The facial and head spa were so relaxing, and she even included a head, neck, and facial massage, which made me feel extra pampered. Had an amazing experience with Lien today. Did the 75 min luxury head spa with massage and it was heavenly. Lien had good pressure and was nice enough to confirm with me occasionally that everything was feeling ok. I would definitely come back and book with her. I felt so much tension release from my shoulders and my hair feels the cleanest it's ever felt without feeling dry or brittle surprisingly since my hair is processed with dye. The only recommendation I would have better lighting? The store smells incredible from the second you step in and I feel like the lighting in the store is very bright and can be harsh after spending 75 mins with your eyes closed. It would umph the ambiance up a little more if there were nice dim lighting. read more

They were strong and applied pressure when needed, but also had a gentle touch. They would also check in to make sure we were doing alright and if the pressure was okay. The salon is very clean, the front office is a little bare, but all the magic happens in the back. location is a bit odd to find. The plaza was correct but their store sign is together with a computer store, thats when we called and find out they are in another store in the same plaza. So it was a bit hidden to find. My appointment was exactly at 5:30pm and me and my partner got there on time, for us to wait 30 extras mins. We called to book over the phone few days in advance, for a groupon deal I found for a 75min luxury head spa with mini facial and massage for 2 people. The price was great for 2 people, but I find it odd that I couldn't find this specific service on their menu. The place is very small, and the beds area are separated by curtains. They did somewhat rush me to get changed, after literally making me wait that 30mins. The lady who did my service was very nice, but honestly I did not feel relaxed at all during my head service. Her nails were scratching my head too roughly, and I even filled out in their form they provide that I have a sensitive scalp with itchiness, so I had a lot of scabs. And the technician kept on scratching it. My partner on the other hand said he fell asleep and felt really relaxed. In my opinion why have clients fill out a form on what type of hair they have but not explain what product its being used or how it is beneficial? Everything else was fine, and then comes the hair drying, which they did while I was still lying down, the air of the dryer was extremely cold, my partners was warm to hot air. So when I got up at the end of my service my hair was still damp and cold. Turns out as soon as i checked out, i was the last customer and they started to clean up and turn off everything as i was still in the store. So my service overall was not so much worth it. My head and scabs were basically aching and hurting. read more

Inside didn't seem private at all or professional based on the fact that it's shared with another shop.. back room and even the massage room was cluttered with everything everywhere, Making it very tight and hazardous to walk around. there's no walls to separate each client,so it was less relaxing and loud to hear the staff having conversations and blow drying their clients hairs. They have drapes to cover when you need to change, but again there's no "real" privacy. The staff however were really sweet and they offer water/tea. read more

The little time they did spend on my face was rushed, and it was obvious they don't even know how to properly use their machines. I did the nano stroke eyebrow tattoo. Numbing cream placed and made the tattooing process easier. The one time application was enough for me but I recommend asking for more numbing cream if you needed. They are super flexible. Also, my purchase came with one free touch up so the cost is reasonable with all that is included. Lastly, if asked them to keep it natural to my brow shape. This means, I was not looking for symmetry as the shape of my face, overall, is not even. I just wanted them to keep it natural to me and they did what I asked. I loved them. read more
