Good Tap options. Would recommend adding another lager to your menu. 2 light lagers & 2 dark lagers would be dope!

Cool new up and coming brewery in Portland. So far they have solid hazy IPAs. Would love to see their beer more in central Oregon!

Once you find that elusive treasure, memorize or take a pic. By the time you found your pray, the others in your party chose from one of the many quality taps on hand. the food is ok, not a lot of selection, this is first and foremost about the beer.

Non-stop... and I heard the ''N' word said over 8 times. Unbelievable. People of color... people with children and we are allowing this? No F'ing way. The food was 'ok' but 45 minutes in a restaurant that has 50% capacity .... Easy stuff. Ribs (premade) . pizza and a chicken sandwich was pretty bad.... Don't bother. It isn't worth the money. I'm out a hundred bucks for two people and a really unpleasant experience. Update: No acknowledgement from manager/owner regarding offensive music and incredibly long wait times for food to arrive at table. This should tell you how serious ABV cares about their service and customer experience.

Hillsboro is not a resort town: Stop charging a pizza place rent that forces resort hours. For the second-consecutive year, Ranch has shut it down "temporarily" in March and will reopen...sometime? Last year it was some random day in July. This year? Maybe some similar timetable, but we don't know. For reasons that definitely aren't Ranch's fault--as evidenced by their other locations and by their incredibly generous happy hour specials here--this spot is absolutely cursed for the Portland-export pizza chain. Fickle Hillsboro customers and an unstable parent company killed the Sizzle Pie that existed here, and now we're seeing Ranch being slowly bled out of the space a season at a time. I don't know how the place is ever going to establish itself by keeping Oregon Coast ice cream shop hours, but I'm fully expecting us to lose Ranch and somehow lose out on slice pizza in Downtown Hillsboro altogether. They gave us video games, merch, and a decent soundtrack, but what Ranch can't provide is any promise that they'll be open.

They have beer, wine and cocktails for order. The prices are very fair... but no hazy? Only One IPA? That doesn't land for this Portland guy. They have a food truck on site that offers appetizers, sandwiches salads and pizzas. Portions are good and the food was tasty. Seating isn't particularly comfortable but the open space is inviting. I love seeing the large stainless steels containers of beer in the making. And you can throw a corn hole bag indoors... consider that your wintertime delight. They have Trivia on Thursdays and the atmosphere is lively. Bring some friends and soak in the fun!

We came on a Saturday late afternoon for an event and used the awesome loft space upstairs with arcade games. The whole place was big, bright, and clean, with a back room for private events and the big vats right there brewing your favorite beers. You order at the bar area but it could be crowded with long lines at certain times. Service was friendly and helpful with beer selections and food recommendation. We went either the Happy Hour deal and were very happy with our food. You get a buzzer for your food and you have to go around the back to get it out of a food trailer. This feels a little odd but feels like they streamlined this system on their end. Now for the food: the pizza was sooo good! The crust was crispy with a delicious cheese pull. I also really enjoyed my classic sandwich of ham and cheese. I thought the arugula salad really helped round out the flavor profile and added some freshness to the sandwich. My hubby liked his NW beer and I loved the Marionberry Lemon soda water as a nonalcoholic option. We would totally come back again and try the other pizza combinations and different beers next time! Give them a try for a date, family dinner, friends get together or your private events!
