Mmm there refried beans are so good with the rice, plus the salsa they use! Yummy in my tummy one of my faves.

Without a doubt the most sublime tamales in a 50mile+ radius. Every option is perfect, but I recommend the jalapeno with salsa rojo and salsa verde. But. if being the makers of the best tamales wasn't enough, Mana also serves the most delicious rice and perfectly cooked frijoles. A trifecta of perfection. You can't eat it there, but this is a container of delight that will transform any picnic table into a culinary extravaganza. Get there before they run out! Gracias, Mana!

Not much to say about ambiance and service. You drive up, step inside, order your tamales and you're on your way! But for tamale junkies this is the place. I can only attest to the quality of the pork tamale but I would think the masa would be the same in the others. We all know that the masa makes a tamale. It could be dry or soggy but masa here is perfect. The pork fantastic, spicy, flavorful and abundant! Just one hell of a tamale. I ordered a half dozen and thought one was a little on the small side so she threw it an extra tamale at no charge. Red or green sauce added at no fee. A great find don't miss it when you have that tamale craving ! Make sure to check the hours before making the trip.

Excellent tamales for takeout. Besides the rice and beans in the lunch special, they only sell tamales, so don't come expecting the usual taco/burrito/etc options from the usual Mexican food place. Came for some takeout on a Thursday around 11:30. Street parking was easy. Friendly greeting from the man behind the counter. Place is very basic - no tables and no drinks case, just the server and his counter of tamales. Menu on the wall lists the kind of tamales available as well as the lunch special that comes with 2 tamales, rice and beans. You can choose any 2 flavor combo. Offers and accepted crema on top of the tamales and a serving of salsa. Red salsa has a good heat level and went well with the tamales. Based on others recommendations

Tamales Mana is right next to the Asian grocery store on Petaluma Hill Rd. The tamales are handmade daily with their secret salsas. They include red chili pork, mole chicken, green chili chicken, bean & cheese, jalapeno cheese, sweet raisin, and sweet pineapple. When I was there around noon on a Saturday, they only had a few flavors left. I ordered their green chili chicken lunch place with comes with 2 tamales, a side of beans and rice all for $11! The tamales was moist which goes good with their secret red and green sauce. The shredded chicken inside was plentiful and flavorful. For the price and amount of food, it's worth it. The owners are very nice. They also have a to-go cart outside but at that time I was there, no one was manning it. I would come back in a heartbeat. Delicious tamales, good prices and enjoy supporting small, local authentic businesses.

Although the tamales are good, the employees are rude and seem to be in a rush when there were no other customers.

We stopped by on a Saturday for lunch and it was BUSY. There is limited parking so definitely keep that in mind. The line moves pretty quickly and you place your order inside. They have a large patio in the back with plenty of seating. We ordered the chips and guac, enchiladas de mole, and enchiladas suizas. The chips and guac came out first. The chips are SO GOOD. They fry their homemade tortillas into a large chip. The tortillas are very flavorful and the guacamole is rich and creamy. I think they grate their jalapeño/serrano into the avocado which allows for the flavor to be spread out across the bite. My only complaint is regarding the guac: I wish it had lime! Or if it did have lime, it didn't have enough. The food took a while to come out but the wait was worth it. The portions are huge! The enchiladas suizas were scrumptious. The chicken is stewed which makes it very moist and full of flavor. The pickled veggies weren't my favorite but I'm not generally a pickled veggies fanatic. My partner enjoyed his enchiladas con mole (which I obviously stole a bite from). The mole was very rich and decadent. Overall, we had an excellent experience and look forward to a trip back!
