The next day Tuesday October 29th after getting my oil change my engine service light came on while driving home from work. Which caused a very high concern for me as I have gotten many oil changes and have not had this happen before. I was unsure if it was a faulty light, so I waited a few days, and the light never disappeared. So, I took it back Saturday Morning 11/02/2024 around 9:15am with mileage they recorded at 32884 and when they checked the problem he came to same conclusion that there was no oil or a lack of oil. They gave no resolve and had a lack of concern for my safety. They told me the only solution would be to pay more money to have oil added, which is a service that should have already been completed. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR.

We drove up from Florida to visit family - as we do several times a year - and realized it was time for an oil change. We chose this location based on ratings and proximity to where our family reside. Huge mistake! While we were in line, we noticed a pregnant female extremely upset because the tech caused "$7,000 in damage to her car" and the store refused to make it right. They were telling her to leave the store because she was causing a scene - that should have been the red flag we needed. But it wasn't my business and I don't know the entire story. We paid for full syn oil change + tire rotation, and asked them to air up the tires in our brand new 2024 Subaru to which they agreed. I noticed while they were rotating the tires in our AWD vehicle that they did not do so in diagonal pattern as is the correct way. I pointed it out and the lead guy on site. Manager? Said "that's how we always do it." So instead of apologizing, or better yet, knowing how to properly perform a service they charge $30 for, he profers a lame excuse. They did agree to correct their mistake. How many unsuspecting vehicle owners have they done this to if it's how they always do it? This can lead to blowouts and unexpected accidents in the future!! So I get in the car because "it's all done," and I asked if they filled the tires with air as we had one that was very low. He tells me yes and that the fluids were topped off, tires were rotated and oil was changed. I turned the car on and the tire sensor was still on indicating it wasn't done. He says "they must have forgotten." So they finally air up the tires, I pay $112 and head on my way. I get home and pop the hood and notice they didn't top off ANY of the fluids, not only that but all of my after market metal valve stem covers were missing. We had to buy new fluids to top them off and just purchased new stem covers on Amazon. Highly disappointed in unprofessionalism, dishonesty and severe lack of customer service. Shady operation they either never did the brakes the first encounter or lied to us the second encounter. Once we called them out on this they became very nervous contacted the manager on the phone in back room and refunded our money for the brakes. I will never go back they are running a scam. I am 66 years old and this is the first complaint on any business I have ever posted that's how upset I am. I took my car into this facility and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My tires needed to be special ordered and the estimated time would have been a day or two. Ashley heard of my situation and arranged for another employee to drive to the warehouse to pick up my replacement tires. A potential two day repair nightmare was resolved in a few hours.
