This Target was located conveniently near Columbus Circle. As you enter the store, you'll start by taking the escalator down a floor. For my most recent visit, I was here for water and snacks which was on that floor. For toys, clothes, and everything else, you'll need to go one more flight down. While I was able to find everything that I wanted, I found that the aisles at this location were very cramped. I showed up here straight from the airport, so it was hard maneuvering around with my duffel bag. Prices weren't the best, but they were decent. When it was time to pay, I got in line for a self check-out kiosk.

fairly small Target--it is below street level. subterranean convenience shopping in the Upper West Side / Lincoln Square area. the grocery section seems to be the largest area and has all your standard food items which works for me. this Target is fairly compact. not many employees, but self checkout is a breeze. not much to say about this Target except it's a decent place to shop if you're in the area.

Target is definitely one of my favorite stores. I sure wish this store was here when I lived on the West Side. That doesn't stop me from visiting when I'm hanging in this neighborhood. Target will match the price for items you find at lower price elsewhere. I always find someone to help when I can't find what I'm looking to purchase. I'm recommending and I'm looking forward to going back!

During my most recent trip, I bought a smaller version of the Metallica shirt that I wanted, and I was really happy to find the Native toiletries brand with their new collection of candy scented body washes, deodorants, and shampoos/conditioners. I really wanted the gummy bear body wash but they ran out. They only had the gummy bear deodorant. I ended up buying the sour berry belts body wash. I was also really happy to see that this Target location had Starface products and was happy to see that they had the MicroCloud stickers. I was hoping to purchase them on the website but really didn't want to pay for shipping, so this was a win. I love going to Target, and I'm so happy that this location is so close to where I live. I hope they do get a new selection of the gummy bear body wash though for the future.

This Target is nearly impossible to find in the app's search. I needed cotton swabs and spray cleaner. I got my cotton swabs but no spray cleaner. The cleanser aisle is tiny with a very limited selection. You're not doing big shopping here. But I will say it's the first time I've seen a Target with a fully stocked cosmetics section. Every single shade. Closing the self-checkout before closing is weird. You're guaranteeing a line that way. And turning off the lights at the registers is weird too. If you want me to get the hell out, make it easy and accessible to do so. I'll still head up to the Harlem Target. This one is almost useless to me.

Unfortunately, this is the worst Target I have ever been to. The shelves are constantly empty. When you do find an item and it's behind a locked case you have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes for an employee to come when you need help. You'll be roaming the aisles for hours and no one will try to help you. The worker's here are very rude and have no knowledge on how gift cards works. I was in store today trying to use a gift card that's saved on my phone. The employee made a comment that I couldn't use it in store. Believe all the negative reviews you read about this location it's true.

I asked for Bryan's name and he scribbled it down. I had to re-write it. Let's work on his penmanship.

Manager Bryan Caguare needs to work on his customer relation skills, I can't believe he is a guest facing Manager. Today I picked up my mobile order, confused on which part of the stanchion "pickup" is. There is a small desk and sign on the left to the checkout line, on the opposite signs of the stanchion. I waited their to be called but when I noticed I wasn't being called I asked Bryan "is this where you pickup" and Bryan pointed at the checkout line and said "get online". I waited online, grabbed my item and asked my cashier to speak to a floor manager. He pointed at Bryan. I attempted to share my experience with Bryan but he cut me off as I spoke and ask questions like "what's your name" and "do you work for shake shack", which I thought was totally out of context. The pickup experience should be designed to save time, grab and go. Let's redesign the pickup window at this location so it makes sense as the guest walk in. Maybe Bryan Caguare should manage the back of the store where guest aren't present and he might have patience.

Finally. It's here!!! Welcome to the hood. All the things you love about Target is now here in LS. 2 levels. Friendly staff. Pretty spacious. Great but limited selection. Just double check your receipt that the prices match the tags. Had to go back for price adjustment. Happy shopping

I love targets everywhere, and much prefer to Walmarts. Target is peaceful, unchaotic, and a pleasure to shop.

They certainly do NOT put soaking WET shoes for days in the SAME CUBBYHOLE to make it rust this way. Otherwise, this is where I store my cookbooks. They offered me an outsourced furniture service to 'fix' the issue AT MY COST. The fact that they won't listen to me, or admit this is a faulty piece of furniture, and help me replace it is mind-boggling. For over $700 and Less than a YEAR in my home, NOT EXPOSED CONSTANTLY to WET SHOES makes ZERO sense why this is happening. And instead of being of assistance to keep me as a customer who has spent over $3.5k at this store, it is just sad and VERY BAD service. One would have to keep a wet rag in place for this to have happened in this amount of time.

Great location. Pretty housewares, merchandised beautifully…read more Based on my limited experience (I've stopped in ~3 times over the past quarter), getting things done around here requires interacting with the (seemingly capable) store staff, but there are too many shoppers and insufficient employees on the floor to help. I've been increasingly desperately in need of replacing my ~20-year old silverware that I think I purchased from a Bed Bath & Beyond for maybe $20. As it turns out, there's a pretty massive range of cutlery sets on the market, and I felt inclined to see and touch several options before making a purchase, especially if I'm going to drop substantially more than $20 on a replacement. This Crate & Barrel definitely doesn't lack for choice, but my transaction wasn't nearly as simple as picking out a box of new forks and knives. On my first visit, I narrowed down my selection based on aesthetics and material. I learned that I don't love textured metals, and I mildly prefer satin finishes over mirrored ones. I also discovered how massive a range in pricing there is between entry level cutlery and the high end brands. After reading several online reviews, I also determined that I wanted to purchase 18/10 steel for its durability. After all that, I'd figured out that C&B's Aero line (which seems to be a rebranded Cutipol product) might fit the bill, but I wasn't thrilled about the two-tone version they had on display. According to their website, they carry an all-metal version in store, and one of the employees was able to confirm it was in stock in the backroom, however, I had somewhere else to rush off to and decided to come back another time. On my second visit, I bee-lined it to the silverware section and waited to hunt down an employee who could help me obtain a set of the all-metal Aero cutlery. 10-15 minutes later, I finally got to handle a sample. This shit isn't cheap. I wasn't quite prepared to drop several hundred bucks on new silverware, but the store associate came up with the most brilliant idea: after confirming that there was no discount for purchasing multiple sets at once, she suggested I just buy one set to try out for awhile. That way, if I hated it, I wouldn't be out the full shebang. Genius, truly. Several weeks later, generally satisfied with the tester set, I returned for an additional three to round out my cutlery collection. It's a good thing I waited, too, because somewhere during the intervening time, they went on holiday sale for 20% off. My frugal inner Asian granny delights in a discount! Again, I had to wait around for a (harried) store employee to use their magical mobile app powers to summon a minion from the backroom for the ever-elusive non-displayed silverware and was -- eventually -- rewarded for my patience with a trio of shiny (more affordable!) utensil sets! All told, C&B offers a wide range of products. If what you're seeking isn't on display, there's a non-zero chance they might have more hidden away behind the scenes, so ask for help. And before arrival, be sure to gird your loins for a wait, because I've yet to encounter a scenario where there's an overabundance of staff standing around ready to assist.

He from the beginning was impatient in answering our questions about items and was showing attitude for no good reason. We had a terrible experience in their store when we tried to order goods worth more than $3000. He made a mistake in the order. When we asked him to cancel, rather than cancelling the order, he made a duplicate order without notifying us. Our card was charged twice without our approval for the duplicate order. He, after making the duplicate order, told us that we should come back and return the duplicate item when it arrives to get back our money. We were surprised that our card was charged twice without our approval although we were standing in front of him when he was putting in the order. We asked him to cancel both orders as we did not want to come back to return the duplicate item. At that point he became even more rude and was extremely unhelpful. He said the store manager was not around to resolve this dispute, although it seemed he was the store manager. He didn't seem to care that he lost a customer who was ready to buy goods above $3000. This staff should be held responsible for not only losing a customer forever for Rejuvenation and ruining William Sonoma's reputation but also because he was non-transparent to the customer and charged their card for a duplicate item without their approval. Be very very careful when you order anything in the Rejuvenation store and double check what they are charging on your card. We still haven't got back our refund that was charged on our card without our consent.
