Old water heater tank that lasted 12 years.

Talked to Phil and he gave me options for a tankless water heater. Never felt pressured and he was very informative and provided pros and cons of everything. Called on Monday, and his crew was out to my place on a Wednesday. Quick and efficient install and they left the place clean. Very happy so far with the performance of the system.

Thank You Phil.... If you have a tankless water heater please avoid the headache and call Tankless Solutions. I have had bad experiences with other companies. Most of them will not even open up the unit, just tell you that you need to purchase a new one, and may charge you 100.00 just for coming out. I replaced my last unit after it wouldn't reheat, never knew it could be reset because everyone kept saying replace it. Monkey Wrench spent one week on my current unit trying to rebuild it, but could not get the unit to produce heat because they threw away some of my parts during the rebuild and I had to cancel the contract and still they charged me 97 for nothing. One week without hot water was a nightmare. Once I called Tankless Solutions they jumped right on it. I was worried about the 300.00 up front cost when I read other reviews with less than four stars, however it was well spent and at least they are really going to diagnose the unit. Then they took 100.00 of the repair, again well worth it compared to competitors who don't have a clue about tankless units. I'm am very pleased with the fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. Don't bother to look no further, Tankless Solutions is the one to call if you want hot water ASAP.

    Pressure is back :)))

I had an unknown problem, and They helped me to quickly resolve the issue and return water pressure to my house

Brand new unit Phil got me under warranty! Installed by Stan!

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, it still fails to address the central issue that led me…read moreto hire IonFaucet in the first place. My complaint was never about whether filters were replaced or whether water flowed through the machine. My complaint was that the water tasted bad, which has been an ongoing issue for years. Nowhere in your response do you explain whether your technician actually verified that the original problem had been resolved. At no point did he ask me to taste the water with him, nor did he independently evaluate whether the water tasted normal after completing the service. Replacing filters is only one part of servicing a filtration system. Confirming that the customer's original complaint has been corrected is equally important. If I bring my car to a mechanic because the brakes are making noise, I don't simply expect new parts to be installed. I expect the mechanic to test-drive the vehicle to confirm the problem has been fixed. The same principle applies here. You also state that I failed to disclose that the system had been disconnected for several months. Even if that were true, it does not change your responsibility to verify that the water quality issue I hired you to resolve had actually been corrected before leaving my home. You mention that I voluntarily tipped your technician. I did. He spent a considerable amount of time at my home, and I appreciated his effort. A gratuity is a reflection of courtesy toward the technician--it is not confirmation that the service successfully resolved my problem. You also state that this is the first complaint. That is simply inaccurate. I have experienced poor-tasting water with this system for years, and this was not the first time I sought assistance regarding this issue. My review reflects a long-standing pattern, not a single isolated incident. Finally, your response spends considerable time discussing pricing, installation charges, and the timing of my review. None of those points address the fundamental issue: the water began tasting bad again almost immediately after spending over $780 on service. The purpose of hiring a professional service company is not merely to replace filters; it is to diagnose the customer's complaint, verify that the system is functioning properly, and ensure the problem has actually been resolved before the technician leaves. That did not happen in my case, which is why I stand by my review. Thank you for your response. However, it does not address the central issue of my complaint. My complaint has never been that the technician was courteous or that the system produced water immediately after the service. My complaint is that I paid over $750 to resolve an ongoing problem--poor-tasting water--and the water continued to taste bad almost immediately after the service was completed. You acknowledge that your technician was unable to verify whether the repair actually resolved the problem because the reverse osmosis tank required time to refill. That is precisely my concern. A repair should be confirmed to have corrected the customer's complaint. If verification could not be performed during the appointment, then a follow-up should have been scheduled to ensure the system was functioning properly. This is especially important because this was not the first time I reported poor water quality. I have experienced issues with this system for approximately three years and have repeatedly sought assistance. Your response makes this appear to be an isolated complaint, when in reality it has been an ongoing issue. Rather than addressing whether the filtration system was actually producing clean, good-tasting water, your response focuses on my decision to leave a review. Consumers have every right to share their experiences, particularly after paying a substantial amount for a repair that did not resolve the original problem. My comparison to an automotive repair remains valid. Regardless of the industry, when a customer pays for a repair, the expectation is that the original complaint has been resolved. If immediate verification is impossible due to the nature of the equipment, then the responsibility falls on the service provider to establish a reasonable process for confirming the repair afterward--not on the customer to discover that the problem still exists. I appreciate your offer of a refund. However, my review accurately reflects my experience: I paid a significant amount of money, the original problem was not resolved, and no verification was performed to confirm that the repair actually fixed the issue. I believe prospective customers deserve to know that. Given that the issue has persisted for years without resolution, I will gladly accept a full refund and request that your equipment be removed from my home as soon as possible.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the continued failure…read moreof my Kangen water filtration system after years of unresolved issues. For approximately three years, I have experienced recurring problems with the taste and quality of the water produced by my Kangen machine. The water has consistently developed an unpleasant taste that has made it difficult, and at times impossible, to drink with confidence. Throughout this period, I have repeatedly sought assistance, hoping each time that the problem would finally be identified and corrected. Most recently, I decided to give the system one final opportunity before permanently walking away from the Kangen brand. I invested over $750 to have the unit professionally serviced, including replacing the filters and performing whatever maintenance your representatives deemed necessary to restore the machine to proper working condition. I made this investment in good faith, trusting that the problem would finally be resolved. Unfortunately, that confidence lasted only a matter of days. Today is Monday, and the water has already begun tasting terrible again. After spending over $750, I find it completely unacceptable that the same issue has returned almost immediately. This is not normal wear and tear. This is not a minor inconvenience. This demonstrates that the underlying problem was either never properly diagnosed or never actually repaired. As a consumer, I have invested thousands of dollars into your products over the years. One of the primary reasons I purchased a Kangen system was because of its reputation for producing clean, enjoyable drinking water. Instead, I have spent years questioning the quality of the water coming from a machine that was marketed as a premium health product. The financial aspect is equally frustrating. Spending over $750 on service and replacement filters is a significant expense. To have the exact same problem return within days leaves me feeling that my money has been wasted. Had I known the repairs would not resolve the issue, I never would have authorized such an expensive service. Beyond the financial cost is the loss of confidence in your product. A water filtration system should provide consistency and reliability. Instead, I have spent years wondering whether the water is actually being filtered properly or whether there is an internal issue that has gone unresolved despite repeated attempts to fix it. At this point, I am requesting that Enagic or Ionfaucet thoroughly review my case and provide a meaningful resolution rather than another temporary repair. I would like a comprehensive explanation of why this issue continues to occur despite professional servicing and newly installed filters. If the machine itself is defective or has reached the point where it cannot function properly, I believe that should be acknowledged. I would also appreciate reimbursement or another equitable remedy considering that I paid over $750 for service that appears to have failed almost immediately. Consumers should not be expected to repeatedly pay substantial repair costs without receiving a lasting solution. I have exercised considerable patience over the past three years. I have given your company multiple opportunities to correct this problem. Unfortunately, my patience has now been exhausted. I respectfully request a prompt response outlining how Enagic intends to resolve this matter permanently. I hope the company stands behind its products and values long-term customer satisfaction, because my experience thus far has been the opposite. I look forward to your timely response.
