This was like walking into a hidden camera show where they do and say things so egregious that you actually expect to find cameras and an audience laughing. If you've ever see the movie "Used Cars" you'll find the real thing here. I reached out to the GM after the fact--his response was indicative of someone who knows he works at a terribly unprofessional place of business. Avoid at all costs. Buy your car anywhere else.
