I already purchased the oil filter online so all these guys had to do was remove the existing filter drain motor oil and put in the new filter and add several quarts of European synthetic oil. I also purchased the in cabin air online as a new one was needed. The crew were efficient, professional and quick but were NOT as accommodating as the West Los Angeles crew, which is where I last visited. This location is almost comparable but the WLA location was more accommodating in that they were willing to install my in cabin air filter and engine air filters. The crew here weren't as accommodating instead they did a song and dance of excuses on why they can't. Additionally, their Yelp page shows a discount 20% off of the total which would be the equivalent of $40 off the entire purchase since my bill was over two hundred but they would NOT honor it. They only agreed discount less than half which is dishonest and false advertising and as a matter of fact ILLEGAL!! There are serious $$$$ fines the Valvoline corporate will pay customers who were not honored advertised offers/discounts. I just wanted the services done so I reluctantly stayed. Be aware of all the discounts and see if this location will honor them, my experience was NOT as positive because I hate to be subject to a bait and switch game. Caution here.

I asked if they would also check my air pressure, air filter, and anything else they thought was important to check. They were nice enough to check all those things and fill up my air. They let me know my belt was needing to be changed and I asked if they would show me. He walked me through all the different things in my engine and told me what to look for. I thought it was really nice that he took the time to do that. Oil change was a little more than I was hoping for but I think that's just the normal cost of oil changes these days. I mentioned I had AAA and was able to get $20 off so that was nice!

I was offered a May 50% off oil change coupon- directly linked to this location, even booked through the system with an operator. Upon my arrival, I was told they're not giving those coupons out/honoring them. Kevin was able to get manager approval, but they wouldn't normally honor them. Everything was fine until I left. I had no remarks about the brake inspection, and then my internal Audi Warning lights came on saying the sensor is reading low oil/needing a change. I went back. The service tech told me "we don't have the computer to clear Audi manufacturing alerts, you'll have to find someone who can." Audi doesn't have to do that, it's just the sensor. I drove across to Sam who works on Audis. Upon further inspection, Tire Choice over filled my oil giving me an extra quart. I had to have it drained which cost me more $. I knocked door to door and ran sales teams for 10 years. My gut is pretty good at telling me when…read moresales people are being slippery, leaving shit out etc.. After hearing how the workers here tried to humiliate my girlfriend by saying things like "I don't know if it's your financial situation or what that's making you say no but this is what work needs to be done" in front of customers Then trying to scare her by telling her that she can't drive away with her brakes like this. After she said no to their quote that was 300$ or so in labor.. The thing is that the old waste a customers whole day so they are so invested they have to say yes strategy might work but eventually someone is gonna take it to consumer affairs and it's not gonna be good for ya. I'd have to say there is some real shady shit going on here. The manager was decent but his employee got mad at my girlfriend when she said no to their quote and he tried humiliating and using fear tactics I described above. We ended up going to a different Midas and getting cheaper labor but wouldn't have if you guys would t have tried to be predatory. So yes, you guys lost our business because you were trying to take advantage of us.
