No update 45 minutes later and I'm still waiting.

WOW! Taco Tuesday is NOT the place to be at this location! I ordered at the kiosk at 7:24 and was sent a text stating my order would be ready in 25 minutes. 45 minutes later, I'm still sitting here!! The place is way too loud, the crowd is almost out the door and this is not fun. They finally called my order number; however, it must not be completely ready as the server is still looking for it. The reason I hate the kiosk for ordering is it asks you to leave a tip even before you taste the food or can judge the service. Never again for me. I'm returning to Gringos Tacos!! Finally, when I got the text, it also stated it would be faster to place your order by using the app. So you place app customers BEFORE sitting customers?!! Lesson learned!

First time experiencing Taco Tuesday at Talkin' Tacos. I ordered my favorite tacos the Caribbean. I love the combo of steak and plantains always a 10 out of 10! I wasn't expecting the guac and chips to be full sized and was pleasantly surprised. Tatiana was quick and friendly; she had everything out as soon as it was ready. Ryan was very kind and was making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying their meals. This location is very chill and always a great stop after a long day.

Orlando is a place we visit twice a year for various reasons so we always have a running lists of places we want to try. Talkin Tacos was a random choice and not on our original plans but my daughter wanted birria and this was close by. This is a cute little fast casual spot in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Inside is dimly lit with various lighted decorations that fit the aesthetic of the place. It reminds me of a club almost. Ordering is either at a kiosk or with a cashier and they offer a wide variety of options. I wasn't hungry but I try churros at every restaurant they are available so I got an order as well as birria quesadillas rice and a lemonade for me and my daughter to share. They weren't very busy but had a steady flow of customers. Food was constantly coming out and we had food within 10 minutes. Everything looked amazing and the birria quesadillas was packed with meat. The rice was just ok, it's a side I love but this wasn't what I'm used to too. The churros were good. Crispy sweet and chewy. A great finish to the meal. If you're close by and want fast not franchise Mexican, give them a try!!

Placed order from a machine, no attendant to help answer questions. Food came out quickly. Again very little service interaction. Food had good flavor and portions. Plenty of seating inside and parking outside.

What a great lunch spot. The vibe here is definitely night oriented with loud music blasting and a nice dim ambiance. Food is ordered via a kiosk and is pretty simple. I was able to get a rice bowl without rice for low carb. The bowl was amazing. Plenty of food and excellent taste. Definitely will try to stop by again.

In short: club atmosphere , great service and good flavors. I came here with a co-worker on a Sunday around 7pm. The place was packed and the only seating was the table tops that face the kitchen. I was very suprised how packed it was. I've been to one of the locations they have in South Florida, Coral Springs to be exact. Similar club vibe with music , neon lights , and dia de los muertos type decor . My friend always orders the crunch stack so I did the same . It was good but I was expecting more of a crunch. Chips and a beef consume come on the side . The beef consume didn't do much for me. Cookies and cream churros were Divine!!! I couldn't stop eating them . Service was great .. shout out to Ryan and Riley who were on top of everything and anything we needed! Nice spot and worth a visit.

Recently moved to the Belle isle area and I've been making my way through the different spots. It's clear this place is a chain restaurant. And honestly it was a basic lunch. Not my fav so far. The taco shells were hard? The meat was a little dry and it's impersonal since you walk in and order from a kiosk.

I just had my second round of Talkin Tacos--first time in Miami, and now in Orlando via Uber Eats. From the photos, the interior looks like the same recognizable franchise setup, so I'll assume the ambience matches the Miami location. This time I ordered the street corn and the Cali burrito. Both arrived still hot, and the flavors were outstanding. Great texture, balanced seasoning, and everything tasted fresh. They even included nachos on the side, which was a nice touch, and great service. Overall, a fantastic blend of flavors and spices. Talkin Tacos delivers consistency--and deliciousness--across locations.

As soon as you walk into Talkin' Tacos, you feel like you have walked into a party. The inside is dark, with colorful lights and beautiful Day of the Dead paintings on the walls. We were greeted right away and once they found out it was our first time, the server explained the menu and showed us how to order at the kiosk. We chose the App Trio to share and then each selected the Taco Trio. I got a Sunrise Lemonade (Mango and Strawberry) while my mom got a Horchata (cinnamon rice drink). There were also other fruity drinks and bottled drinks available. We sat down at a table and before long, our drinks were delivered. We both really liked our drinks, very flavorful. Our App Trio came next. It was over $20 so I was initially concerned about value but each dip was in a very large bowl. It comes with Guacamole, Jalapeño Taki Queso, and Pico de Gallo. All were delicious and the queso wasn't really spicy. There were 3 of us and we couldn't find the appetizer so we packed up more than half to take home. Our tacos were delivered next and all of mine were fantastic and very different tasting. The Steak Al Pastor had the pops of pineapple, the Caribbean Carne Asada had the big bites of plantains and avocado and the Mahi Mahi was perfectly fried. I would definitely come back to try the other tacos or other items on the menu.

Ordered late night through UberEats, delivery took a while which left me skeptical. However these tacos were way better than expectation! They arrived still warm thanks to all the of packaging. Ordered a trio to try a few flavors and southwest chicken was the best imo. Tacos were absolutely stuffed and thick tortillas did a great job of holding it all together. Not a single taco ripped! And the pico was fresher than if I made it myself.

Ate lunch here today while visiting Orlando and it didn't disappoint! You order at a kiosk, pick a table and they bring it out to you. It's a smaller restaurant but there's still a decent amount of tables and everything was clean. The employees were so friendly and pleasant to interact with. The group got a trio dip as an appetizer with spicy queso, guac and salsa and it was really good! We devoured that as quick as they brought it out, haha. Literally three out of the four of us went with the birria tacos and they were incredible! The shells were crispy and the consommé was flavorful. The meat was so good. I went out a different route and got the cali burrito. I got chicken for my protein and it was so good. I loved it! The flavor was off the charts. We also got some of their lemonades and they were all delicious too! I would definitely visit here often if we lived here. I would recommend to anyone in the area! You gotta try it!

There are many great taco spots in Orlando, but Talkin' Tacos' consistently exceptional food quality and service makes it my favorite. Their fun ambiance is just a plus! The Steak Al Pastor tacos are my go-to. The pineapple and pickled red onions compliment the steak so well, resulting in a taco that's bright and savory. I also can't visit without ordering the Birria Tacos. The ratio of cheese and meat is always perfect, and the consome is always hot and flavorful. I find myself craving these dishes quite frequently, and highly recommend you give Talkin Tacos a try if you find yourself in the SoDo area!

Everything was crazy over salted and the prices are absolutely insane. The guacamole was weirdly watery and had a very strange consistency.

Disclaimer: this review is for the lunch buffet only…read more I went with my family to try the $18.49 all you can eat lunch buffet. This was my first time experiencing a buffet for hispanic food and for this price point in Orlando, this is an amazing value deal. The server regularly brought us out silverware, napkins, and refilled our water. The place is decorated very fun and plays latin music which was lovely Not only was there an unlimited assortment of lunch foods, but an entire bar of fresh toppings for tacos (or rice bowls) and made to order desserts which were included for free! Not everything on the buffet line was the best but given the amount of options, price, and how good the great items are this is still worth a five star rating. I unfortunately did not take pictures of the food before I began devouring everything in sight to the point of near-collapse, but I will do a quick rundown of the buffet highlights: The best meats were the fajita steak, chicken, and shrimp made fresh in cast iron skillets, as well as the chicken lengua which was super flavorful and tender. The mexican rice, beans, fajitas, plantains, and street corn were also excellent. Fresh quesadillas, chips, and corn tortillas on standby with homemade queso and salsas. The flan and mini churros were the best I've ever had. Super rich, decadent Carmel flan. Mini churros hot and crisp on the outside, filled with a gooey soft milk chocolate center. They were delicious. Items that were disappointing: the tamales, mini chicken flautas, and beef chimichangas were just okay, lacking the seasoning and flavor that other dishes had. The beef barbacoa was not as tender or flavorful as the shredded chicken surprisingly. The mixed seafood was itself a mixed bag with some shrimps / scallops overcooked to much while others were perfectly cooked. The chicken mole and beef tri tip were room temperature despite sitting on hot plates. The tri tip also varied widely in doneness throughout the slices and not super tender. The rice pudding was pretty standard, and the tres leches cake was weird as they crumbled the cake into pieces before soaking it.

I bought 3 chicken tacos (about 12 dollars), then sat in an empty table to wait. It was ready for me in under 10 minutes. The tacos were small, but they had a good amount of chicken, cheese, onions, tomato, and cilantro. A choice of sauce was included, and I took the hot red sauce. The sauce was small, but still ample enough to pour over the three tacos. The flavors were pretty good (thanks to the heat from the sauce) and it was filling enough for me, though the flour tortillas was a bit too hard for me. The service was pretty good, though I ordered from the kiosk and I picked up my order after they called my name. However, they did check up on me, as well a provided water to cops, and removed empty items from the tables. The staff were quite friendly. The dining area was small and a bit boring. There were 2TVs showing ads for their products, and 1 displaying a horse race. The restaurant was quite cramped, and I was thankful to find a table. It's located in downtown, so parking will be either in a meter or a garage. This restaurant serves pretty good tacos at a reasonable price, but the atmosphere was a bit bland for a taqueria. It was also small and can get crowded and full easily. Best to have this to go or delivered. It's still a nice restaurant for tacos in downtown.
