Last night I went to Tams. I ordered a cheeseburger special. I took a bite of my burger and it tasted kind of weird. I didn't think nothing much of it at all. I thought it was gonna go away. But then after a few more bites it just didn't go away. So I stopped eating it. I told my friend to taste it. He said it does taste weird. I then took one last bite. I instantly threw up whatever was in my mouth. It was just disgusting. Turns out the meat wasn't even cooked right. It was still raw. I now have diarrhea. I have food poisoning now. Usually have pretty good service but todays service was unacceptable. When at the drive through they want to get ahead by taking orders but don't have a menu to provide you with. When paying was told they I can't pay with a prepaid Visa card that was gifted to me. And when I got home and saw my plate I got really small pieces of chicken on the chicken dinner and did not get the onion rings as advertised on their menu come with the dinner. Quite disappointed when you are looking forward to everything that comes with the meal to not have it all there. read more

I gave this place many chances but it's always the same. The order is wrong and it's a major mistake. We ordered a chicken salad and a cheeseburger combo to go. My kid tried the chicken from the salad and needed to drink water because it was spicy!! We didn't order it spicy and since it was to go, there was no way to return it. We ended up having to scramble to find food for my kid at the event we were at. The cheeseburger was ok. That is until I bit into the tomato which wasn't ripe enough. I just stopped for one of my favorites. The jumbo shrimp dinner. Only for the last 2 dinners I noticed they changed the shrimp!? It's a lot smaller! This does not qualify as jumbo shrimp. At least include an extra shrimp. I am so disappointed. I even asked for the shrimp not to be overcooked this time because the last time it was too crispy and small. Wow!!! Please tell me you will bring back the original jumbo shrimp. This new version looks nothing like your menu picture or like the picture I took of the original. At least adjust the price. read more

Pulled up to go to drive thru and the guy is in lot taking orders and I asked could I get closer to see menu and he told me to look at it online. Otherwise order at window and then wait longer and the people behind me wait longer. He could have walked 19 feet closer with me towards menu. Lazy rude dude. This review is solely for their chili cheese fries. My boyfriend's grandparents live near here and whenever his family and I are craving chili cheese fries we come here. We came here this past Saturday and before that we have been here numerous times. We haven't ate inside but we would always take the food to go. For their chili cheese fries it's about $8 a piece but damn it's worth it. They pack it with so much cheese, fries, and chili. Seriously when we get the container it feels like it weighs 5 pounds. It's that heavy. One con though (which really isn't that bad) is that there is always a wait at the drive thru and it does sometimes want to deter you from waiting but the people who work at the drive thru are very quick. They definitely want to get you your food quickly because believe it or not there is always a lot of people in line that needs their orders as well. They offer Traditional Mexican drinks such as horchata & Jamaica which paired so greatly with my burger. Compared to the Hat's prices, this place is a bargain. But, you get what you pay for. The pastrami that was outside the French roll was dried out and tough. The overall meat had a chewiness that's not found on The Hat's pastrami. But I think that's where this place is at a disadvantage. I keep comparing it to The Hat and I keep getting disappointed. Little gem in the city of paramount. This place is well known for their hamburgers but there are other items that are a must have. I was disappointed with the breakfast burrito. These are huge burritos mostly filled with mushy hash browns. This is basically a potato burrito and it doesn't taste that good. The only good thing it is that they do put eggs and bacon or sausage but I had to disassemble to remove most of the potatoe and once you do that , you end up with a small burrito but you could still taste that mushy has-browns. read more

So I went in to order the last time I went there(Never Again!!!) and while I was waiting I looked over at one of the cooks and he used his apron he had on to DIG IN HIS NOSE for a while to make sure he got everything out and then without cleaning his hands or the apron kept cooking and touching peoples food.
