Great customer service. I had placed my order then noticed the sign that said their card reader was down. The person taking the order gave me an alternative to order online and she'd make it right away. It was a simple solution and she was very kind about it even though it was clearly my mistake that I hadn't seen the card reader being down prior to placing the order. Changed the way they make their California burger and didn't update their online menu. Called to request a replacement and the owner was very unprofessional. He didn't want to replace the burger and insisted the burger having Mayo instead of thousand island isn't a reason to replace it even though online the menu say grilled onion and thousand island. Go to Johns Philly steak right next door instead. Better burgers way better service. read more

My boyfriend and I stopped here this afternoon for lunch, 11/22. He ordered the Gyro and I ordered the fried chicken sandwich. Both came with fries and a drink if you order the combo. My boyfriend said the Gyro was good, it just had a TON of sauce so don't ask for extra. I was a little disappointed in the quality of chicken that came on my fried chicken sandwich. I was expecting a real breast but it was that processed spongy chicken. It was still tasty I just think I would get something else next time I visit. They had a ton of options on the menu and lots of things looked good. The place was super clean and they had outside dining. I ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon. I didn't enjoy it at all the bacon tasted old and it was crumbled up and mixed in with the egg. Overall the ingredients didn't taste fresh. I'm not sure how long the Tams has been here in Yucaipa but I've lived here all my life and never been there until today with my adult daughter. She got the club combo with fries and I got the tuna melt combo with fries. We shared our sandwiches and they were both excellent! toasted on the outside perfectly! The fries are probably the best I've ever had! Their menu is huge! Great quality and no skimping here! A little pricey compared to most fast good places but well worth it! Brought the family and friends to eat, bought3 family pack with cheese... our cheeseburgers had no cheese. Once we brought it to their attention they handed over cold cheese on the side?! I used doordash and ordered what I thought was a bbq chicken philly but ,it had no cheese. Im not sure if this is false advertising or just a mistake made by the staff. all phillys should have cheese since it's the base of the sandwich and even in the name even if it's chicken instead of steak.
