow it today but not in the future. My son is in feeding therapy to help with this but I was absolutely embarrassed and devastated. Very disappointed with the purchase of $48 food. I ordered an XL pepperoni pizza, and there was barely any sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. It was mostly crust. Also I ordered 30 wings and they tried to fit the wings in one box and one bag. The container was broken when picked up and the sauce was leaking, and barely any sauce after the sauce leaked through the bag onto my car seat. It would've been better if it was double bagged or the wings placed into two boxes. Parking is horrible on a Friday evening. It would be nice if they had a dedicated pick up parking spot. I had to park near the UPS store to find parking. Other than these issues the gal was nice and professional. I am not impressed with Tailgaters. The business was not busy while we were there. We walked right in & was seated right away. Our servers name was Shelby. We put in appetizers after we received our beers, which took forever to get. We were watching tables that sat after us, eat there appetizers & dinner before we even got our appetizers. It took an hour and ten minutes to get our appetizers. While we were waiting for our appetizers, our server was sitting at another table, chit-chatting. She never came over to our table to let us know that the appetizers were taking a long time & she would check on them. When we finally got our nacos, the top layer of chips were burnt. The pepperoni bites were delicious though. About 30 minutes later we got our dinner. My turkey bacon melt was cold, the Philly cheesesteak veggies were burnt, the Buffalo sandwich was okay, the chicken bacon ranch pizza was good, and the fries were delicious. Let me start by saying, I try REEEEAAAALLY hard to find the good in everything. Look at my pasta posts and you'll see I rate places I like very well. I like this place because of the atmosphere and some of the food, with great prices on drinks. You won't beat them for that. But the wait staff...my gosh it's like I'm pulling teeth to get things done. This is not ALL the staff, but the vast majority (I've probably been here 12-15 times in the last few months) We have kids. They spill things. To roll your eyes at me when I ask for a towel, NOT TO CLEAN IT, but just bring me one to clean it. That's not acceptable. I really want this to be a 4/5 star because I really like your establishment and continue to come because my family sincerely enjoys it. The ladies are fantastic as each add's their own sass to your experience. Alexis, Whitney, Shaushi, Peyton, Drea, Taylor, or Shelbie will definitely take care of your appetite. My family and I ordered pizza online this past Saturday (buckeye location) and to our surprise, when we went to pick it up, we were told their system was down and the order was likely sent to the Goodyear location. After checking the pickup address on my email it indeed said it was sent to Goodyear. When we arrived at the Goodyear location, we were told transferring of orders is not a thing but we could put in an order now and wait. I showed my email to the manager with their address and was told their system is also down, so although I received confirmation on my end they never received the order. I was told my card would not be charged for the original order since it never went through. I was charged for both ending up in an almost 90 dollar bill not including the 18$ we spent on beers while we sat there waiting. I was only given a 4$ dollar discount for the inconvenience which doesn't even cover the gas money we spent driving to the other location. When the order was ready, no one came to tell us ( I informed them we'd be waiting at the bar). No apologies from management for the inconvenience. Not a happy customer. This was a not great experience. The fish at their Friday fish fry seems to change often, not sure if it is different vendors or just different cooks. Tonight it was very heavily breaded, to the point it was like eating greasy dough. Cole slaw and fries were good tho. The 1 star is for terrible service by the waitress. I sat waiting for my bill, at a cleared table, for over 20 minutes. Finally left without ever seeing the waitress or getting a bill (paid at the hostess stand on tje way out). Food here is always good, service is generally kind and really friendly. Just a good place to go for a casual dinner, or a good lunch in friendly surroundings. If there's an issue, they fix it. Highlights for us are the potato skins, chicken philly, and the wings. I try to like this place because of all the tv's and how big it is but the food is hit or miss. This place is definitely only good for meeting up for drinks not for taking the family to eat. The last 2 visits the food lots of issues. I just went this weekend and the fried were delicious but we still had frozen ones in the batch. Never seem that before. The spaghetti was mostly sauce and some sort of meat not really sure what it was but my kids hated it and when I tried it it did taste weird. I had a calzone and it was good. I've been stopping by Tailgaters Sports Grill and Il Primo Pizza & Wings Estrella for quite some time now, and it is my go-to for an after-work drink and meeting up with friends. The ambiance is that of a great local sports bar, with a family-friendly dining room and great food attached. If the weather is nice, you can enjoy the covered patio area. There is multiple TVs on every wall of this place, and the manager does an awesome job keeping all the popular games and sports on. If you have any specific requests, just ask! When there's no major game on, they have a TouchTunes jukebox playing music. Most of the time, you can find it playing a mix of country and rock (from old to new) during the week and day visits. Friday and Saturday nights, and some weeknights, will get a little more "exciting" with a mix of rap and pop music. Keep in mind that this is primarily dependent on the customers that are playing music. This establishment will "skip" certain songs for crude or explicit content, according to the guests, time, and situation. I mean, since most of us are adults, we know there is a time and place for everything! The food here is just as good; the kitchen staff here really takes pride in sending out awesome meals! Not being a big fan of pizza in general, I can say this place has changed my mind; I now often order one. The menu offers a good variety of wing flavors; spicy garlic parm is my top pick! Speaking of, there are some really good weekly food and drink specials here. One of my personal favorites would have to be the buy-one-get-one burger on Wednesday! If you visit the restaurant, you should ask about specials. The staff at this location is awesome, no matter what time of day you show up or where you sit. They do their best to make it a good experience for each individual or group, whether it be a few drinks with friends, a quick bite to eat, family dining, or even birthday parties and other celebrations! We were reviewing the menu for a bite to eat. Shortly after a regular who was sitting next to us offered to get us food, he mentioned some of his favorites. Once we decided and let him know, he had a cook come out and take our order. Thought this was odd but then quickly realized this is how he was "buying" our food lol.
