Even though ordering is done on an iPad, they still kept forgetting items. We had to remind the staff multiple times before the food finally arrived. Every dish took 10-15 minutes or longer to arrive, yet customers are expected to finish their meal within a 90-minute time limit. This is a Japanese BBQ restaurant where the staff is simply bringing out raw meat for customers to grill at the table. There is really no reason it should take 10-15 minutes to deliver each order. To make it even more frustrating, the restaurant wasn't even busy. During our entire meal, there were only two or three other tables occupied, so it's hard to understand why the service was so slow and disorganized. To make matters worse, an 18% service charge was automatically added to the bill. I don't mind paying a service charge for good service, but charging that much when the service is this slow and disappointing feels completely unjustified. Our bill was over $210 for three people, and that didn't even include any drinks. At that price, there are many better Japanese BBQ options available.
