I've been here 3 times for the milk tea. I love the teapresso method as the tea taste a lot different than a regular boba place. That's why I drive from Burleson to Carollton to get a drink. But I was disappointed because the taste of the milk tea is not consistent, 2 times I got the milk tea it was bland, no tea smell, soggy boba, little sea foam for the price. But the only 1 time that I come that it's perfect from tea to boba to the amount of seafoam. I guess it depends on the person who makes it. read more

My friend and I came here on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty busy to say the least. There were about 8 people in front of us when we stood in line to order our drinks. After reading their extensive menu, we just decided to try one of their "Top 5 Drinks". Whenever I try a new boba place, I always like to try their original milk tea (which happened to be their #1 drink) to set a baseline on whether I should go back or not. It took us about 20 minutes before we even ordered our drink, so I thought "well maybe I should just wait until I get the drink before I truly rate this place". We waited another 15-20 minutes just to get our drink and by then I was already quite annoyed. After trying it, my friend and I were not happy about waiting ~40 minutes to receive a subpar drink, especially if it was supposed to be their most popular option. The tea itself tasted more like powder than anything else and the boba was on the harder side. Based upon this experience, I will not be coming back and will stick to my regular boba places. read more

They could tell it was my first time in. They were extremely friendly and explained everything to me. They had a sample of one of thier signature drinks the TeaLatte. It's incredible and I have to get that with boba of course! My husband got the Taro Smoothie and the Taro was delicious and strong. I'll be a regular for sure! TeaLatte is one of the many boba places in the Carrollton area, but one of the best. It's more focused on high-quality tea, which is the base for a good boba drink. They have a lot of traditional boba drinks and a lot of different tea drink options. You can even customize your own drink (not just ice and sugar) like what flavors and milk you want in your drink. I usually go for their jasmine milk tea and I love it. The ambiance is also a lot chiller than the other crowded and loud chain boba places nearby. I usually come here to study and drink boba. However, I've been here on a weekday around 4pm and there was a large crowd of young students who probably just got out of a nearby school. I highly recommend this place for good quality boba tea drinks that is not your typical chain boba shop. read more

I ordered their jasmine milk tea with grass jelly with half sweetness. I like the fact they use real milk and tea to make their drinks. The sweetness of the milk tea was good but the grass jelly was extremely disappointing. It was as hard as a brick. Even their boba was softer than their grass jelly. Tea Latte bar is amazing! I tried the Sea Foam green tea. It's a lovely green tea brewed to perfection topped with a salty cheesy foam sprinkled with matcha. I know, it sounds weird, but it was delightful when I mixed it all together. You should try it. It will expand your taste buds and horizons. Pleasantly surprised by the clean, inviting, and modern shop. Decided to stop by with the wifey to try out the soft opening and we were greeted by friendly staff. I learned about the unique concept of using an espresso machine to extract flavor out of tea. I ordered the watermelon green tea with matcha boba while my wife built her own tea which ended up being a lavender genmatcha. The watermelon green tea was refreshing with just the right amount of sweetness and pieces of watermelon. The matcha boba was a good consistency and surprisingly a good complement to the watermelon green tea. My wife liked it so much, she ended up finishing it. The lavender genmatcha tea is very authentic and may be an acquired taste. In addition to these drinks, we also ordered a blue Hawaiian - lemonade with a splash of blue curacao. It was a bit sweet for me but my nephew loved it. Will be back to try other drinks or might just stick with the watermelon green tea. read more

The selection of drinks is unmatched, and there are new seasonal drinks almost every time I go. Boba quality is great :)

But the drinks here! The ambience and space to the place is o-kay. It's not a space that begs for your return considering its size and decor. But the drinks here! That's what has me coming back every day! Most bubble tea places serve drinks that's just flavored water with Splenda. Tea Latte Bar's drinks are rich and taste authentic. The next closest tea place with high par tea standards is Fat Straws, but Fat Straws hasn't quite mastered the making of bubbles/boba just yet. Tea Latte Bar offers many topping choices and my favorites include crystal boba and their heart shaped boba (they're squishier). If you do decide on enjoying your drinks in the store, the windows make it a nice experience as the whole store is bright and gives a more open feel. The staff here are all very friendly (kind of soft spoken though and quiet!) The owners here are amazing people--they take the time to go around tables exchanging pleasantries every so often. Their Instagram page is also worth a visit to see new limited time drinks and offers. If I had to come up with one downer about this place, it would be in the amount of ice they put in the drinks. I always ask for "less/light ice", but always find my cup filled with 50% ice. I tend to sip slowly, so I don't like too much ice for fear of my drink turning too watery--not to mention, the outside of my cup creating a pool of water around the table! I don't know if I should ask for no ice the next time? But then again, I like my drinks cold! TeaLatte Bar has a Latte of things happening on the menu. It's a pretty good portion for the size, but the quality is slightly lacking. I ordered an Matcha Latte w/ matcha boba at half sugar, an Hokkaido Milk Tea and a Pina Colada smoothie. The Matcha Latte and Hokkaido Milk Tea was about 75% ice and 25% liquid. There's nothing super special about TeaLatte except that every order is brewed fresh. As every order is brewed fresh, it does take a little bit for your order to be made. It's a super popular place, there was a good amount of people here on a Wednesday night with their friends playing games and just talking. Parking looks to be relatively ample, but I'm assuming on a weekend nights parking would be more difficult. Service was decent, not amazing but also not terrible. I'd give this place about 3.5 stars if yelp had that option. read more

Out of the many boba places I've tried here in Dallas, this is one of the few that have really stuck out to me. I've ordered the regular TeaLatte milk tea as well as the matcha latte and Thai tea latte, and each time I was not let down. One convenience tealatte offers is that they have samples for everyone to try, so you have a slight idea of what's available. I went there for my first time and it was very nice. I tried the Hapa Haole milk tea with boba as I saw it on insta. It is very tasty. My family also got a Watermelon peach smoothie (100% real fruit), ice coffee, and regular black milk boba. We originally got the coconut milk tea with boba but it was sold out. The ice coffee was veryyyy dark. It is crowded but you can snag good seats. The interior is pretty and the staff is very kind. Would recommend!!! read more

Been hearing a lot of great things about this boba place so I just had to give it a try! The interior of the store is very spacious and perfect for studying or socializing with friends. Looking at the menu, there were so many great teas, milk teas, and toppings. I really couldn't choose what was the best so I asked the barista, Sabrina, and she gave me really good recommendations! She even let me sample some of the toppings because I can get really picky with them & she was so nice and patient! They also have samples on display near the counter for all to try out and they tasted AMAZING!! I really like their unique flavors. They're unique, but together they go really well together. I got two drinks by Sabrina's recommendation. I got the lychee grape oolong with crystal boba and the Earl Grey Milk tea with Matcha boba. They tasted SO GOOD. I've never had matcha boba but once Sabrina gave me a sample, I was in love!! I'm a big fan of the lychee grape oolong tea. I don't see that many boba places have grape flavoring but this ish was DANK. I loved it! 10/10 would recommend. This shop has placed high in my rankings of favorite boba places. I visited TeaLatte Bar at around 1 on a Sunday, right before the usual rush. I noticed that my drinks came out really late, but it was very busy and I can understand how stressful it is for the workers during a Sunday rush. However, I realized that there were only two workers who were actually making the drinks, even though there were more scheduled at the time. The cashier had curly hair and was easy to remember, yet I don't remember seeing him make any drinks. However, I do remember hearing laughter coming from the employee area of the cafe. I am not one to tell you how to run your business, but I would recommend having more staff to speed up drink production, or have your employees be more efficient. read more

Always pass by this place on my way home thinking I'd visit one of these days and boy am I glad I did! They had samples out in a pitcher when I went which in my opinion is a great idea. If you're like me I'm scared to try soemthing new and not like it and have money go to waste. So I before I got anything I was able to try their milk tea and there hibiscus tea. Was not a fan of the hibiscus but fell in love with the milk tea. I'm not new to milk tea, would actually consider myself an boba tea addict but my goodness I have not had milk to like that before. I also wasn't sure about toppings cause they had a few I have not tried before for the worker gladly gave me descriptions and samples of a few toppings. On top of the drinks and service being absolutely fantastic the atmosphere is nice. I could see myself coming here on my own to study (they had free WiFi) or if you're with a group like I was there arearger tables to accommodate and they had cards we could play with. Only think I would say, is that it is a bit pricier than most boba tea places. But besides that I think this will be my go to boba place especially because it's a lot closer to where I live than all the dessert/ cafes in the hmart plaza read more
