Unfortunately I would have rated a 4 or 5 star, but good customer service is key for me at any establishment. I walk into the restaurant and not a single word is spoken to me and my party by the hostess, she simply grabs 3 menus and starts walking to a table expecting us to follow. The service here was so fast and friendly. After a lot of mediocre service in the Boulder area it was refreshing to be taken care of well. We came for happy hour and had a couple drinks and a late lunch. The mule was delicious, I ordered the Seoul Bowl, the tempeh, rice, and veggies were flavorful and perfectly cooked. My boyfriend had been battling a toothache and was able to build a bowl that was chewable for him and also flavorful and delicious. We finished with a slice of lavender lemon cake. It was so good. I have been excited to try this place for a while now. Sadly my experience wasn't so great. After arriving I sat at my table ignored for 15 minutes before someone noticed I was there. They don't have a non-wheat tortilla option for those of us who are gluten free, and when I asked about doing it on a gluten free bread instead I was informed that the bread is really small so it might not be best. Gluten free bread is tiny usually but I wish they had another solution. I ended up getting nachos which were good if you add the habanero sauce to it, but not what I was craving. Had high hopes being a vegetarian and they advertise sort of Farm to Table. The food has zero presentation, zero flavor and zero consistency. We got the Asian wraps and it was veggie mush with lots of soy sauce and iceberg lettuce. There were no tofu pieces are wontons and even when I questioned the server she stated there were. I got a side of fries and that consisted of about 7 french fries. The nachos were bland. The only redeeming quality was the desserts but that was bizarre because I asked the waitress for dessert menu and she told me that I should just go in and look at the dessert case myself???.... The drinks were ok and the service was mediocre but we won't be returning and I would definitely recommend Avogadro's Number just down the street for on point scrumptious vegetarian vegan options! read more

I love the food here but, I've had two meals here this Summer and was so impressed by the first visit with a nice waiter, awesome food and good portions. My second visit however left me wondering what happened. The waitress was rude and cold and gave me blank stares when I was raving to a friend and asking for recommendations and then the food looked thrown together and served without an ounce of care. This couldn't be the same place. How could the service and food be so different from my first experience. So take a good look when you walk-in. We are so sad because tasty harmony was our favorite restaurant to go to. Today we ordered a salad and talked to lily on the phone about how I was celiac, I then had to hang up and look at the menu myself and call back because she was not able to walk me through the menu. I then proceeded to tell them I was celiac and needed my salad gluten free. I pressed that I was celiac the whole time. They then gave me a salad with wheat wontons on it. she insisted it was gluten free. I went home to eat the salad and could tell it was not gluten free so I called back. He proceeded to fight with me and blame me saying I did not ask for it gluten free. He put me down and fought with me and refused to apologize or offer a refund.
