My wife and I came in and we both requested a female nail tech and they insisted my wife's nails be done by a male technician, she refused, it was then that the manager brought a female tech that was in the back for my wife. The rest was a nightmare. They were more interested in attending the pedicures that arrived after us. However, my wife and I normally do a pedicure as well, today, time did not permit it. We had been here twice before and we each left a tip of $15.00 each on a $45.00 pedicure. During my manicure, the tech skipped the massage of hands and arms and started to buff my nails, which is always the last step. When I asked about the massage, she said NO massage, I was shocked, my wife was just starting her hand and arm massage, when my wife complained about the way I was being treated (cheated), the tech said, oh, ok, I will give you a massage, so sorry, as she kept looking at the pedicure clients she had already seated and were soaking their feet. My wife and I left upset, dissatisfied, ripped off and in disbelief. We will never come back! Greed in the end will cost you business and will gain you honest bad reviews like this one. read more

I have been a client of Betty the owner of this salon for 12 years. She bought this salon last year and has made great improvements in the business. She has always been very professional and courteous to me and to all clients that visit the salon. She does a fabulous job with my nails and pedicures. I have had my nails done by other technicians in this salon when Betty is on vacation and they also do a great job. The salon is clean and all the technicians are professional, licensed, speak fluent English and fun to be around. They are efficient and never make clients wait when they have an appointment. I would never consider going anywhere else for my nails and pedicures. I am sorry to see negative comments about this salon. It appears they were posted in spite to hurt Betty, the employees and the salon. What a shame that the Internet allows these type of people to post such comments. It is also a shame to know that people believe what they read on the Internet as truth. Visit the salon and you will see for yourself. I highly recommend this salon. read more

I called to ask for pricing and spoke with Betty she was polite. I made appt for my daughter & I. We both got our nails done and polish change on our feet. I had a gel fill in with new shape stiletto because the shop prior gave me the worst coffin shape and i wanted them changed back to my favorite stilleto shape and Tracy did an amazing job. My daughter showed ricky a marble design she wanted on her phone and he did it for her and put the letter on it. My daughter loves them thanks Ricky. This is the first time I am leaving a Yelp review. Tracey at TT Nails is amazing. I had been going to a place closer to home but never got the service or my nails done the way I wanted. So I tried TT out which is a lot further from my home and Tracy has done my nails and Spa Pedi 2 times. She's on point with Customer Service and she is a master at her profession. The owner does my eye brows and also does a great job. I am really picky about both. Plus they do not nickel and dime you like other nail salons. You get what you pay for here. This is by far one of the best nail salons I have ever been to in the West Valley. Every one here is always so professional, friendly and I love their work. I've come in a few times for a fill and have never left disappointed(which is hard to come by!). My personal fave is Linda, she does my lashes every few weeks and I absolutely love her work. I decided to get a pedicure here after seeing the reviews and im glad I did...the nail tech is the most gentle I've ever had. My nails were terrible and the tech worked on a toenail possibly ingrown from my last experience at another salon. I got the citrus pedicure and highly recommend it. Betty, the owner, has been keeping my nails and toes in perfect condition for 6 years. I go bi-monthly and take my husband for a monthly pedicure. He loves it. This shop is very clean, the ladies all speak good English, and all ladies, do all procedures. They also do Birthday, wedding, and other parties. Stopped in for lash extensions fill and Linda was awesome. This was my first visit and Linda was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I have naturally sparse lashes and I was amazed at how great they turned out. The salon was also well organized and very clean. Linda will definitely be my go to lash gal.
