My daughters and I visited this place, supper exited about a boba bar near our home. Costumer service is really bad, the clerk didn't greet us or answer when we said "hi" or thank you " he looked angry (I can live with that because I was looking for boba not a friend) I ordered the mongo smoothie with boba and my daughter got the passion fruit with boba also, it was hard to go one from the other because the where plain with no flavor what so ever. Just wow. I've been coming here since this location first opened and I'm so disappointed. The employees don't follow their own covid-19 guidelines. They had people inside that exceeded the amount of people allowed inside per their own rules. I'm pretty certain that the workers were friends with the people ordering because of the way that they were interacting and spending a lot of time inside. Not only was this allowing of extra people inside unfair, but it was also unsafe. If I were management I'd make sure to train these employees better so they can adhere to their own set guidelines. Ridiculous. When bringing this up to the worker in question she said that she "forgot" when she immediately denied the next group (same number of people as her friends) away for exceeding the limit. So I've never been a fan of Boba until I found Tea N' Me in Sylmar. I order the pistachio smoothie w/Boba- so good!!!

When i ordered, i saw a thai tea from their fridge behind the cashier. I didn't mind it. When my thai tea order was served to me, it was mixed. I was surprised because it shouldn't be mix and the thai tea in the fridge behind the cashier was gone. Hmmmmm. I complained, the cashier told me when they sealed the cup, it got mix. I know i'm not smart but i'm not stupid. How can it be mix in a sealer. Lol. . The way the cashier handled my complain was very unprofessional, she took the thai tea and drop it in the trash can close to me like michael jordan. Hahaha! She made a new, i didn't drink it. For the past couple of months employees have been not caring and even rude towards customers. This place is very inconsistent. I have tried numerous drinks multiple times and they always taste so different. I'll get the same drink. It'll be too sweet. Then the next time it'll be great! Then the next time is literally taste like just watered down tea. I really tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but this has happened multiple times with multiple different drinks. This place deserves 0 star! Worst customer service ever! First you walk in and the guy in the front was so rude and hating his own life to be there working! They made us wait for a while to even order then he comes with the biggest attitude taking orders! We asked to get the bobas on the side so he said thats fine. We paid extra for that by the way! Then while we are waiting outside, another guy comes out saying they cant do the bobas seperately because they dont have time! What? You charged us for it n you dont have time to put the bobas in literally just another cup? Then we asked him why, with a very bad attitude he said, " im asking you a simple Question, YES or NO?" Who talks like that? If you are busy and you cant handle to work at a busy place, maybe you shouldnt run a business as a "manager" what you call yourself! No need to take it on people! At this moment we hated this place and didnt even want to try this place out! Worst customer service ever! Then he comes out brings out our order with no cup holders! He put 7 drinks in 2 bags n everything spilled! Who puts drinks in a bag? I also ordered extra jellys to go and we realized on the way back that they didnt even give us those either, I just didnt bother to go back for few dollars!
