Reminds me of one I had in Maine that I've been chasing in Denver ever since. We also really enjoyed the panang with chicken (you can sub the protein). We were still eating--literally had one spring roll left--and a staff member tried to take the plate after we had already said we were finishing it. There are definitely a few things that could be improved. Overall, not the best Thai food experience in Denver, unfortunately.

The Jalapeño Crab Cheese Wontons were packed with flavor and came with the perfect sweet/spicy dipping sauce. The Pork Roti was unreal and officially a must-order for me moving forward. I kept taking bites trying to figure out what ingredient made it taste THAT good. Then the Khao Soi with fried chicken completely sealed the deal.
