I can't recommend this company. I've never had a plumbing company charge me for cleanup. While their prices seemed reasonable initially, the added charges for cleanup and diagnosis post treatment of the line upset me. I had a blockage in my line. They were called by my management company emergently. They came out, cabled the line for 3 hours, decided a jetter was necessary, and left a mess. They recommended I pay them $400-500 to clean up the sewage. They also recommended I pay an additional fee to camera the line, post fix, to diagnose the problem. I did not take them up on these offers. 2 months later I had another backup in the plumbing. I paid another plumbing company to jetter the line. Cam of the line was included in the treatment. It was much more economic. It has been 9 months since they treated the problem. No issues. I asked 3 companies about cleanup services while getting estimates the second time around. I wanted to make sure it wasn't just me. All of the companies were in disbelief that I was charged for cleanup of removing a blockage. For the record, the mess was made during the service. It was not there beforehand. I appreciated the punctuality of Taylor. The technicians were nice on the phone. I was thankful they came out emergently. It was a positive experience until they gave me the bill with recommended upcharges at the end. read more

Argumentative and rude. The lack of professionalism is astounding. I would not recommend. Was told they could be there that day/afternoon by home warranty but when I spoke with the juvenile man child on the phone was told that they may or may not be able to come out today or if they did it would be "late". We are highly satisfied with the service we received from Taylor Plumbing. We needed an estimate to have some work done, and they came out promptly and were patient with us while we were waiting to get approval for the estimate. Once we got approval and called to schedule a time, they were able to accommodate the short window of time we had to get the work completed. We had our water heater go out. Having a larger family, we needed it fixed asap. I contacted Taylor Plumbing and spoke with Conrad. Unfortunately, he was not available right away. Before I called the next company, he returned my call and let me know one of his contractors were available. (Sigh of relief!) He gave us a reasonable quote and gave us a timeframe which allowed us to pick up our new water heater. His contractor, Robert arrived timely and installed our new water heater. This company was contracted out by my Homewarranty company because i had a small leak under my kitchen sink. Turns out it was the garbage disposal, this company came and REPLACED my garbage disposal in November of 2022 which is now supposed to work fine right i should have no worries, nor should i have to look under my sink every time i run the garbage disposal. Fast forward to a month ago i noticed my flooring started rippling, felt bumpy in a straight line leading from my kitchen sink to my bedroom. Last week i reached for something in the back of my kitchen sink and felt something wet so i go to inspect it. Turns out the whole bottom of my sink is now caved in due to sitting water that has so where to go so this is the cause of my flooring rippling. Luckily it's been hot but i don't know if there's MOLDING OR ANYTHING HARMFUL going on under my sink. I call this plumbing company and someone comes out he sees the issue right away and says " oh it looks like the garbage disposal was shaken loose could be from the rumbling of it " i ask is there a sealing that he can put to prevent this from happening again, he says NO tightens it and says " it should be fine now " then proceeds to say he will talk to his boss about the bottom of my sink caving in but doesn't believe that it caused damage to my rippling floors. I ask him where does he think all this sitting water was going? He had no answer. I had cans under my sink that were completely rusted from this issue which means this was a prolonged issue and i had no idea. I just got BRAND NEW FLOORING PUT IN A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AGO, there is no reason my flooring should be bumpy and it's only bumpy in this area of my home. Company was recommended by a friend, so we went ahead and scheduled with them, 2-3 days out. Conrad came and looked at our leaking toilet and gave us the quote which we agreed to. He had to cut the cast iron toilet flange as it was originally (1960) installed too high and was not flushed with the tile. He did that, however, did not cover any area in the bathroom before he started cutting, nor did he tell me I should. Left a huge mess behind, with small, dust like metal particles that stuck to everything in the bathroom. Everything was covered in black small metal dust! When he left he said, with a mop it will clean real fast. That was not the case-I was left scrubbing this tiny bathroom walls, window, floors, bathtub, sink for more than two hours, because this dust stuck like glue to everything. That's fine, I can clean, not a big deal. But we are now left with rust stains on the white bathtub and sink. Called Conrad back the next day as the toilet was still leaking and he tightened something up. I then politely asked him what I should use to scrub the bathtub and sink with, since they are now yellow from the particles that flew and deposited there (I even poured bleach in the tub and let it sit there). I pointed out to the yellow bathtub and he told me that it was like that before he arrived! I was shocked at his nerve to say that. We do not use the bathtub at all, we use the shower, and the bathtub has been in pristine condition. Then he said it's because of the anti slip material on the bottom of the bathtub that the particles attached to, and there is nothing to clean that with-I should have those replaced!!! And when I politely told him that I would have appreciated if he told me that I needed to cover the areas in the bathroom or that he should have done it- having experience with this, he said:" Ok. Have a good day" and left. So no, I do not and will not recommend this company to anyone! He did not show any respect for my house or me as a customer. He acted like he did me a favor and now I have to incur additional costs to fix the tub. I'll wait another day to see if the toilet is still leaking. read more

This was a satisfactory experience I had a clogged sink in the bathroom. It was clogged behind the sink so he had to bring out the big equipment, a big snake. He first tried clean the P-trap and use the smaller snake. He quoted me a price and stuck to that price. And guaranteed the work for 30 days. I was happy with that. I had backed up pipes in my kitchen, I have a home warrantee and the first company they sent out could not do the job, they said it needed to be hydro jetted , and they did not have the equipment to do that work. After a few other calls to different company's we finally found a company that said they could do the job, and would come out that day. So thankful to TAYLOR PLUMBING, they had a man here by 2pm and my call was made at approximately 11am . T.J. came at about 1:45 and started right in, he got the job done with the drain auger, It did not need the hydro jet at all and he had it all cleared out within 1 hour. This company is incredibly responsive. We had an active natural gas leak at our hot water heater confirmed by P G and E.
