I have been to this take five oil change location multiple times and have nothing but amazing things to say! I went in today to get my tire pressure checked and to check all of my fluids. I was not upsold on a single thing! They checked everything and put air in my tires & sent me on my way. I would recommend to everyone to go to this specific location! Eric, Marcel and Valentin were absolutely phenomenal! The service time was awesome, and the constant reassurance of the services to be provided, updates on the process and communication of items completed with visual proof left me question less! As a native Texan I appreciated the Tennessee hospitality shown from all three of these individuals. They definitely kept me smiling during my very quick visit! The only bump in the road regarding my visit was, the location had ran out of oil for my vehicle; however I came out just fine and definitely more cost effective with the pre purchased oil picked up from a local auto parts store. Started off as a regular with Victor and Ladarius who were great and provided wonderful service. On this visit I was greeted and assisted by Randolph along with who appeared to be his trainee Katie. Their customer service was also superb. Liz was also warm and welcoming. She and Randolph assisted with a question I had and was able to provide an immediate solution. This was my first experience with an express oil change service and when I say the experience was A1, I mean it!! As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted and offered a cool bottle of water. O was directed to pull into the garage, where I was welcomed by another team member who went through the service menu with me. Once I decided kn the appropriate service, I was in and out within 15 mins, all without having to get out of my car. A team member walked me through each step of the oil change process as it was happening and even pulled my filter out to show me that it wasn't time to change it out (I never even knew what my filter looked like prior to this). All of the team members wore masks and were super friendly! Also LOVED seeing several women working in the shop! Very disappointed in this location. I got my oil changed on Aug 8th and parked my car while I went on vacation. When I came back my car was making a load noise. I took it to the auto shop and they said there was no oil in my car. The cap wasn't on correctly and it all leaked out. I'm lucky my engine wasn't destroyed. I had to pay for a 2nd oil change only 4 days after going to Take 5. This could have ruined my car! Take 5 will not give me a refund and has ignored multiple emails from me asking about the status of my refund claim. When they finally answered one of my emails they said they didn't think I wanted a refund was their response. Why would I want to pay for 2 oil changes? Of course I want a refund! I was looking for a place to get my oil changed on my Jeep Renegade because the service at the place I used to go to went down drastically. Take 5 is on my way to work and so I looked it up. I saw they offered a military/veteran discount and decided to check them out. The folks working there were great- funny, very communicative, and gave amazing customer service. I was in and out in less that 20 minutes- there were cars in front of me. The price is so affordable compared to other oil change places and I loved that I didn't have to leave my car. To Whom it May Concern: I need to send the biggest letter of gratitude to the team at Take 5 at 2510 Lebanon Pike, Donelson, TN. I was traveling on a 3 week solo RV road trip from San Francisco to North Carolina and Nashville was one of my last stops. I had to stop at CVS and made a really DUMB mistake of thinking I could fit into the drive thru since it was pretty large (rookie mistake). I got temporarily stuck and was able to back out but the damage to my AC unit above the RV was unknown. I was hysterically crying and worried, not only for the possible financial damage but also I had no way of getting up on top of the vehicle to see if I could even drive it to get fixed. I was on a deadline to return the RV and couldn't waste a day getting it serviced. Take 5 was right next door to CVS and in my desperate state, I walked over in tears asking if I could borrow a ladder. It was then that I met my literal ANGELS named Juan, Devantae, Laine and Nakieya. I just wanted a ladder, but they instead came to my rescue. The team not only cared about my well being since I was crying but got on top of my RV themselves, assessed the damage and since they didn't have the tools to fix it, helped me zip tie everything in place so that I could safely drive to my next destination. My tears of sadness became tears of joy and I literally can't express my gratitude for these angels more. I was reassured about the possible cost of the damage so I could tell the RV company and also felt so safe driving to my next stop. Maybe I'm not used to Southern hospitality coming from California, but these 4 souls SAVED me. They had no reason to help since I wasn't even a customer, but they just did it out of the kindness of their hearts. They offered me water, a treat for my dog who was with me, compassion and reassurance that this could happen to anyone, and true kindness. All they asked of me is to pay it forward. PLEASE recognize these individuals because you are truly LUCKY to have them. If I'm ever back in town, I'll be sure to get my car serviced with you and will share this story with everyone I can. DO NOT USE FOR OIL CHANGES IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY!!! Please read! UPDATE: I've called, emailed, sent online request for contact and chatted with customer service online and have had NO RESOLUTION. The sound coming from my car was A PIECE THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN REMOVED THAT THEY TRIED TO PUT BACK ON AND COULDN'T GET IT TIGHTENED. SO ITS BEEN DRAGGING UNDER MY CAR. I TOOK IT BACK AND THEY HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO GET IT BACK ON. I have included photos of the part that has been removed from my car. THERE IS LITERALLY A PART OF MY CAR THAT IS NO LONGER ATTACHED AND THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. INITIAL REVIEW: I drove in on a Friday around noon. One other car in front of me. I think they were training someone but I was in no rush and told them to take as much time as they need. I explained I had a 1400 miles trip ahead of me and needed to make sure I had everything checked. My wiper fluid was not full, my air filter was not checked, my windshield was not cleaned, my tires were low on air. I explained that my tire light had just turned on as I pulled into the garage and asked twice if they made sure to fill the tires which they said Yes. My tire light was still on when I left so I checked and sure enough they were not full. There is grease/oil all over the outside of my car. My car has never made a noise like it makes now that they've changed my oil so I have to go get it checked out. Sounds like I'm dragging something when I drive. I'd say that management should work on better training and customer service. The men were nice but said some off putting, borderline inappropriate comments to me. Over all I would not return but I see that many have had a great experience there which is why I think I just came on a bad day. read more

Came here without an appointment and was able to get it, get a full oil change and leave within 20 minutes or less. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and helpful during the process (it was my first time ever at a Take 5).
