I decide to take my car over for an oil change on 1/13/22 and the service was subpar. They took way too long, almost 30 minutes for the oil change. They didn't give me a sticker at then end of the service. And my oil change engine light is still on. It was only one lady there that had good customer service but she still didn't give me a sticker. Don't recommend this place. Go to the take 5 on Fairmont. The customer service is exceptional and you'll be there for no more than 10 minutes. read more

Had them change the oil. The next day, driving down the highway, the under carriage cover fell off. Went back to them to have it reattached. After I changed my oil the next time, I realized they threw away all the bolts to the undercarriage and zip tied it to my car without telling me. They told me "we bolted it on really tight." Now changing my oil is a frustrating process. I would avoid this place. read more

I've been here before but this was my last time. My car uses conventional oil. No high mileage or synthetic stuff. I pulled in and was quoted $83.00. After arguing with him about what type of oil I have used he finally recommended a $62 oil change. The $40 conventional oil change he did not recommend. So I just left. My regular place charges $30 with a tire rotation but they had a long wait. read more

Richard and his crew were so professional and efficient I was in and out in under 15 minutes, they gladly accepted my coupon, they did not try to up-sell or hard sell me on air filters or add-ons that I knew I didn't need, the total I paid was exactly what I expected and I got a free car wash from the place right next door. I strongly recommend this oil change facility. If you don't get a coupon in the mail, you can get one from the web-site, it's $10 cheaper than the Midas 1/2 a block away and, this is Houston! I do not recommend this place at all ! I was on over charged and scammed. I was lied to as well about how much my oil change cost! When I asked the guy made up a bogus reason. 1st time here, will also be last time here. Was told after they had my oil drained that they don't offer conventional oil so I had no choice but to get synthetic. The " inspection checklist is crap, I had 30 psi in 1 tire and 35 in the other when I came in and, well, when I left it hadn't changed, they marked that they checked my air filter but my airbox required a torx bit to open it and I know they didn't open it to check it, they marked my Trans fluid, power steering and coolant all as good but I was sitting in the vehicle watching closely and I know for a fact my fluids weren't checked. Now I have oil spots in my driveway that I never had ever before. read more

These people cracked my windsheild while installing AN INSPECTION sticker!!! They tried to repair it (without my approval) with a DRILL and cracked it even further!!!! Then they claimed that the windsheild was cracked previously and would not cover the cost of replacing it! BBB here I come!!! Also while I was there there they even tried to "convience" a little old lady into purchasing items that she did not need for her car!!! If love your car, please avoid this place at ALL COST!!! Pretty fast service. Usually really good deals people are friendly. They also do vehicle inspection, decent waiting area with tv. The restroom is clean if needed the prices for oil changes are fare, an the employees know what to look for an check when changing oil or there's a problem with the car or truck. read more

went in here for a simple oil change and it went normal, us saying no to the usual synthetic they all try to push on you and done. next after a few minutes they came in holding the old sticker and asked, "how long has it been since you've changed your oil." well the sticker said just over a year. The light had also just come on for a change. We said the same and that's where it went downhill. he automatically gave us attitude saying there's no oil in your car. your car requires synthetic as he flipped around his computer monitor. (again we said no). they then asked for an engine flush when he just said there was no oil. (yet again no lol) He goes out time goes by and he comes in and says there was sludge, rust, and all this in the (no oil) but they changes it. we checked out car to make sure they didn't screw with it and the oil was clear. (it wouldn't have been if there was sludge, and rust prior. believe me I know I had a 22 year old car at one point that was dying.) I do not recommend this place. it may be cheap, but your paying for it. definitely if you fall into their lies and scams. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude staff and ladies be aware. Make sure your significant other is with you. First time I got my state inspection done there. He wouldn't pass me bcs of my wipers. Which btw are the noisiest $25 pair I've ever owned. They wouldn't do anything about it after my husband went back WITH receipt in hand! Second and LAST time I specifically asked for JUST an oil change the "special" they came back with parts of my car to show me needed replacing! After 20 min of them trying to hustle me for $120 "deal". And that 17.99 ended up being $25. That place is such a ripoff. read more

Worst place ever. They have a horrible habit of having one price and then seriously upcharging you, often without telling you. For instance: 17.99 oil change. They added on a $5 skid plate charge without telling me. Skid plate? You mean the plastic shroud that is held on by three screws that you have to remove to do the oil change? i just had the state inspection from there. Staff are nice and friendly. But , after the service , two things i was noticed. First , the sticker is not replaced at where they teared it off and they didn't clean up the old place, It is dirty and sticky now. Other thing is my A/C is not as cool as i brought them in. staff very nice and helpful. prices are reasonable. no major issues with services. my fiance and i have brought our cars here a few times. only problem we have...is that EACH time we take our cars to get serviced, we notice that our glove-box hinges are left apart/disassembled. oil-shops do this to check your cabin air filter, and they have to take the glove-box door down to access it. when this happens, we can't close our glove-box...and the articles inside end up rolling all over the floorboard until we get home to put the hinge back together ourselves. not a major issue, but it is a recurring problem we've both experienced. we feel that we shouldn't have to bring out our own tool-box after a service, and that our cars should be returned in-tact. just put the hinge back together, please? it's only 1 screw!! read more
