I normally love this place. Best food around this area. This time I was mad at them because they not only got my order wrong, I had to drive back to return the incorrect order and by the time I was back home I had to eat cold fries and onion rings. I was expected to pay full price which I am always ok to do but having to eat cold food sucks. And drive 2 times to get my food sucks. I accept that part of the problem was my fault for not checking the ticket or the food when I was there the first time but I assumed they got it right. When you're happy and trust the place as I always have didn't occurred to me that there was a problem with my order. Cold fries and onion rings do not taste the same and even less if I'm not happy. We come to this tams often for breakfast burritos My daughter and I went here yesterday about 11am it was not busy maybe 1 car ahead of us in the drive thru. My husband prefers this tams over the others in Norwalk--but for some reason they just don't really listen to the customers order when it has special request. Large Dr Pepper extra ice They get the no hash brown and salsa part right but the other part they never seem to get maybe once they did The bacon is different, all chewy and soft (gross) When I ask for extra ice and say fill the cup up with ice please that's what I mean I'm paying for it and that's how I expect it to be made. This place is a total rip off. I've been coming here for years and their prices continue to increase while the quality of their food continues to decrease.
