My friend and I tried this place today and it was delicious I ordered the chilaquiles, red-plate and i ate it all even though i was full I had to finish it. I was stuffed!! I really wanted to get some pan dulce but next time!! The service is nice. You order ahead and they bring your food out to you. This it! We had horchata- it was pretty good just a little too creamy for me. Next time I'll try another aqua. The place is very small and cute!! I do wish they had a door on the side of the building but with the drive thru it's understandable. I will definitely be back!!

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon couldn't get in the parking lot. OK, this place has to be good. I'll come back. Came back two days later went through the drive-through and ordered by Diablo carne Asada burrito. The smell that came through the drive-through window made my mouth water immediately. I couldn't wait to get home. Only to open my burrito and find it to be 90% rice. A few scraps of steak in my $15 burrito. Such a disappointment. The only reason I gave it two stars is because it was actually spicy

Found this from others on instagram. Good recommendation. I love burritos. These were HOT and FRESH. My husband got the carnitas burrito. The very large burrito was packed with carnitas. Tasted great. I got a shrimp burrito. It was delicious but my complaint would be is was so messy. That sounds so picky I know. The shrimp burrito was served with mayo in it. To me that seemed strange and unnecessary but I wanted to try it as they envision it. The mayo in it gets heated and just turns to oil. The burrito just turned into a hot soggy mess by the end, fell apart, and was all over me. I would definitely go back but I wouldn't get the shrimp burrito. The vibe here is also great.

We drove down here from Scottsdale after seeing an Instagram post claiming it's Mesa's biggest burrito. And boy was it ever! This grande burrito was packed with all things wonderful- potatoes, beans, cheese, rice, pico, sour cream, and I chose chicken as my protein. I could only eat half of it. Served with tortilla chips and they had a salsa bar. Cute little spot, clean and friendly service!

I didn't get a photo of the quesabirria I had because I was too busy stuffing my face, but wow is this delicious. Good portions and fair prices! My husband had the diabla steak burrito which was filling and delicious. Good horchata and the rice tasted just like my Tia's. Highly recommend for a casual spot.

I've driven past this place so often it was time to pull in. I ordered myself 3 rolled tacos which were delish and I thoroughly enjoyed. I also wanted to try their birria it was good I'll definitely order it again and my son did love his burrito saying that the flavors were spot on the meat juicy not dry and dont judge he even dipped it in the biŕria sauce.

Found this hidden gem a random day so close to me I never knew about it food is delicious I'm very picky with beans but these were good so I knew everything else had to be good

You know a restaurant serves good Mexican food when the place is full of Hispanics during lunch! I had the pork green Chile chimichanga with green sauce-no sour cream and no guacamole. I got it enchilada style. It was very good. It came with rice and beans and a little salad. Next time I go, I think I will try the hard tacos though. The chimichanga was huge and it was hard to cut therefore making it hard to eat. The flavor was good though. I also had an orange Fanta, which is one of my favorite sodas. All in all it's a good spot. However, I was a little grossed out when one of the customers went to the salsa bar, and his hands were filthy. You could tell he was a construction worker that clearly worked with his hands, because his hands and pants were covered in dirt and oil! Watching him get the salsa from the salsa bar made me throw up in my mouth a little bit. It wasn't the restaurants fault but damn that was kind of nasty! Lastly, my meal was $32. That was a bit steep for Mexican food especially at lunchtime. The Fanta was $5.25. And they charged an extra three dollars for the chimichanga to be enchilada style. I love Mexican food but $32 is asking a bit much. Hence the four stars.

Enchiladas & burrito plates. And some of the best salsa out there.

Had a great Monday family dinner! Lots of tacos, enchiladas, burritos, rice, and the variety of beverages is great. Thanks to Ximena and Ashanty for the great service. Can't wait to see you again soon!

First authentic mexican we tried since we moved to AZ and it didn't disappoint! Big portions and affordable We got steak burrito, jalisco burrito and cheese quesadilla. Burrito was huge but it got a little dry at the end. Cheese quesadilla was okay, might be better if we got not just plain cheese. I enjoyed it with the pico de gallo and the green sauce. Wish there was more pico de gallo though. They also have sauce station and pickled onions which my husband really liked. Service was quick! There was a line when we got there but the food came so fast a little after we got a table. They have drive thru too. Ambiance was great. Seats are limited and they have outdoor options. They played Mexican music which adds to the authenticity. Saw reviews that parking is limited but we got lucky, they're were still a few open spots when we came. Overall, would recommend and will come back

We were in Mesa for my son's judo tournament and decided to get some Mexican food. If you're familiar with Mesa you can throw a rock in any direction and hit several places for Mexican food. The restaurant has around 10 tables and a drive thru so you can get your food in or to go. We chose to eat there and went up to the counter to order. The menu is extensive. I originally wanted the Al Pastor but did not see a trompo so I decided to order just one taco to try it. Instead I ordered the beef fajitas. They were flat top grilled crispy, not wood grilled. That said they were still very good. And you could update probably feed three on just one order. They came with rice and beans as well. My wife got the cheese enchilada and two crispy taco combo. The enchiladas were very good and she saved the tacos for later. The inside was clean and casual while being bright and modern. Our only pet peeve which brought down the rating and also had happened at another restaurant the night before was they started mopping the floors around you with the Fabuloso cleaner which has that smell the overwhelms you and ruins the taste of anything your eating at the time.

I've been coming here for several years, since before the interior was redone. And about the interior - - It is super cute now with pretty cool murals on the wall. On one little section of wall is a painting of Cantiflas, another wall a giant day of the dead girl, and on the opposite wall dancing skeletons and colorful flowers. They also use corrugated tin on the walls which really goes so well. There is a little salsa bar and several booths. These are not really comfortable booths, but they do the trick. The girl at the counter was very nice. When we asked if the green chili pork was hot she said she did not know, but then she went and got a sample for us to taste with chips. It was not hot, but it was delicious! We ordered one of the specials of the day - - a carne asada burrito with three rolled tacos. It was a huge meal, but a delicious meal. We also ordered the green chili pork burrito, and a combo plate with three carne asada tacos. Everything was good especially with the delicious salsas from the salsa bar. The menu is quite large with tacos, burritos, sopas, and tortas. We also sell a lot of people with large cups of horchata. This place is really hopping. When we arrived, the drive-thru had a line all the way out to the street. Inside it was a constant stream of people picking up or ordering to eat in.

I want to start by saying our server was great, the atmosphere was nice, and our food came out quickly, which we appreciated. We had only taken a couple bites of our meals when my boys needed to use the bathroom. I took them, and intentionally left my purse at the table so it was clear we hadn't left. When we came back, our entire meal had been cleared from the table. It was incredibly frustrating, especially with hungry little kids. The manager came over and apologized and offered to remake the food, but at that point my kids were hungry, upset, and honestly I was too. I just wanted to leave. I asked if they could comp the meal because this was entirely due to their mistake. The manager then said we should still pay 50% of the bill, which was honestly shocking. Paying half for food we barely ate because it was taken by mistake felt completely unreasonable. After I pushed back, they did end up comping the meal. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What made this experience especially disappointing was the manager's lack of empathy and apology--especially as a mom trying to manage dinner with little kids. It turned what started as a pleasant dinner into a very stressful and upsetting experience.

The chips were soggy when I got my food. I liked the red onions, it added a little kick to the food on top of what the food offers to begin with. 6/10 Eggs over medium- not too runny how I like it. Velvety, the eggs weren't burnt crispy and was delightful. Meat was umami, savory and tender. Different than what I expected, had a little kick of spice. Beans were dry and bland.
