I will say the customer service is much better at this location than what I experienced at the Arden Way location. Even if I didn't have to come pick up a package in this area, it will still worth the 35 minute drive from my house to come to this location. My cashier Brooke was super friendly and very helpful and answered my question about a specific inquiry. She thoroughly explained that there was an update and entering my phone number for my prime benefits, may not work, and I most likely would need to use the Amazon app scan code option to receive my prime discount. She even went above and beyond to give me further instructions regarding that. I truly appreciated her being so helpful, so patient and displaying such great customer service. My whole visit today was super pleasant. I purchased the artesian sandwich was delicious by the way. I was sad about one thing, though, my salad the sesame cucumber noodle salad was all sold out, but I understand why as Brooke even explained it is one of the most popular salads and does go pretty quick. I've switched to Nugget Market, and honestly, I should've done it a long time ago.
