Personally, I won't be here again. I went here for vehicle inspection. After 20 mins later, they told me I have to replace my Wiper or fail my inspection. I told them I just bought one and want to replace it later. They said they will fail my inspection and after replace my wipes, I can come back and do inspection again. I had a flat tire due to the 7-11 air compressor deflating my tire. I called TC to see if they could help me as I was stranded. They sent a guy over with an air compressor to fill my tire up at no cost! Phenomenal customer service from the branch manger and the gentleman he sent out!!! I went to the shop the same day to check out the tire and replace it if needed. They have earned my business from now on!! Customer service goes a long way in sales, thank you! read more

If I can give them 0 I will give them . They charge me almost 2000$ !!!!to fix the window and air conditioning in the way over price , they don't do a good job the window don't close to the end and the air conditioning not blow cold air. When I take the car it's sound wired and after 2 days the transmission go bad I take it again that they check it again they want to charge me close to 4000$!! For transmission after I check with eagle transmission went 1800$ I understand they want to over charge me I'm really disappointed, Kevin the only tecnichen there not professional. They over charge and role my car . So if you want to be over charge and take a risk they role your car this is the place for you . Came in for a tire patch. Over an hour later I am sitting here still, and was informed close to half an hour ago my problem tire couldnt be fixed, and they didnt have a replacement tire for it either, but a different tire also needed a patch because of a lodged staple. So I told them to go ahead and fix that. Still sitting here. Ive been to multiple other tire shops in and out in under 10 minutes for a patch. after $ 3300 for brakes all around 2 new tires and 4 new shocks, i am once again having to return to a repair facility within less than 48 hours. my " new" brakes are cutting a very well defined groove into my new rotors, my alignment is is causing a jerking of the steering wheel every time i turn and this facility can not diagnose an engine light on properly. $ 3300 and " they did me a favor" by reducing my bill by $$200: this won't make up for my time off work tomorrow, the very important meetings i have, not to mention the inconvenience to my coworkers and the fact this facility acted as if they were going to do such a great job. did i mention the cost of a rental car? or the logistics involved in being out of town and scheduling transportation. stay away from these crooks. please!!!!! read more

If I could rate negative stars I would!! I went in to do a realignment on my barely lowered GTI, I recently had new wheels and tires and it's always recommended to get an alignment done again. About a month ago I hit something on the freeway and started to here to the right, so luckily they were open late. The technician came outside and told the guy at the front counter that my car was too low, but the front desk assured him that it would be fine, they get my (manual) car up to the ramp without scraping but stall it 3 times and on the way down I see that they were having trouble getting it down, and as they were getting it down I hear a loud scraping noise and I asked if they scraped it on the way down, the guy in the front said that they used wood blocks and it didn't scrape. Fast forward a month, I have new wheels and tires and I made an appointment on the phone to come in because they have a 6 month warranty. As soon as I come in, this larger man in the front says "What's wrong with it?!" And I'm stunned because I've never been greeted in like that and I explain that I got new wheels and tires and would like to have my alignment re-done. He then exclaims "make sure to pick it up before 5! We close at 5!" And I leave. When I come back to pick it up, every other customer there had a flat and I tried to strike up a conversation saying that everyone has been getting a flat lately as within a week my entire family has gotten a flat. Before I could finish my sentence he says "yeah, you can leave now." This was the absolute worst I've ever been treated at any establishment. After my warranty ends I'll never come back again. read more

I was searching for a Tire place that would mount my wheels on tires that I had purchased online. I started requesting quotes online and I received a reply from Scott at TC Tire and Auto. They were associated with Goodyear so I felt comfortable they would be able to handle my needs but I was skeptical because most bigger Tire chains wouldn't touch this job without having purchase the tires from them. Their quote was very competitive so I gave them a shot and I'm happy I did. I stopped by on a Saturday morning and was greeted and taken care of by Jay. He was very helpful and made sure the job I wanted was completed the way I wanted. After chatting with Jay I also quickly learned their scope of services expands more than just tires...they did suspensions to engine swaps and I'm sure everything else in between. I'm glad they are in my backyard and I'll be turning to them in the future for all automotive maintenance. read more

This was by far the worst experience I have had with a mechanic shop. My husband and I dropped my car off at 10am for an oil change and state inspection. We were told it would be ready by 4pm. Not a huge deal, we had plans with family anyways. The day goes by and it's now 6:30pm with no calls from the shop telling us it's ready. The shop closes at 7pm and we are from out of town, planning on leaving the next morning. So we call and he says they just finished it almost nine hours later. We go to pick it up and he tells us it's just an oil change because their computer crashed. We never got the message so now the main issue is still not taken care of. Because of this, I have to reschedule two meetings and all of our plans are ruined due to having to wait until the next day to get a state inspection. Fine. I'm upset but whatever. The next day I take it to a different shop to get the inspection. I pull in and cannot find the insurance card. My husband doesn't have it, so I call the store. At this point, my car has been in their shop for nine hours, they've ruined another morning by sending me to another shop, and now I have to spend an hour in the car to go get the insurance and bring it back to the shop I'm at. No apologies offered, no attempt in trying to help us, just disinterest in his customers. If I could give no stars I would. Worst experience ever. read more
