My girlfriend and I were here last week looking at vehicles. Their lot is gated in, and was open when we arrived. When we went to leave- we discovered that us, along with our vehicles, were locked in. After exhausting all options, including calling the number provided on the gate, (which was not in service) calling the police, who couldn't really do anything (not their fault), and calling every number listed online, we were forced to abandon our vehicles at the dealership. Unfortunately, this was on a Saturday night, meaning we went all day Sunday without a car. We arrived early Monday morning to try and retrieve our cars (about 30 minutes before opening), and were completely ignored by the service department employees. They looked at me knocking on the door from inside, and walked away. They only came to check on me when they officially opened. So, I was banging on the door for over 30 minutes like an idiot, because the employees couldn't care enough to check on us. When they reluctantly opened the door, I told them about our situation, and they spoke to me like I was dumb, before FINALLY opening the gate, just in time for us to sit in morning rush hour traffic on 501. I cannot stress enough my displeasure, embarrassment, and disgust for this place. The employees and management do not care, and will treat you like you're a moron and an inconvenience. Suffice to say, we will not be buying any vehicles from this dealership, nor any dealerships affiliated with this one. read more

Oct 29 25 ordered a part online from this dealer's parts department. Thurs. 30th received an email stating it was ready to ship. It never did. The parts dept. could not help me because it was an internet purchase. The guy Ken, wasn't in the office and not returning till the following Tuesday. Fast forward Tues. morning Ken actually answered the phone, located the part. Still there never shipped, and could not explain why it wasn't shipped. Only solution he gave was either ship it today or cancel the order. Granted not a critical issue but it wasted several days on my timeline to service my Ram truck. Had I decided to order the superior after market part it would have been installed on my truck already. So I still wait for UPS to pick it up and ship it. My wife and I went to Addy Harbor Dodge Ram Fiat today to have our 2017 Ram Rebel serviced, 10K oil change and tire rotation. We are in town from Maryland checking in the new house we are having built in Conway. Since we are moving to the area in the next couple of months we are feeling our way around and checking the local businesses. This dealership is on my happy place list so far. We walked in and requested Express Service oil change. Staff waited on us promptly and with in 10 minutes had our vehicle in the shop for the service. I was waiting for an attempted up sell or complaint because of the over sized tires, nope, rotated without an issue and charged me significantly less that the local dealership I normally use and purchased the truck from. Wife and I wondered the lot while we waited, several sale persons approached but were very pleasant when we explained we were having our Ram serviced. No attitude or sales pitch, just a "okay, if you need anything let me know." Why 4 stars and not 5? Service tech left fingerprints and a smudge on our black truck. So I went to this dealership today to look at a new truck. My Ram is 7 years old and has had a little rear end damage to bumper and tailgate. Found a truck I liked a lot. Price was set minus all the rebates. Salesman, Haley, who I highly recommend, was very nice and the entire staff bent over backwards to get the deal I wanted. In the end I did!!!!!! A brand new dodge ram 1500 big horn with all the bells and whistles. With the money they gave me for my old girl plus rebates I saved over $20,000. Very happy with the whole experience. read more

I bought my vehicle at Addy's in 2014. I I return at least every other maintenance so I can get an alignment. Stopped in on Wednesday 4.25.2018 to make an appointment and get a battery for my remote. Ken in Parts changed my battery for me.(sometimes they can't). They had time to do my maintenance while I waited. Marlaina wrote my service order. She was friendly, courteous and professional. I waited for a reasonable amount of time and was thoroughly satisfied with the maintenance performed and the treatment I received. BUYER BEWARE!! Team Myrtle Beach AKA Addy's Harbor Dodge, LLC. #1 I ordered 2 OEM speakers for my 2009 Chrysler 300 on Saturday, 4March2023. The receipt stated "Please allow 2-4 working days for shipment of your order. Most orders will be shipped from our stock within 24 hours, though some special-order items may take up to 14 days. I did not receive the speakers until 1 April 2023, 28 days after I ordered them. #2 When I opened the shipping box, one of the inner boxes was open and a speaker was rolling around unprotected in the shipping box (see picture of inner box that shows it was taped shut at one time, but the tape had fractured). #3 The speaker that was sent and rolling around in the shipping box appeared to be used (see pictures of shipped speaker). There were marks where the screw secures it to the dashboard. The receipt also indicates that an RMA was sent to me, dated 22 Mar 2023, which further confirms my suspicions of a used part. #4 The speaker that was rolling around in the shipping box is NOT an OEM speaker. I ordered OEM parts. I did not bother to open the 2nd box as it appeared to be the same as the first box. I sent a picture of the OEM speaker that was in my car. #5 I contacted Team Myrtle Beach on 4 April 2023 at 0845 MDT and spoke to Teresa. When I explained the situation to her, she stated they would never send a used part and the inner box could have never opened. Her attitude was very accusatory and unprofessional - almost like she was calling me a liar. I said I wanted to return these speakers and get my money back. She said there would be a 20% restocking fee. I asked her to send me a shipping label, and she said it was up to me to ship them back at my cost. I asked what address to ship them to, and she said it was on top of my receipt. I requested a full reimbursement of my money plus shipping because I was sent a used part and they were not OEM. I was charged $75.50 and my shipping costs plus return receipt are $22.58 for a total of $98.08. I received a reimbursement of $55.12. I filed a BBB complaint in May2023, and they did not respond. read more

I bought a 2020 Ram in April. At loan closing I noticed they had added a $399 charge for a IKONGPS. I let it slide at the time, not wanting to have to wait for the paperwork to be reprinted. I went to the dealer Friday to have it taken off. No problem there. Problem is trying to get a refund for the unit. I've called, texted, and emailed, but no one will respond. BEWARE! I had bought my car from another dealership a couple years ago and when my car wouldn't start I had it towed here since it was closer and since I had a recall on the airbags I figured I'd get it all taken care of. Only a couple hours after they received my Challenger I got a call with a rundown of what was wrong and that it would be ready that afternoon. I've bought my fair share of vehicles in my lifetime, however, none of my experiences tops these guys. Talk about "pressure selling"! My sister called from this dealership crying that they had taken her keys while she test drove a Dodge Journey. They were going to take a test drive of her vehicle for appraisal purposes for a trade in value. While she was driving the Journey she made a remark in the car to the salesmen along the lines of: "I like this car & want to buy it." These guys told my sister that she had made a "verbal contact" with that statement & tried pressuring & forcing her into buying the Journey. Absolutely refusing to return her keys of her vehicle back to her. They also told her that they had her trade in "already sold"! When I arrived, I immediately called the police. Of course that got their attention & they had to return the keys to my sister! These practices to prey on inexperienced buyers is beneath any professional dealership. I didn't really 'need' a new car as I was already driving a 2012 (NON-Dodge product) but it was too big for me. I no longer needed 4 WD or room to hold the grandchildren, as they all live up north. I had a different car in mind and I stopped here just for the fun of it to see what they had. In my mind I wanted a Chrysler 200 and I thought this was a Chrysler-Dodge dealer. It did have 1 Chrysler but that was it. It's mostly all Dodge. My salesman was a young man who was very nice, personable and easy to deal with. He was doing his job. He showed me a 2013 Dodge Dart and asked what my favorite color was. I said blue, but I didn't like the 'royal blue' color so he said I could get a different color that I might like. I said I'd come back the next day to show him my car because we happened to be out on the motorcycle when we made our initial stop. I kept my promise the next day. I was also looking to lower my car payment, as I was paying an astronomical payment to begin with. I wanted the money in MY pocket, not someone else's. My salesman's name was Matt Coopman. I would highly recommend that if you go there, ask for him and let him know I sent you. He was very knowledgeable about the car and all the extras it had in it. We decided to take the car for a test run and he came with us. I told him I like the back roads more than the highway and he made sure he showed me (I'm not too familiar with this area yet) where to drive. I loved how it handled and all it had to offer, including the gas mileage. If I had to make a trip up north, I wouldn't hesitate to take this car. By the time we left with THIS car, my car payment had gone down $43 a month! He worked with his sales manager Mike to make it happen. He could have thrown in the towel, knowing that I was headed to the Chrysler Dealer from that visit. They both worked together to make me happy. It has been a week since I've had my car and I really like it. I can't ever tell that it's running! That's how quiet it is. I would seriously recommend going here. They work for you NOT against you. They want you to be happy. I might suggest that Matt has called me to be sure I'm still happy with my car and asked if I had any questions concerning it. I named my car KIT. The boyfriend has a motorcycle so we call them KIT and CABOODLE. I think it would be worth your while to give Addy's Harbor Dodge a visit. They called and assured me that they are much more aggressive with their pricing than KBB and then assured me they would do much better. I drove in 30 miles to be seen not by who I was supposed to ask for, but a different rep. He came out and offered me $1,000 less than KBB. We have a 2011 grand caravan. On August 20th, we travelled from Clover SC to Myrtle Beach for a weekend trip. The battery light came on in the middle of the night while driving, about 90 min from our destination. Unfortunately, we had also replaced the alternator twice in the last 30 days, the last time of which was at another dodge dealership. I called the dealership in Myrtle Beach right at open and explained we were from out of town and had a recurring issue that Dodge had already worked on in last 30 days. I was advised they were already booked out for a week and could not help us. I mentioned there were several other dodge dealerships in the area and asked if they could help find a location with bandwidth to help. Again, "we can't help you with that, you would have to call all the other locations yourself". Nothing like being treated like a valued customer. Just bought a used 2012 Dodge Avenger R/T in White with Black trim. I have wanted this car since I used one to go to schools in Atlanta last year. Thank you, Mike Addy, for letting me realize how GR8T these cars are with the 6 cyl. motor!! I have been looking for this exact car since Aug. 2014!! I lucked in to a cool looking R/T with low miles too. Got a Great deal on it and Grady from sales and Glen with Finance were very good to me. I know these cars have very good power and handle really well. I, also, never got below 26 mpg going back and forth to Atlanta and the 283 HP is a Blast to drive!! I am sorry they are retooling these cars and are not offered for sale this year. I bought the extended warranty and hope that I never need it. I purchased a brand new Dodge Ram 1500 in 2016. This is the third new Ram that I have purchased from Addy's Harbor Dodge and haven't had a problem until now. When I purchased the Ram in 2016 I was convinced to get the very expensive 100,000 mile Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty, which proved to be completely useless. I have maintained my truck and have taken very good care of it, but at 60,000 miles the exhaust manifold bolts broke off. When I took the truck to Addy's to get the regular maintenance and discussed the problem with the bolts I was told that it is a $1,000 repair that would be out of pocket for me. After searching all of the Dodge sites I have discovered that this is a known issue that, according to other online reviews, used to have a recall attached to it. Again, it was stated to me that Addy's would not cover this repair and that it would be an out of pocket cost. I have been talking back and forth with a service manager trying to resolve this issue and still have gotten nowhere. Honestly, I have never had a reason to complain about Addy's. Until this last purchase I have not had any issues, however this particular interaction has been nothing short of disappointing from the get go. I am a faithful Dodge owner, and I am certainly not trying to get something for nothing, I did expect however that Addy's would stand up and do the right thing. This did not happen through any fault of my own or from negligence. It is a faulty product. Integrity is something they supposedly pride themselves on, but I feel let down, under-valued, and like they aren't worried at all about not only the reputation of the dealership, but the reputation of Dodge as well. The finance department, as for Glenn.. if you don't watch it, you won't catch his lies. And the lies aren't superficial either; he's gone as far as saying that you'll need the warranty and/or the gap for the loan to even take place. You don't need the extra warranties nor the gap (unless your bank says you have to; call to ask) to get the loan - he's the type of person that must, yes must, control the finance area of it. And if you don't let him, he does throw a kind of tantrum fit. The whole point for him forcing this on you is his commission. If you purchase gap and/or warranty, he gets commission from it. You don't purchase it, he doesn't get it. If he's claiming the bank that's giving you the loan said, you must have these things to get the loan, call that bank, check it out. Don't be scared to nor be worried that you're looking like an ass. It will save you a great deal of money. I've had to do this twice and each time, he was straight to my face lying. I even did it once right in front of him. He was embarrassed when I called him on it. It saved me major money each time (- added note, some insurance companies offer gap and Dodge's 'EasyCare' warranty; from the day you purchase it, it counts down.. it's not like normal warranty insurance. Read the fine print - but he pushes gap more than warranty.) He also lies about interest percentages, (part of his "I have to be in control of this whole damn thing here") talking to people at the bank that gives your interest percentages. While doing a loan for us, he was [supposedly] on a the phone with someone from the bank claiming that he would only give us so much in percentage in interest. My husband said he felt he wasn't talking to anyone because it just didn't 'seem right, something was off'. I call back a couple days later for paperwork verification from the bank we were using and the bank never got a call from Glenn and the person that he was speaking about/to that day, didn't even exist. He gave us the percentage that he wanted, not the bank. I seriously do not even see how the hell he gets away with this, but he has, and still does. After noticing this, I alerted the bank and our percentage was lowered. He also just flies through the paperwork, he doesn't explain anything to you; he treats it as this is your 14th car this year and you should know what every line says. He gets upset if you want to read it first, he pushes you to 'hurry up, it's the same thing as last time' (which was over a year ago).. I'm not saying I need to be baby stepped through everything, but he is completely unprofessional. He won't give you time or even allow you to read anything. This last time, I think I signed away a kidney. I didn't get to read anything... and I'm a strong believer in "read it before signing" - not with him, you cannot. If you try to read it, you can't even concentrate because he's about to throw his tantrum, with sighing and doing what I've seen 2 and 4 year olds do with throwing their body around. Yes, each and every single time I've purchased a car there - not once, but each and every time. I have to wait until I get home to read the paperwork- can't do much with the dealership after signing, but with the bank I use, I can talk to them about it and get things fixed, which they've had to do twice now. ...he's not the only financial person there, so just saying, if you'd like someone else, there is that option, which I will be taking next time around. This guy here, has hit his 3 strikes with me. If you walk in there with a car loan in place, they'll do whatever they can to find something "better". It's a waste of your time, so just stick to your loan you have in place - We've had to do that every single time we've went in. They've tried to get us in a loan higher (i.e. 4.99% (with great credit)) from a loan we were already in place and pre-approved for that was 2.8%. So watch it. You have a great loan, stick to it. They do sale/share your information to places like SirusXM and car warranty businesses. They will also continue to run your credit even after the sale is complete. We've had to call each and every time to get them to stop it. This last time was the worst. We were getting notices from banks that actually said "we can't give you a loan because you just took out a loan 3 weeks ago for the same amount you're asking for." Nice people, but just like any business, just watch your wallet and keep your smarts. read more

I just wanted to provide some recent feedback, Years ago I tried to make a purchase from Addy's Harbor and the sale staff was such a disaster I walked away from the deal. Based on Addys reaching out to me over social media about a special going on I wanted to give it another try as I was impressed with the followup from Jon the social media contact. Our shopping was based on my wife's desire to trade up to something a bit larger so we started shopping around. I turned the process over to her, and she reached out on a Ford Flex that she liked, and Grady answered the lead. This was on a Monday. She filled out a credit app and provided all the trade in data to Grady, including VIN and all the requested info. It wasn't until Wednesday when Grady reached out to her, stating that the "Honda" was no longer available but he had another for $44K. Obviously we were taken back by that response as we inquired on a flex that was less than half the price. Grady said he got her mixed up with someone else and asked how much she owed on her trade. She gave him the payoff including the daily compounded interest. This was on Wednesday, and that was the very last we heard from him (Writing this on a Saturday night). You do a great job funneling leads to the dealership over facebook but its a shame the sales staff continue to fall short. read more

Absolutely avoid them. Classic bait and switch like they have done to many others that I found in web reviews. They do not honor their website trade-in values/online deals. Drove 2 1/2 hours to get a vehicle. CJ Myers (Gen Manager) offered me 10k less than their website quoted me. Furthermore, he laughed and said "go somewhere else then" when confronted. He was very condescending and treated me as if I were ignorant. I stood my ground and after an hour of confrontation we agreed to pay 5K more than I had planned since I drove all that way. Just wanted to be done and leave with the vehicle I came for. To top it off, went out to do the final inspection after it was detailed and noticed that the left side of the vehicle had all the chrome upgrades around the windows and door (standard on the Limited) but the right side had the generic black trim. So much for quality control and checking you vehicles. The service manager said he would get the trim ordered and send it to my local dealer for install since I live so far away. I'm waiting to see if that actually happens...doubtful, but will keep elevating to corporate if needed. As far as the salesman, Zach Phipps was great and actually appeared embarrassed about the offer and the disrespect shown by his manager. We were in the store MANY years ago. EDDIE in service took care of us. We had a new Durango that threw a code. They got us in ASAP, and even allowed our 100lb. Husky in the waiting room. Found that we had a bad injector and ordered it for overnight delivery, now WARRANTY does NOT cover overnight delivery.!!! It was all NO CHARGE. Great store, and service was first class. Congrats to Addy Harbor Dodge for promoting one of the most misleading promotions I have ever seen. I purchased my last vehicle from them and it was a so-so experience. Nothing special, but it was an ok experience. This week my 82 year old father received a flyer from them with a contest promo. You were to scratch off an area and if it matched a prize on the page you won that prize. His scratch off revealed him to be a winner of either a new Charger or $25,000 in cash. Of course it seemed to good to be true and I was convinced it was, but because my dad was so excited I went to his house to read the fine print. It clearly said if your scratch off matched the prize you were a winner. I called Addy and explained that my 82 year old father was insisting on driving an hour because he thought he won a prize. I told them that he should not be driving that far, he was not going to buy a new car and they needed to tell us if he had really won that prize. They kept saying he was a winner. I drove him to Addy where we were forced to listen to a disjointed sales pitch with a guy that rambled on and on. When he decided he could not sell my dad a car he started on me. When he finally realized we were not there to buy a car he took us over to a prize board. He showed us a little code on our flyer. My dad would have only been a winner if his code matched the prize code on their board. The fine print on the flyer never disclosed this fact. My dad won a $2 lottery ticket. Of course I knew going in that my dad was not going to get a car or money, but because I thoroughly read the flyer and he insisted on going, I took him. We left after I told the salesman I felt it was dishonest and misleading and he agreed it was a little misleading. I don't know how anyone could work there and not feel scummy. We were not in the market for a car, but at some point we will be. I told the salesman I would never purchase another car there. He said, "Well you won't purchase a car anywhere because all dealers do contests and promos." This is exactly why people do not like car dealerships and car salesmen. This dealership lied to me about a I bought for my son. I was told the brake light coming on was normal because they just washed it and this was normal for Dodges. A month later my son was almost in a wreck due to the vehicle not stopping. He took it too school for his Auto Ed teacher to look at. The vehicle only had one brake pad that was operational. The entire under carriage was rusted out. They never checked the brakes before they sold it to me.This I can prove.I have been round and round with the dealership and they refuse to make things right. Do not ever trust this business. I highly recommend this business. I broke a back tail light on my 2008 dodge ram. Not only did they have the item in stock, at a reasonable price, but they made the time to install the light. It was close to closing but they made my repair a priority. The technician who completed the repair went the extra mile and worked with the truck body so that the light and truck were aligned. Amazing! They are helpful, friendly, polite and efficient. They even gave my dog a bowl of cold water. As far as dealerships go, this is now my favorite! read more

I'd like to add if you have no option and your car is towed there make sure you take pictures of every part of your car. I guarantee you will have scratches, dents, rips somewhere on the car that where not there before you brought it in. That alot of pictures because they will lie and denie any responsibility for any damage. Almost everyone with who I've talked have had it happen? That just do no care after the sale. read more

I came here for an oil change, I had been once before when they were advertising oil changes 30 min or less and they are reasonably priced. It took 36 minutes. close enough so I was happy. Seeing as my last visit went well I thought I would go again. I waited a bit over 2 hours for them to change my oil in their express lanes with 4 people ahead of me(2 of them weren't there for oil changes, I heard from conversations) From this visit I am not sure about their consistency. I don't believe any oil change should take over 2 hours especially after they advertise about their "express lanes" no appointment necessary. Other than that the employee's I did have contact with were nice and did apologize for the wait. read more
