Ordered delivery so can't speak to ambiance. Got the strawberry smoothie, lychee tea, and taro milk tea. The teas were very refreshing, and we liked that we were able to adjust the sweetness to our preferences (not too sweet) It's super hot out so it hit the spot. Although the teas are good, we were disappointed in the smoothie. The texture was good but the flavor was artificial syrup like strawberry nesquik.

Look for a large painted green leaf logo on Auburn Blvd My first time at Tea It... the location is just a little bit outside the Roseville city limit and is actually in Citrus Heights. We dropped by on the way home from an outdoor event and we wanted a refresher drink. What's on the menu? Milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies and slushies. You can add toppings of your choice and adjust the sweetness and ice levels. I ordered the Strawberry/Banana Smoothie w/ boba. Hubby got the Avocado Smoothie. They mentioned that the drink was not made from real avocado and was artificially flavored. He appreciated that they let him know. He ordered it anyway. LoL! I didn't enjoy my drink that much... it was okay. The Gunther's ice cream looked good... should've gotten a scoop. Next time. The shop was pretty with a wall mural of a tree and there is a section for your iG photos. The drinks were served in a festive Halloween cup. Tea It is by far my favorite boba stop in the Sacramento Area. I make sure to stop here every time I'm in the area for work. I love their milk tea - the tea is flavorful and the boba is perfect! The ladies there are always very nice and helpful. Definitely at the top of my list of boba shops - and I have been to A LOT of boba shops! :)

This is a hidden gem, not too far off the freeway, or a perfect neighborhood spot. They have my favorite iced teas with boba, but they also served Gunthers ice cream and some fantastic sandwiches and on the weekends they have some really good house made chow mein. We love that everyone can get what they want. Some of us want just tea( that's me!) and some want a smoothie or plain vanilla ice cream. With this many choices, this is a perfect place for the whole family!

I stopped by on my way home and got the signature milk tea 50% sweet, 25% ice. I thought the signature milk tea had a pretty strong tea taste to it, and I think I might have preferred the drink to be 100% sweet instead. I still enjoyed it though. I'm not sure what kind of tea base they used, but I don't think it was black tea which is seems to be the default for the house special drinks. The boba was perfectly chewy, although I wished it was sweetened. I don't think this drink was particularly special, although I would recommend getting it at full sweetness. The shop is very spacious and cute. I think it would be a perfect place to study in a post-COVID-19 world, especially since they have so many outlets. Service was very friendly and accommodating! Of note, they also sell sandwiches, and on the side, reusable boba straws, cute boba key chains.

My friend and I came in yesterday to order 2 drinks: signature milk tea (3/5) and passion fruit tea (3.5/5). I brought the sweetness of my tea down to 75% and I think that level was fine! However I think the milk:tea ratio was a little off as the flavor of the tea felt really diluted. Maybe that was because I brought down the sweetness? But then I wouldn't want to drink extra sugar to make up for the lack of tea flavor :( My friend got the passion fruit tea; he said he liked the real seeds and fruit bits in it but his tea flavor also wasn't that strong. I thought their 10% off deal if you come in with their merch is a really cute idea! It looks like a fun place to hang out and eat once everything reopens too. This shop is right across from my friends place so I'd be happy to give it another try!

Was craving boba after our meal, it's a little challenging when certain boba spots don't do blending Thai tea boba and has ice cream and snacks so we came across this one establishment is nice clean store front was nice and simple, we ordered and we did wait for a bit longer then we like wasn't as busy 4 customers and 4 workers but we ended up getting out boba craving out of the way hope they can improve their process of ordering and execute their orders in a fast and efficient way. Thas the only thing that prevented me from giving a 5 stars.

Boba, boba, bobaaaaa... Saw this place driving out of big lot. The bf wants a drink, so we decided to stop by and try their Thai tea and peach tea. If you like intense Thai tea this isn't it, but it's pretty good. The peach tea is refreshing, just ask for less ice. Several sips and you're done, so ask for less ice. The interior is welcoming. There's an aquarium in the inner portion of the seating area. Maybe not as many selection as T4 but they have Gunther ice cream! Gunthers good! The lady who took the order at the counter brought our drinks over to us while we wait for to be made. Oh, they have sandwiches and stuff... I'll try something else next time. Go check it out

I've been stoked to try this place out since my husband pointed it out to me. We just saw that it's been open for a little while and I had my husband make a run to pick up some food and drinks. It's nice that they have a coffee option for my non-tea drinking husband and I resorted to the jasmine tea as the rose garden is apparently decaf and would be too tart if ordered less sweet? I thought it would have been rose green tea or something. They also asked if I wanted cheese on the salad, which was kind of odd, but when my husband got home with everything I could see why...they didn't have the avocado that was listed in the ingredients. I was pretty bummed about that since it was a $7 salad without meat. I wish they would have said they were out at least. The salad was otherwise good with the blood orange shallot dressing. Jasmine milk tea- my go to at every new place was pretty good and my husband's sandwich was also on point. Don't let the Americanized sandwich names like pastrami, ham/turkey etc deter you. They sound like your average sandwich you find anywhere, but they're all banh mi style. Aside from the kinks, this place is really impressive, the food and drinks are great and I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu. Everything is pretty authentic and unique. It feels like a tea shop than your typical boba joint.

Aaaaaah so good! I walked in here after work and said give me something that tastes completely unhealthy. Was directed to a taro smoothie with cream topping and it really hit the spot! It's a really neat space that I can easily imagine spending some time in watching their beautiful fish tank. It's right next to my apartment so I think I'm going to be back often! read more

I absolutely love this place!! The staff are sweet and try to remember your name. It's a great place to work on your computer, play board games, have large groups, or do homework. There is a lot of space!! Its a secret gemstone in the neighborhood. Plus they serve Gunthers icecream; I dont have to drive 20miles to get Gunthers. Tea it is the best! The vibes are much more welcoming and better than a coffee shop. Plus, they have a cute background for selfies. read more

This place is outstanding. My kids and I all loved our drinks. We tried: Black Sugar Milk Tea, Strawberry Slushie with Boba and Matcha Smoothie with Boba. Every drink passed the vibe check. Absolutely in love with Just Tea It! I have been watching this place from the start seeing it get put together on my commute to work. So thrilled to have a boba tea place close to home! The interior is very nice with unique handcrafted murals. The staff is super friendly and happy to answer any questions about the menu items. I am slowly going through the whole list of teas and have been pleased with each one! Thai milk tea has always been my favorite. The taro milk tea is amazing and pairs well with the bursting boba. Recently tried the taro cheesecake and Dutch apple cheesecake and they do cheesecake well! The cheesecake base is light and creamy. Also they have BBQ buns!!! Not pictured because they didn't last long enough. There are so many options that will keep you coming back. Definitely going to be a regular here. The store and cups were decorated beautifully but when I had gone in I wasn't greeted by the cashier. She had just stared at me without saying anything until I told her my order which was weird. There is only one size which isn't too big of a deal but my drink tasted more like water than anything. Even the boba had no type of sweetness or flavor to it. I know that all places make they're drinks differently but this one is probably my least favorite. Despite the great reviews, I don't think it's worth that many stars. read more

Great drinks, friendly people, family owned business that will always have our business. Learned about them from their other business in the area that we frequent regularly, Aquarium Depot (which you should definitely check out if youre into fish or reptiles!), so we had to try them out and was more than pleased and actually surprised of the quality and flavor of the drinks they serve. Usually most places like these use less flavoring or less quality ingredients, but you can definitely taste the different here. Id recommend trying anything with tarot in it! (Also known as ube or purple yam) its purple! Mondays will now be fish and tea day for our family! Hah! We love the fact that both their businesses are right down the street from eachother. read more

I have been coming here since they opened! I used to be a student next door at the beauty school and they were so welcoming when we would come on our lunches. They offered us a student discount too. The boba was way too sweet for my liking. I like to have it the lowest sweet level and it still came out overpowering. The boba was very hard and I tasted more of the "milk" (powder creamer) not sure what it's made with than the tea itself. The place is very aesthetically pleasing, very nice inside. Overall it would not be my go to place for boba. There's always room for improvement here since they are new but they do have other competitors near by so they need to step up their game. read more

This place is absolutely amazing! I live in Southern California and I have my favorite places down there but I'm staying with my grandparents up here for the summer. I wanted them to experience something new so I brought them here. The staff was AMAZING! They were super patient with my grandparents even though they had absolutely no idea what they wanted. Tea It has various different drinks, food, and they even sell souvenirs. This places(before the pandemic) had a seating area where you could play board games, watch movies, and in general relax. The service is fast, the staff does a very good job at making sure you are noticed. I loves getting boba here, very tasty. Definitely would recommend. read more

Tea It is the BEST milk tea and boba shop around. A lot of other tea places in the area are too sweet or have a funky flavor to their teas, but Tea It is just perfect! My mom and I have been here a lot, and their teas are the perfect sweetness. Never had a bad order from here. They have great desserts, and fantastic sandwiches and salads if you're looking for something more savory. They also offer really good refreshing drinks like slushies and smoothies. The decor inside is really cute, and it's always very very clean! The owner, Amy, is SO nice and remembers her customers. Every employee is very polite. If you're in the area and looking for some boba, this is the best place to get it! read more

This is my ABSOLUTE go to boba and food place. My granddaughter and I ate the turkey it sandwich and it was one of her best sandwiches we had ever tried! Whether you just want to satisfy your boba craving, grab a quick snack, hang out, or study, this place can offer it all! The boba drinks are amazing with high quality boba. The boba is very soft, with a unique flavor to it. The cheese cream boosts the creamy tastes and just makes the drink much more tasty. They also have multi-flavor cheesecakes such as green tea, thai tea, taro that are very cheesy and are very true to flavor. Most of all, the owner is always open for suggestion and continuously try to improve to better serve Tea It customers. I love this place not only for their great drinks and food, services, but also the energy and the effort that this place put in for improvement. I was actually on my way to a different boba shop when my little sister saw this place and wanted to try it. I am so happy that she noticed it! It was super clean inside and the employees were very friendly. There is a lot of sitting room and it is super cute inside. I got the Green Thai Tea with boba which was great. She got the Taro Milk Tea with boba and was super happy with it as well. I was so happy to see they had Green Thai Tea since a lot of the places I usually go to don't have it. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back. I highly recommend people to check this place out! read more

I just ordered lunch. I ordered everything I could. Chow Mein and both of the new tacos. Pulled pork and BBQ port tacos are excellent. The salsa is perfect. Fresh and delicious. I especially liked the pulled pork. I also tried the Lychee smoothie. I don't normally order this type of drink but OMG it was fantastic. Zero sweet. The drink has enough sweetness on it's own. I will order this drink again. Even if I order hot tea I'll order it to finish my experience. Excellent job Tea It! read more

Love this new spot! It's so nice to see another boba shop open up in the Roseville area. The tea and boba are delicious and the service is always on point. The owner is very sweet and makes sure we are well taken care of.
