I was looking for a tea place on my way to work, came across tea n' me. It's down a little hallway if you park on the entrance off Hubbard. It's really tiny inside, you walk in and the counter is right there and of to the right is a small little seating area that looks very cluttered with tables, chairs and couches. I ended up getting matcha milk tea with boba. It had good flavoring, with boba, and they put little chunks of ice in it which I wasn't too keen about. Anytime I get this tea somewhere else they don't add ice. I ended up getting a regular size which was plenty big, and the pricing was good. I'll be back to try more flavors. read more

Looked up this place on Yelp and was not disappointed. I was craving boba and something within a 5 mile radius. I have already returned multiple times to this location since the day I first went a bit over a year ago. I have tried their cookies n creme as well as their chocolate horchata which is definitely my favorite boba drink. I absolutely love Tea n' Me! My boyfriend and I always go to the other location in Eagle Rock, so we decided to try this one in Sylmar, hoping drink quality was the same -- it was for the most part! (My brother claims the ube smoothie is not as good at this location) Love that Tea n' Me gives such a large portion for such good prices. The cups are huge and the drinks are only $4 or so! I spend around $20-22 to buy drinks for 5 people, which is really good!! The drinks are consistent and taste exactly the same every time I go. I also personally believe they have the best classic milk tea of all boba places I've tried. This location is a little slower than the Eagle Rock location but it's not too bad of a wait. You order inside and wait for your drink outside, which is good for social distancing/COVID precautions! Will def be back again! read more

Every time I go in here the vibe is so welcoming and comforting. I always order a Thai tea, it's so good and a perfect flavor because some other places make it too watery. The prices are great too and since i do laundry I made it a tradition to go here while i wait for it to be done. I was so excited to hear that there was a Boba spot near my home. Unfortunately, service was bad. The male employee working didn't greet us nor say hello; all he asked was if we were ready to order. My husband and I told him here's our phone number for our rewards. He then told us after the order is placed he would apply it. I ordered a Thai Tea Slush with Boba, my daughter order a Watermelon Slush with Boba and my husband ordered a Mango Slush w/ Boba. After getting the order we asked how the rewards took place and we were advised that it was to late and they did not know how to apply them after the order. One of our drinks didn't have boba (watermelon slush). I kindly asked for the managers info and I was told we can't give Thomas's number out ? Like can I please have the stores phone number and possibly a name of someone that can help me? The male employee then answers back saying it's online. ( they didn't not know their store info themselves they look for it online) It's a great concept; parking is good. The sitting area outside is very cute. Love this place I've been to the one in eagle rock and loved it so glade there's one closer ! There's a couch for gathering along with single tables & a bar area for those to study also. I love that these places allow me adjust the sugar because my stomach can not handle too much sugar. One of the workers also made sure that I knew and was ok with the boba already having sugar. A boba shop in Sylmar, it finally feels like we're progressing. I have been waiting for this place to open since I saw the sign go up and they did not disappoint! Tucked in between two buildings Tea n' Me is located at the end of the hall or up the stairs and to the left, depending on which direction you enter. The inside is quite small but seems intimate. I would love to see some couches or more comfortable seating but it is a smaller space. The menu has various options like slush, milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, coffee, yogurt, and icee milk (milk frappe with flavoring or boba). And there is an alternative milk option, which some boba places lack. Add-ons include: boba, pudding, and fruit jelly. For my first visit I went with my safety option; an earl grey milk tea with boba. The tea was flavorful and the boba was just the right consistency. The ice was also crushed which is a small touch but so important. This helped so that the ice was not in the way, an ingenious, beautiful way to drink boba. I am really excited to see this business thrive in my community and I am happy this is walking distance! This is located in the plaza there is plenty of parking. read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This place has gone down the drain. Tea n me used to be my favorite boba spot in the valley but I guess they are now under new management and so much changed. No more rewards program, prices went up, even the recipes for drinks seem to be different and of lesser quality. After coming here quite often for 3 years I can just tell when something isn't right. The only good thing that remains are the employees...Aries, Stephanie, Gerardo and Mayra are always super sweet and take care of me it's a shame I won't be coming back here anymore. I also want to add that I stopped by today and witnessed management, someone by the name of Danny yelling at Gerardo and Mayra. I asked them what was wrong as they were walking out and they told me they were understaffed and had to take a break (by law) and Danny was angry at that. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

Compared to a more comprehensive Boba or tea menu, they are missing quite a few ingredients and add-ons like sea-salt, cheese foam, popping Boba, mini Boba, and other exciting things they can add in the future. Their drinks can be on the sweet side so I recommend having your drinks adjust the sweetness maybe from 50--100%. I also always ask for light ice. Most of the time, they would also have limited-time specialty drinks. I recommended the House Milk tea or Pot Plant Milk tea to friends and they seemed to like those drinks. I also had good impression of their Ice blended Watermelon and Jasmine Milk tea. Just note that I have a different preference to how I like my drinks. Parking is adequate and available inside the Sylmar Plaza. They are located almost at the back. Location is nice and quiet, and the place has benches along the area. Before pandemic, they had a small dining area with sofa and tables. During busy times, I often order ahead through their business phone number or through postmates. The staff are mostly friendly but busy times can be stressful to these employees. Prices range from $4 to $7 depending on your choice of drink, requests and customizations. If you are a regular, they have a loyalty program through Square that you can easily sign up with a phone number or a bank card. Best boba place within driving distance to Pacoima! I get the potted plant milk tea every time. My favorite, I've been wanting to try other things too and will definitely be back. I used to go to he the other one they have near Glendale, and that's how I found out about them. They were having this promotion where you get a free dragon fruit juice drink that came in a cool little glass bottle with every drink purchase! It was the coolest thing ever.
