Teacup is a cute little boba shop right outside of Phoenix. It is a good spot for a pick me up if you are traveling from out of town. There is a lot of drink varieties and even some food like popcorn chicken. Atmosphere was good, drinks came out quick and were good! 10/10!

I popped by this tea shop after getting my nails done nearby. The ambiance is super cute and the shop itself has a nice amount of seating. A lot of tea shops feel like their focus is quick counter service and getting customers in and out, so that was different and welcomed. I ordered the lavender milk tea, which tends to be my go-to at tea shops. I was a bit disappointed by the drink as it did not seem to have any sweetener. Typically, when that is the case, it's forewarned. The boba also was not very sweet which added to the depth of harshness in the drink. That said, I would return and order with this in mind in the future. I believe in this spot!

Went into Teacup because I wanted some boba and I didn't expect it to be anything special but it definitely was a VIBE!! It was a Thursday evening and they were pretty busy and people were also enjoying the space, which is super cute and inviting. I ordered on their iPad system and my order was up within minutes.

For it being in the west side, it might be the best around the area. The drinks are strong and good. The inside is aesthetic and clean. Ube viet coffee had a very tasty ube cream foam. I would love to try the matcha here next time !

Teacup is a cute tea and coffee spot. The have milk tea, boba, limeade, and more. It is a nice place to hang out with friends, do a little work, or mellow out while running errands. The staff were wonderful and explained their offerings to this newbie! :-) Accessible parking and entrance.

Big Disappointment We were excited to try a new boba place but left really disappointed. Drinks Ordered * Barb's Limeade - Very bitter. Honestly tasted like taking a tequila shot with salt or drinking straight magnesium. Hard to enjoy. * Pea Tea Limeade - I didn't try this one, but my daughter said the boba was undercooked and hard. At a boba shop, that's the #1 thing that should be done right. * Matcha Latte (dairy-free, oat milk, pumpkin spice sprinkle) - This one was a mess. I reminded them I have a dairy allergy and it should only be oat milk, but they had to remake it because their sticker system doesn't track milk alternatives. Not good if you have allergies. When I finally got my drink, it tasted like oat milk and jasmine, not matcha. I asked another customer about hers (hers looked darker green), and she said she had to order "extra matcha" because otherwise it just tasted like milk. That makes no sense--I shouldn't have to add extra just to get a normal matcha flavor. Atmosphere & Staff The inside is cute--cherry blossom décor, light seating, foosball table, couch area--but sadly the drinks don't live up to the space. Shoutout to the young man working behind the counter--he was very polite and helpful, and he's the one who remade my drink. Honestly, he seemed like the only one who knew what was going on. The rest of the staff looked like disassociating teens who were lost and disconnected. Bottom Line First and last visit for us. Between the bitter drinks, undercooked boba, allergy concerns, and watery matcha, it was just a huge letdown. If you want good boba, go to Ribbons Tearoom instead.

By far, the best coffee shop in Litchfield park. I was pleasantly surprised to see it was one of a kind too. Love supporting local businesses. I am fully addicted to their sugar cookie late (holiday drink so it won't be here much longer)- it's not too sweet and the flavors are insane. My boyfriend loves the horchata blended coffee. Great snacks too that are fresh. I was hesitant because the menu isn't what I'd expect from a coffee shop but everything tasted yummy. Lovely baristas. Buy a coffee or a boba and tip. Cannot stress enough if you're in Litchfield/avondale/goodyear area; come check this place out. I am struggling to not come here every day.

I recently checked out this boba spot that lets you self-order from a kiosk/checkpoint, and I have to say, I love the concept. Being able to fully customize your boba or other drinks exactly how you want them (sweetness level, ice level, toppings, etc.) makes the whole experience feel modern and convenient. I honestly wish more spots would adopt this setup! The ambience was another big plus. The space felt clean, trendy, and super inviting -- definitely a place you'd want to hang out in for a bit. It had that chill vibe that makes grabbing a drink feel like a mini escape. That said, my drink ended up being a little bland. I customized it, so maybe I should've adjusted the sweetness level differently, but it just didn't hit the flavor/creaminess I was expecting. I was also a little disappointed that they don't offer sugar-free options or alternative sweeteners. Having choices like sugar substitutes or even something like coconut whip would make it more inclusive for people who are watching their sugar intake or prefer dairy-free alternatives. I also waited a bit longer than anticipated, and I didn't receive any notification through the Toast Local app when my drink was ready, which would've made the pickup smoother. It is also a bit on the pricey side, especially considering the portion and flavor. Still, I really appreciate the self-order system and the customizable options. With a bit more flavor and smoother notification timing, this place would be top-tier. I'd probably give it another shot -- and tweak my order next time!

I love coming here the atmosphere is always chill and relaxing. Their drinks are really good it's hard deciding what to drink. I decided to get the sandia loca which is watermelon and Chamoy and tajin. It was spot on delicious! Not too sweet and not too spicy. The watermelon is sweet and fresh and tajin gives it that savory taste. Come check out their drinks you won't be disappointed!

We made quite a drive to get here but it was 100% worth it. There were so many drinks to choose from but I came specifically for the matcha. The matcha was amazing, it was a little too sweet but overall pretty good. The creme brulee coffee was definitely a 10/10, I was not expecting the coffee to taste that good. The moment I walked into the shop, I immediately noticed how beautiful and well maintained the place was. The workers were very friendly and also helped with recommendations. There was so much to choose from that I decided to order the tigers milk tea to go and it was super yummy. I will definitely be back to try more drinks!!!

I've gone to Teacup about 3-4 times since it's soft and grand opening. I've gotten my favorite and go to drink- milk tea and without hesitation, it's a win on my list. From texture and fluidity of its actually drink, to it's fine and genuine brewed tea to its soft, chewy and HONEY boba, it's a 10/10 for me. OMG, and their bubble waffle with matcha flavor inside is the BEST THING I've EVER had. The toppings are endless and I recommend their thick caramel syrup! And the one thing that stands out the most other their beautiful, hipster, clean decor and neon sign (- truly instagrammable back drop I might add) is their genuinely friendly staff. Big, big, BIG shout out to Tamee, who I can tell puts her heart and soul to the restaurant and beams positivity and grace. So glad I came to this restaurant and so grateful to have met Tamee and her family. GO GO GO !!!! read more

Just cool, young, energetic vibes as soon as you enter. You can chillax with friends and family playing card games or hanging out while u enjoy ur sugar rush drinks/desserts. We loved the dessert places during our visit to Ontario, Canada(not eating dessert in the same restaurant u ate dinner at plus open late). How we wished there were in AZ. Finally, they're here in the West Valley coz everything's in the East Valley near ASU. Thank you Teacup, for being a refreshing addition to our limited sugar craving spots in the WV. We used to love this boba place, but the service has been terrible lately. They have one employee who always wears ridiculously skimpy clothing with her full stomach and back exposed and her super long hair is unrestrained. She has also been super rude on multiple occasions. I won't go back there if she is working. read more

I love going to this place, it's very aesthetically pleasing and the neon sign is super cute for pictures. Love this place I try a new drink every time I go. Tip: they can let you taste some not all just the ones that are made. Oh but if you like churros get it from here! Super good and I know churros. This place is AMAZING! The Mangonata is possibly one of the best things I have ever put in my mouth, and the bubble waffle was delicious. I'm a regular at this place, have been for about 2 years, and never have I ever had a bad experience in the slightest. However, when I went just now, I tried giving my stamp card to the girl at the register because it already had 10 stamps and I wanted to use my free drink. The girl at the register, I think she was new but maybe it's because I haven't been there in a while, gave me back my stamp card after stamping another stamp and saying "The next one is free" when it clearly had 10 full stamps on it. The guy next to her also said "Yeah the next one," which I was very confused with because I didn't catch him even looking at the stamp card. I was slightly annoyed because if I hadn't had another full stamp card then I would've had to pay $7.09 for a drink when I clearly deserved a free one. Good thing I had another full stamp card (goes to show how much I had gone) that I gave to them that they actually accepted. Anyway, good thing Bobazona isn't too far, and they're honest with their stamp cards!! ;) read more

This is one of my favorite boba shops in the area. The atmosphere and lighting are nice, the boba is always fresh, and the drinks are refreshing but not too sweet. The drink menu isn't extensive, like Bomboba, but the drinks they do have are very good. I also liked their fried chicken appetizers/snacks. read more

I came into this place with a preconceived notion that their strawberry matcha latte would be pretty sweet. Don't ask why. But it was the right amount of sweet from the strawberries. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I came back a second time and I tried their matcha latte again, with red bean. I prefer the strawmatcha latte. Customer service was great both times I came in. The layout and design of the interior is utilized very well. My eyes were pleased. I'll come back to try the pink milk tea. All in all, good boba spot to bust a chill for those who practically live in East LA being that it's so far out west. Cheers! read more

I hate to start on a negative so I'll talk about the ambience first! This is such a cute place, trendy decor and tons of games at your disposal to use with friends. They have quite an extensive menu filled with many typical boba tea options and a multitude of crafty creations that sound amazing. My family and I ordered an Oreo Chocolate Goodness, Black Tea Milk, and a Strawberry Matcha Latte at 4:30-ish p.m. There are 3 people working in here and trying hard, but are extremely unprepared for any type of customer flow (lack of trading or leadership, I'm not sure). As I type this it's now 5:03pm and of the 3 people that were in front of me in line, only has received his 2 drink order and left ( yes, I said "2" drinks, not 2 dozen). The staff seems very confused behind the counter, there is no team work or productivity and efficiency flowing back there, although they are all busy running around like chickens with their heads cut off. It's now 5:09pm and we just received our 3 drinks and they taste great, but almost 40 minutes to receive them is a lot. I really hope they get their staffing and training issues worked out as these extreme waits will surely kill their return customer opportunities! read more

Such a great spot for tea, popcorn chicken, and to hangout. There is plenty of seating in an open, clean environment. The tea is fresh and the boba was perfectly cooked. I loved the popcorn chicken and dipping sauce. The meat was juicy, tasted very fresh and was lightly battered. We ordered the chicken medium spicy, and asked for more of their spicy seasoning on the side (definitely a must when sharing with others who prefer only a little kick.) read more

By the reviews the place looked super promising. But the first thing I noticed about this place was the horrible smell. It smelt like a horribly taken care of daycare. Then me and my husbands drinks were awful! The staff was so rude to us. She was extremely snarky and rolled her eyes to everything. I love their Masha green tea smoothies so refreshing, healthy and no sugar added. I frequently visit this place every weekend and love that fact that it's next door to my grocery store Albertsons so convenient. The atmosphere is so ethnic to its cultural being. Calling all peeps who love everything boba, delicious tea & latte drinks, and mouthwatering soft-serve. Summer is here, and refreshing drinks is an essential part of enjoying the hot weather here in Arizona. I'm very grateful for this wonderful spot near my house. Their selection of thirst-quenching drinks are beyond epic. I wish I could name them all, but there are just so many delicious options. I'm going to recommend my all time favorite.. STRAWBERRY MATCHA LATTE!! This drink is equally delightful as it is stunning to look at. It's my go to drink when I need to revitalize my energy. The sweetness of the drink can be adjusted to taste. The waffle soft serve here is yumlicious. Don't forget to add all your favorite toppings. I'm really in love with the Waffle Spicy Popcorn Chicken. Trust me, this is a must order savory appetizer. I'm going to leave the rest of the menu for you peeps to discover. BTW, the staff here is always happy and helpful. Don't hesitate to ask them for recommendations. Awesome Boba house! Had the Mangonada and the popcorn chicken w/ waffle. Tajin gave the mango a nice kick. Spicy popcorn chicken was really good! Bubble waffle was light, not heavy. Coulda used some sweetness on the waffle, but it was a good combo. Really a fun place. Daughters and I played Clue and Jenga and hung out. Super cool spot read more

Visited this cute family owned boba place while driving around the area. The place was super clean and the staff were very welcoming. I tried their avalanche drink and it was so good. The sweetness level hit the spot for me. Since then, I've been craving it. Definitely one of the best in Phoenix. I hope they open another one in the East Valley soon! read more

Can I just say I'm quite picky with my boba drinks and Teacup has not disappointed me. I've tried a few other boba places in Glendale and Peoria and I always come back to this one. If you look at their menu, it's obvious that the owner has put in a lot of effort to create unique drinks (that actually taste good) for the customers. This sets them apart from others. Not a lot people could get their matcha latte right, but Teacup makes it the way I prefer. You can also adjust the level of sweetness. I'd definitely get Avalanche with less sugar. I just loooooove this place so much! read more

I like this place. Nice location and clean. My favorite is Avalanche. Thai bolba tea drink is one of the top three. Though their green/matcha can be improved, its taste and smell didn't impress me. The coffee is recommended if you like something different than Starbucks. read more

The decor is absolutely adorable--bright, cute, and full of cozy little touches that make it feel like the perfect spot for a coffee date, catch-up with friends, or a solo treat-yourself moment. We ordered the Matcha and the Cookie Butter Latte, and both were so good! The matcha was smooth and perfectly balanced, while the Cookie Butter Latte tasted like a warm hug in a cup.
