Almost every customer before us was Chinese and I'd watched the staff speak with them in both Mandarin and Cantonese, but both employees spoke to us in English (sincerely appreciated). We ordered a small amount of fatty and lean char siu and some roast duck, which he promptly selected from the window and chopped to order. The fatty was a bit much for me, but the lean char siu was absolutely delicious, and the duck had a nice crispy skin and juicy meat, all of which was delicious too.
