The thin see-through plastic-looking curtain at the entrance door is extremely dirty and filthy. This alone is the major deterrent for me. Then I entered the store and it was extremely dark at 2:00 pm. There was only one light on at the butcher area. The guy at the counter ignored me and didn't even bother to say hi or if I need any help, which I really did. I was looking for some middle eastern style dill pickles. I had to go through all the isles in the darkness to find the pickle isles. There was no dill pickles! Only a few pickled vegetable jars from the manufacturers that I never shopped before. Their condiment options are very limited and is not like Middle Eastern, Persian, or Arab markets where you find a big selection of a variety of brands for one single item. I hope they get to adopt better hygiene practices, learn to say hi to the customers, and bring more variety of products. I think most of positive reviews are from their family and friends. I agree with the negative reviews.

I even took the time to call the restaurant the next day and speak with the owner to share my feedback. Unfortunately, there was no apology, no effort to offer a replacement, and no gesture of compensation. When a customer takes the time to personally reach out about a poor experience, acknowledging the concern and making an effort to resolve it goes a long way. Keeping the customer's payment while not addressing the quality issue leaves a very negative impression.
