Its just ok. The dough is just not it. They need to change the dough, it was very chewy and thick and I even ordered well done. Price not worth it for what I got. Anyways some people obviously like it per reviews. Not me I will not be back, see my pictures. Also its very loud and hectic inside I kept having to speak loudly and the workers couldn't hear me. Finally got the chance to try the "al pastor" pizza. Truly impressed by the flavor packed in a pizza that does reflect the taste of a taco. The salsa given on the side if great also! I like my pizza a bit more crunchy perhaps will order next time for a more crunchy crust. read more

The pizza here is pretty good I ordered the Al Pastor pizza through the Yelp app as I do most of my food orders. When I ordered I paid using my Apple Pay and got to the place to pick up my order. I had told them my name and order number, they said it was placed under a "josh" but that they will make my pizza for me. I was worried so I called grub hub customer support since my name is Katie , and don't know why it was showing up to the restaurant as Josh. Customer service said everything was good on their end. I came back in after waiting outside for no more than 10 mins and they acted like I was someone COMPLETELY new (they had one other customer after me so i am unsure how they didn't recognize me). I had to explain the whole situation all over again, they were acting brand new. I let them know I had an order for Katie a large Al pastor pizza. They proceeded to ask for my Yelp receipt which I showed her. For some reason it doesn't show there that I had paid so I had to go to my BANK ACCOUNT statements and show that I paid. We order from Te Amo every week, sometimes twice, pick up or one of the delivery services. I have 4 pizza-heads in the house. By then I can't stand pizza and have to order there delicious salad with that green dressing, lemon I think. Well, Friday 8/10 we ordered for dinner via Uber eats. Delivery came in the average time. Pizza was fine. The actual salad was very fresh w no signs of oxidation. Salad dressing was a little browner than I'm used to. I pour it on anyway. I'm diggin in after I take the pork salami or pep off. Hubs forgot to exclude it. I always eat my pepperoncinis first. When I get to the salad part covered in dressing it tastes bad. I take TWO more bites and I'm like this doesn't taste good. What do I do? I call Te Amo to tell them. Some young lady answers that can't help me I honk mostly because she doesn't understand when I say bad, rotten, stale, not good. Paola jumps on and proceeds to tell me that all the little dressing cups they have in the restaurant appear normal and asks if it's separated. Do you mean settled??? No I already shook it like the intelligent individual I am. I'm like look Lady I'm not talking about what you have there - all I want is my fresh salad with Fresh dressing that I've come to love so much. Do you think she gave me any resolve for a freaking salad? NOOOO. I don't live super close but I can come by for a freshness exchange. Nope I'm stuck with a fresh salad and tinged rancid? dressing. Ok, so this past Sunday was the 9th Sunday in a row where I've had pizza lol. So when I told my wife I was driving from the Westside to Bell for pizza she was like, " pizza again lol". Yeah I know I don't get tired of pizza or burgers. Ok, so I call Te Amo and the sweetest person answers the phone and she's very bubbly. She takes my order and was super nice. All I ordered was a half cheese and half pepperoni. I mean because if you mess this pizza up you suck. I get there and I was greeted promptly and by two very bubbly girls. One had blondish hair( I didn't get her name she was so nice). They had covid down too with social distancing lines and all that. But no customers were there when I got there. The nice girl that answered the phone was the one I was taking to, she was so nice her name was Alicia. I told her that I drove from the Westside to get their pizza and both girls were like "whatttttttt! You're like one of our regulars that drives 1.5 for their special pizza , the AL PASTOR! " I was like damn I need to try that next time..only if their pizza was good. Alicia was so friendly and the blondish girl I told them this was my 9th Sunday of different pizza places. They were like that's crazy haha and they said they loved tacos so I was like maybe next weekend. They were like "we get tacos after work haha". As Alicia rang me up she gave me 3 free chocolate chip cookies. Sooooo nice she didn't have to do that. I was bummed lol because in their pizza shop there's also ice cream, funnel cakes, churros and a lot of sweets so I was bummed I didn't have time to try them. But I'll make time next time.
