We ended up getting the seafood #12, and the #1 beef soup. my husband thinks it was really good, he got the spiciest level- although he says if we come back he would get no spice to get the flavors of what's in the soup and add spice as he's eating it. they have different sauces so that you can add to it to your broth. wish it would've been a little hotter when it arrived. ambiance was pretty casual- definitely busy for a saturday night. previous reviews had issues with the time it takes for your food, it probably took us 10-15 minutes to receive our food. most of the servers were okay, one was really rude when we asked for some more chili oil. will have to check out the cali location! read more

My husband got the filet mignon, shrimp and chicken. A lot better than the hibachi restaurants and less expensive. The same food without the show :) Yes we will be back! It was fun that there were so many variety of pots you could choose from and having individual bowls was great to be able to get more variety, unfortunately the service was rude and inattentive. We never got our water refilled, when I was ready to enjoy my bowl there were no utensils and when I asked for them she seemed very bothered, we also asked for to go boxes two times before they were brought to us. My friend asked for a few items to be removed from her bowl when she ordered and it came back having all of those ingredients still there. The saving grace was the portion sizes and the boba drinks but unfortunately the experience itself wasn't great. My hot pot was a curry bowl with mild spice and honestly it was pretty flavorless, I had to add a lot of sauces to get something that tasted good. This place is one of the newest Asian hot pot places in Reno. My family and I love to visit and experience new Asian food anywhere we are whether we are travelling or just a night out at home. The flavors you get in these soups are just a glorious fusion of meats, bone broths, rice stick noodles, veggies and seafood all served in an individual heated pot. Mine was a little too hot I had to turn off the heating sterno. My friends was a little colder and the egg was partly cooked. We will return to this place to experience other hot pots. We had been waiting for this to open, and it doesn't disappoint! Today was the first day it was open so the service was a little slow, but I'm impressed how efficient they were despite a huge line. The first real hot pot place of Reno, and we will definitely be back. There are 12 different hot pots to choose from. And you get your personal stove with the pot you choose, so the soup is hot until the end of your meal. We've had tasty pot in SoCal before, and this one definitely compares to it! My husband got the Taiwanese supreme spicy pot and I got the healthy veggie hot soup (I chose the tomato base). The soups were so fresh and delicious - exactly what I had expected from tasty pot! We also got popcorn chicken (not pictured but it reminded my husband of popcorn chicken from Taiwan). It's also baby-friendly with high chairs available and a baby changing station. I filled in a total, but they added another $3 to my credit card bill. I would suggest take a snapshot with the credit card bill that you sign because they do not provide you that copy. Really good! Good broth to protein ratio. It felt like a treasure hunt with the various proteins. Got this one in a medium and it was the perfect spice to enjoy it. I also had the sizzling beef with udon with extra beef and egg it reminds me a lot of pepperlunch in vegas. All the portions are good to share for 2-3 people. I tried their lychee passion fruit grapefruit with grass jelly. It was ok. 7/10 could you a little bit more flavor. Also tried their avocado smoothie with egg pudding 1000000/10 recommend!
