While they seem to dedicate a majority to baseball/softball, they have some soccer and football gear. Risan also provides meeting areas for sports teams and they also provide a uniform service for sports teams. While this place is not the biggest and the inventory is not online the service here is fantastic, The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. If you are looking for a piece of equipment, call Risan or stop in and check it out.

Our go to person we've been ordering from is Kristin, but I've been in and received help from Ryan and multiple different folks. All are welcoming and helpful. I wish I would have known about Risan a couple seasons back when we were having trouble finding cleats. They had a TON of options, same goes for bats ( they even had the Fire bat which was one of my son's top asked for bday items). There was a day recently where Kristin was not in, and I was able to still get a response from her via email and her coworker even text her to get a response. The team at Risan cares about their customers and that's rare to find nowadays. Every time I've been in I see someone else there getting great service, and you can tell they've had some relationships with local schools and teams for years and years. I also like that they're able to do small batch orders. We were considering doing a dozen hats for parents and Kristin was more than happy to get quotes for me. Next time we need any baseball gear for the team or just my son, we'll be hitting up Risan. Highly recommend for baseball gear in Kirkland/Redmond/Sammamish.

As a foodie, I'm slowly but surely eating my way through this shopping center! I can't say my…read morewallet is happy about it, but I've enjoyed a number of meals here over the years, especially as new spots have popped up. The selection is pretty diverse in terms of types of food - burgers, ramen, pasta, sushi, pizza, Thai (vegan) and more... it's all here! For a little treat, grab ice cream at Salt & Straw, a boba tea from Don't Yell at Me, or a coffee and pastry at 203º Fahrenheit Coffee. It's tough to resist any of these. With this being an outdoor shopping center, it's the most lively during the spring and summer. There is a main outdoor seating area near the cinema and tables here fill up pretty quickly during the warmer months with people who opt for takeout from one of the casual eateries. Across the street, smaller sections of seating are accompanied by fireplaces. I've been grateful for the fireplaces and heat lamps during the wintertime! Other than exploring the food options, I enjoy browsing Nordstrom Rack and could spend hours at the Barnes & Noble. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are also here. Along with these larger stores, there is a variety of small boutique-like shops, providing an opportunity to support the small businesses. As for parking, the main lot in front of Trader Joe's and Nordstrom Rack get pretty crowded, so I'd recommend parking in the garage on the side of Chase bank. Each parking spot in this garage has a light over it that turns red if occupied and green if available, making it really easy to navigate. With spring right around the corner, I'm sure I'll find myself here again shortly!

This is an example of a well done mixed-use area/center. It has retail, restaurants, office space,…read moreand even residential apartments! I initially had some reservations about finding parking since the outer lots were pretty full and busy due to the Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, but as I walked into the middle of the area, I realized that there were also free parking garages that I could have used. Thoughtfully enough, they even had the number of spaces available displayed on the entrances. This place must get super busy to need that feature! I liked how the greenery was well kempt, and how there were navigational signs so you don't get lost. I went to the Paper Source, Due Cucina, and Don't Yell At Me. Super convenient! I guess the only thing I wished it could have was a better way to travel there through public transportation.

I ordered a Columbia TITANIUM Glacier to Glade II Weatherproof Shell from this operation which goes by the name Pacific Northwest Outfitters on 10/11/12. Specifically I ordered this jacket because it was advertised by Pacific Northwest Outfitters as a "Interchange system jacket", and needed one which was compatible with a liner that I already had. The jacket arrived a week and a half later and low and behold, it was not an interchange jacket. To be fair, it did say interchange on the inside tag, however, it didn't have zippers on the inside which might enable you to combine it with a liner. Pacific Northwest Outfitters states that in order to return an item must contact them before hand in order to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number, and that you would have to do so within 7 days. I called several times and not once did someone actually answer the phone when I called. I left at least 5 voices messages requesting an RMA and leaving my invoice number and contact information. I wrote several emails asking for assistance to no avail. I RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER. So here I am scratching my head as to why a company which would claim to be so legitimate, and run a respectable business would fail to be so responsive, and continue to be so intentionally evasive over a simple return transaction? Over an $80 jacket you are willing to put your reputation on the line and risk tarnishing the name of your brand forever? It seems incredulous to me as to why a company would hold itself out as a real business, and yet at the same time act like such nickel and dime swindlers. What really behooved me to write this review, is how Pacific Northwest Outfitters paints the picture of being the epitome of your north western America "we're-so-cool-and-ultra-friendly-and-laid-back-everything-is-a-dream-la-dee-freaking-da" persona. If you call and listen to the greeting message (Not that you'll have a choice, because no one will answer, you'll hear a kindly middle aged guy, who almost sounds as though he is selling fresh ground mountain coffee state: "Remember to go outside and play, we'll keep you covered." This message is in actually a honey dipped thinly veiled veneer for a venomous vicious wannabe-corporation which cares nothing about you, your life and your overall happiness. Pacific Northwest Outfitters, If your general policy is to "make you happy" you have failed in your mission statement. You represented to me that "We at Pacific Northwest Outfitters strive to make your shopping experience with us as pleasant and glitch free as possible. After all, we want you to keep coming back!", and you lied. You are nothing but deceitful cowards and I submit to you America, do not be hoodwinked or bamboozled by these charlatans, these cheap two-bit pirates. For while their goods may look very nice, neatly arranged on a computer screen, in reality they are nothing but bandits and evasive thieves in the night who only care about securing your credit card information. Your petty problems such as interchangeable jackets (not to mention worrying about being able to pay bills because of a jacket you can't return) will all cease to exist, just like any shred of integrity these people purport to have ceases to exist.
