One and done. I wish I had followed my first instinct to do an about face when I saw no one in this cafe on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. I ordered a cheese foam oolong tea. First offense: I asked specifically for the small size b/c I had never been here before and cashier rang me up for a large anyway. I notice businesses pulling that move a lot when they get little foot traffic and I wish I had called them out on it. Second Offense: I didn't see any sweetness levels signage which is standard in tea shops and the cashier didn't ask what level I wanted so I assumed it defaulted to 100%. Wrong, it defaults to zero. So I end up with a sugar free LARGE milk tea that tasted just as unappetizing as it looks in this photo. They'll never get a chance to fool me again.
Stopped in for a quick tea, had to try the oolong cheese tea, I'll pass on tea+cheese in my life moving forward. I'll stick with tea along side cheese. Didn't live up to the saying "goes down easy if it's cheesy". The service was super quick and friendly. The menu was expansive in the nice little spot.
I love this Boba place! They have a variety of flavors and cheese foams. It's also in a great location very central in Sandy Springs. My favorite thing is the strawberry Matcha because the Matcha is in a foam like texture, which is very unique highly recommend!
Would not recommend coming here at all based on our visit. We ordered the honey tea drink, which was not sweet and bitter. A friend of mine was almost injured when a chair broke when he was leaning back when he could have been injured. He was charged $75 dollars for this, which is an absurd amount to charge for a safety hazard that they made us unfairly pay for. I noticed another chair with a large crack, which could potentially injure any unsuspecting customer. Terrible experience. Be very cautious when sitting in these chairs.
I love the name of this place, it's v cute, and I find it quite clever. The inside feels like a nice place to study. The area to order is next to all the windows, so it lets in a lot of light at the front of the shop, but further in is a dimmer, warmer lit area that's v nice. Plants line one wall and the decor of the place makes it feel comfortable. As for the drinks, some of them come in regular size only, which is their largest size. The drinks themselves are on the pricier side, and they offer customizations that drives up the cost more. It is nice that they offer milk alternatives though for people who can't have lactose or want a healthier option. Not that my friend or I made such changes. My drink came up to ~$9 and my friend's drink ended up ~$11 after tax and tip. I ordered the strawberry matcha with less sugar and my friend ordered the triple purple, both of which were regular sized only. I like the cups that they came in. They weren't flimsy and the top has an opening for the straw so no need to poke through with the straw. - The strawberry matcha had no matcha flavor! None! Whether that is due to proportions (my drink seemed more strawberry than anything, pic as proof) or some other factor, I'm not sure. All I can say is that even with less sugar, the drink itself was v sweet for me. The strawberry jam is overpowering, it's the most prominent flavor. It helps sell that the drink contains strawberry, but it completely overshadowed the matcha. Despite strawberry being my favorite fruit, this was not the drink for me. It tasted too much like a dessert bc of the jam. Akin to a strawberry shortcake made into a drink. - My friend's drink, triple purple, was good. It sounded better than it ended up being though. Coconut milk tea with ube, taro ice cream, and taro boba. The addition of ube was nice as I don't often see it used in bubble tea. This is more of a 3.5, but I rounded down for my friend. She kind of had regrets afterwards when we ate dinner since her favorite appetizers were cheaper than her drink and brought her more happiness. I feel as though we ordered the wrong drinks, and I wouldn't mind coming here again to try their fruit tea in the summer. I feel like it would be refreshing and since most of them are in a regular size, it would be nice to walk around with. Ofc, I would have to girl math and cheat day my way into justifying the price for the drink I want at the size it is, but c'est la vie.
This was a really cute tea shop. I ordered the Dragonfruit and Passion Fruit tea with lychee jelly. It was the perfect amount of sweetness and it was also refreshing. There were a few people there working in their laptops. It does make a nice little place to do work or study. It's quiet overall and a bit dark inside. There's plenty of parking!
I wanted to try this milk tea place because it had higher reviews. The service was good and quick. They have a large sitting area with board games if you want to come with friends. I ended up ordering the taro milk tea. The drink was ok. It's not very sweet but is creamy. I wish it had more "umph" in the flavor. The boba was soft & chewy.
Came here to get a drink after having lunch in the area and I got the mango fruit tea with grass jelly. Their fruit teas were just ok for me. Definitely were on the sweet side and felt watered down though. My friends got a coffee beverage and another got a milk tea, and both thought they were super sweet and super watery. We did enjoy how clean the location was and the games they had set out. It was a nice place to relax in the area.
This cafe had such a nice vibe to it. I would even suggest it as a cool date spot for desserts and a drink because it was quiet and intimate. When you approach the register, you see an in depth menu with many flavors of fruit and milk teas to choose from. I liked the presentation of the drinks too because they aren't the typical plastic cup and straw. My milk tea was pretty good. It was not as sweet as I'm accustomed to having. I tasted more milk than anything else. It had almost a fruit loops milk taste (which is something I still think tastes good lol). I would have to try the fruit teas next time because those are the main focus of this place. read more
Came here on a Saturday without any wait with my aunt and cousin. We also ordered a to go for my mom. We all loved our bubble tea drinks and thought the bubbles tasted soft and fresh. I had the peach and lychee fruit tea with 0 added sugar, added bobas, and less ice. It also came with small slices of peaches and 1 lychee. I wasn't expecting the lychee but it was definitely a nice surprise! In addition, their cups are always pretty and with the heart shaped stopper. Their price is higher than other places but their fruit teas come in one large size so you get more for the higher price. Since I'm a fruit tea lover, I would come back again when I'm craving a large good quality drink! read more

I just happened to come across this place the other day and I'm so glad I did. It is seriously the best tea I've ever had. I got the lychee and red dragonfruit tea with lychee boba, and topped it with coconut foam. My son had the Jasmine with the cheese foam. They were both delicious. We went back the next day and got almost the exact same thing ( my son got the oolong Formosa tea with cheese foam the 2nd time, with lychee boba). They allow you to adjust the ice level and sugar level which is nice. I definitely will be back here to try other types of tea! read more

I thought this placed was pronounced "team-o." I was wrong. This little tea shop is located in a shopping complex so parking was not an issue. My friend and I arrived 40 minutes before closing time (10pm) on a Monday night. It's such a cute little spot! Service was great. They were kind and attentive to our questions. I ordered the apple kiwi oolong fruit tea with tapioca. My friend ordered the dragonfruit/passionfruit fruit tea. My drink had the tea bag in there so I'm glad to know it's made fresh to order and explains the extra minutes of waiting. I really enjoyed my tea and the equal notes of oolong, apple and kiwi. Tapioca balls were chewy and soft to my liking as well. 5/5. Next time I'll get a regular milk tea. The cups are so cute nice and sleek! I would definitely return and recommend this to any tea-loving folks. read more

LOVE!!! They have such fun drinks! I love the Dragon and Mango, kiwi and apple, etc. Basically all the ones I've tried I love. They have so many fruity popping boba and jelly flavors to choose from; they even let you pick your sweetness level. Overall, so good! The vibe is cute and cozy and just relaxing. Update: The owner saw my review since I wrote it on the spot while sitting here drinking the tea! He explained to me why the oolong tea was not as strong as it should be and offered me another drink which was super nice of him! The drink was definitely way better! The oolong tea was spot on! A really cute sit down cafe in a plaza. They have some games available here for people who just want to chill for a couple hours. I ordered a regular (which is their large) oolong tea with coconut milk foam. I had cheese and green tea foam in the past, but when I saw coconut foam I knew I had to try it. You can really taste the coconut in the coconut foam. It definitely goes well with the oolong tea. I wish the oolong tea was a bit stronger or have a little sweetness to it. I personally would prefer a strong oolong tea to go along with this amazing coconut foam. Oolong tea color is a bit light compared to what I've seen in the past, so not sure if that's why it doesn't taste as strong as regular oolong tea. It is very hard to mix the foam and the tea together. Overall, I think the drink is very refreshing and I'm able to try the foam, tea, and a combo of them together. I'll definitely recommend people coming here if you're in the area or if you're done with brunch at egg harbor cafe then just hop on over here some a refreshing drink! read more
Teamo is located in Sandy Springs and inside the plaza with Battle and Brew, Bishoku, Chipotle, etc. It is another great addition to the neighborhood. They have tons of different drinks. In my opinion, what sets them apart from other drink places are their fruit teas. it is packed with fresh fruits. It is extremely refreshing and you get tons of fruit with your drink! They offer 12 types of fruit drinks (between $4.99-$6.99). They also serve bubble tea (11 types), cream tea (5 types), hot tea (6 types), hot beverages (like matcha latte, hot cocoa, etc) and frappucicino. My favorite drink was Supreme (5.99) and it comes with strawberry, blueberry, mango, dragon fruit, pineapple, lemon and kiwi. Also in order to keep the delicious flavor, they put a tea bag in it. They also have board games on the back. Teamo is a friendly spot to gather with friends and family, enjoy a drink and hang out. read more

Love this place. The fact that you order outside to reduce contact and they bring your tea outside is great. Not only can't you pay with cash, credit card buy you can use Venmo and cash app. The staff is super nice an the teas are delish!!! read more
I'm so glad to see more tea cafes around Atlanta in recent couple of years, which now offer so many different tea brewing drinks. Not as many other bubble tea spots, Teamo is more focused on its signature fruit tea and Naigai ( unflavored tea with a thick foamy cream top ), which are the trendy drinks nowadays in China, Japan and the rest of Asia. They freshly brew the tea after order on site (so it takes a bit longer to wait). Also, the fruits in their fruit tea (not just flavored tea bag, but real sliced fruit in your tea! ) are all freshly cut on site as well. Naigai (cream top) is made by a well blend of cheese cream, condensed milk and heave cream；not as the way making milk tea (cheap coffee mate ) Teamo makes its own Naigai daily on site with small batch to maintain its fresh, delightful and foamy texture and flavor. It's a really must try. The location is just next to Egg Harbor; the space is big enough for a class group/corp team hang out; and decor is simple but elegant, nice spot to get work done. PS: Oh, they offer free board games and even a video game station. PPS: There's a lovely story behind Te'amo ( = "I love U" in Spanish) or Tea more (多茶cha duo, "more tea" in Chinese) Go ask the store owners. read more

Stumbled upon the soft opening of this place while on my way to Battle and Brew in Sandy Springs. Didn't expect to find my favorite milk cap (奶盖) place in Atlanta! Teamo is located in the Parkside Shopping Center just north of Atlanta in Sandy Springs. This is right across the street from Jinya Ramen Bar and in the same shopping center as Battle and Brew. Definitely won't have to worry about parking, as the shopping center has plenty. Their name plays off of the Spanish phrase, "Te'amo," which means "I love you" in English. The Chinese name is "茶多(cháduō)" which means "a lot of tea" in English. Really cute and clever all around. The interior is very rustic and calming, I could see myself coming here to work on homework or a project. Plenty of seating as well, which is a plus. The aunties who took my order were super nice, and gave me special instructions on how to drink my tea! I ordered the Dragon Well salty cream foam tea (龙井奶盖). The tea flavor was very strong, which was a nice change of pace from typical oversugared, understeeped teas I've gotten from other places in the US. The salty foam was very thick and delicious. It was a great balance of cheese and salt flavor that complemented the tea very well. The salty cream foam tea here is definitely comparable to popular Chinese stores such as Hey Tea (喜茶) and Gong Cha (貢茶). I have not tried other menu items yet, but the cake cream cap and fruit teas caught my eye and I can't wait to visit again! I highly recommend making a trip out to Sandy Springs to visit this great new tea bar! read more
Can we just take a moment to appreciate the beauty of the tea made by these tea angels?! I first ordered the Supreme Fruit Tea which includes Fresh Pineapple, Mango, Dragonfruit, Kiwi, Blueberry, Strawberry, and Lemon infused in their green tea! The flavors of the fruit blend perfectly together. I've also had their summertime watermelon smoothie which was A-Mazing, along with the red dragon fruit/passion fruit, and mango/passion fruit green tea. Pick up a frequent customer card and receive a free beverage on your 10th purchase. If you enjoy fruit tea, you should def give them a try! read more

I ordered the mango and passionfruit tea. First time trying and I'm definitely a fan. The fruit teas come in one size (as pictured) and bubble teas and smoothies I think can come in a small or larger size. Nice flavor and pretty sweet. Next time I'll probably ask for less sugar instead of regular sugar though. They display a slideshow up front with info about the health benefits for the various teas which I thought was neat. read more
I'm glad there is another bubble tea place in the Sandy Springs area. I didn't even know it was in the plaza until I was at Chipotle across from it. I had to try it one day! Right now they are having a promotion for the Grand Opening. They have a Buy One get One Free (milk tea) until March 31st. I went with a group of friends last night to try it out after dinner. On a friday night, it was pretty quiet. Not surprised as it is a new place and it's hard to notice it from the street unless someone told you about it. As we enter, it's pretty spacious and loved the style of it. Modern rustic style and looked clean. Their menu displays their signature fruit teas (which I recommend) and they have some variations of milk teas. With their special, we received 8 drinks in total. These are the drinks that we ordered: Red Dragonfruit Mango fruit tea Red Dragon Passionfruit tea Oolong Cream/Fresh Milk tea Supreme fruit tea (each of our drinks received one free original milk tea with one topping - I'm not sure if the topping comes with the free milk tea as they do charge for toppings 0.50 each) It was late and not busy so I think they just gave the topping complimentary. Anyways, the drinks came out and they look pretty nice. The fruit teas came with fresh fruit and still contained the tea bags. Definitely refreshing! The fruit teas range from $4.99-$6.99. The only thing I did not like were the milk teas. We chose oolong milk tea and I did not taste any oolong in it. I basically only tasted the half&half milk and the toppings had to pull some flavor. The oolong cream milk/fresh milk has a salty cream cheese milk cap floating on the top. It tasted like water and milk. Again, no strong flavor of oolong milk tea at all. The place had board games and also have a tv screen that is connected to a classic nintendo console. It's definitely a great place to relax and hang out with friends. I haven't tried any of their desserts, so I might be back when I'm in the area for it. The fruit teas are definitely recommended! This place is far for me so I'd rather go to places near me that have better drinks. The place is still new so they might tweak their milk teas a bit, but for now I would recommend going to Sharetea, Kung Fu Tea, or Teahouse formosa for milk teas. read more

If you ever in the Sandy Springs area and need a cup of tea or place to chill Tea mo is the spot. They have so many flavorful teas to try. I ordered the Strawberry & Blueberry tea and OMG amazing. Fresh strawberries and blueberries made the tea so much refresher. They have lattes and fresh little pastries as well. I would definitely suggest anyone to check out teamo tea cafe, the vibes are soo good and the service is awesome . Located in the same shopping center with Battle and Brew, Tuesday Morning and Bishoku. I've had Matcha Frappechino with no sugar, it was quite delicious, it really didn't any sugar added at all. The red bean pudding was exquisite, sweet red bean on top of less sweet coconut pudding, I wish it wasn't so small... The owner was constantly checking to see everyone is happy and taken care of. love the stacks of board games to play while we enjoyed the tea. I loved the cell phone charging stations but it was all iphone cable, I need to bring my own charger next time. read more

I've been told that this cafe opened not too long ago so I decided to give it a try and I do not regret it one bit. Here's my review on the food, service and environment: 1. The bubble tea is so good, especially for those who don't like it too sweet and wants a more pronounced "tea" flavor. But of course if you would like it more sweet then you can request for that. Along with the tea, I tried the Oreo potted cup, which was so good as well. Not too sweet and overpowering, it feels like a genuine "treat" and not a overbearing "sugar meal." 2. The service is so good, the main cashier is so kind and funny. You feel like their first priority is that you have a great experience. 3. The environment is great as well, great music, along with great decor and games (board and electronic (being a NES system) games). In combination of great service, drinks and environment; this cafe provides a great energy for whether you are studying, catching up with friends or just to sit and relax. I've heard of this place for awhile but couldn't seem to find it at the complex it's located. The third time I've tried I finally found it and man was it worth it! It's right next door to Egg Harbor which is convenient since who doesn't like bubble tea after brunch, amirite? The first thing that caught my eye is the decor. They have plants all over the place and board games upon board games. The staff was super friendly and helpful! I ordered the matcha milk tea with boba - light ice and half sweetness, which is how I usually get my bubble teas. It was really good and came in a pretty nice cup too. Finally a good place for bubble (boba) tea in Sandy Springs. Love this place. Besides different kind of tea and so many different kinds of boba, they also have NES (Nintendo for us old timers) and board games to play with. Already been here couple of times. Last time we were here, we spent 3 hours playing games. Not sure if the store liked it but our family definitely enjoyed it. I can't really comment on any particular kind of drink as it's been great experience. read more

Friendly and fast staff and a really great overall vibe inside. It was my first time.. so I'll try it one more time but somehow...for some strange reason, my "bubbles" tasted burnt?? And VERY VERY chewy. The taro wasn't as sweet as I would've liked either. I'll go back to give it one more shot, but honestly... if it isn't good, I probably just wouldn't waste your tome. :/ read more

What I like most about teamo is the fact that it isn't a chain. The staff was very pleasant, there's plenty of parking, and the space is really really cool. My oolong milk tea was above average - I ordered half sweetness but if I did it again, I would get full because it tasted almost sugarless. The tapioca was simply not great, which is where they lose a star for me. It was mushy, which made it hard to fish out and control, sometimes giving me a sip full of it and others with nothing at all. read more
This place is in a shared plaza with a shared parking lot. It's a new bubble tea place with board games and an NES!!! It's a new place, only been open for 7 weeks now. Went to teamo yesterday to knock out a few projects. I got a regular sized taro milk tea with boba (1 free topping) and almond milk (+ .50) with no sugar and light ice. I love when boba places have customizable sweetness levels. The taro had great flavor and wasn't too over the top in flavor. The interior was clean and well designed- loved the flooring! They have charging stations, outlets at every booth, comfortable seating, and board games to play. for sure will be back here again. You order your goods @ the front. You find a seat & they delivery it to you. Red Dragon & Mango Passionfruit is always a classic. I love how you can taste the fruit & tea with the jumbo straws. What a wonderful idea . They have fun games, such as Jenga, Scrabble, & many more. Tons & tons of wall outlets to recharge any device. I loved the sink in the restroom with the blue bulb. The establishment is more fun to " hangout " @ than Starbucks. The vibe is more tranquil. Space is limited. However, it all fits together in the space that is provided. I hope they continue & persevere. Maybe even expand soon. This is a neat little tea shop. They have great products & unique advertising prompts. Keep doing what you do Team ! Teamo is a little cafe that serves hot and iced drinks ranging from fruity teas to frappuccinos. It seems like every drink has "toppings" that it either comes with or that you can have added. The toppings can range from red bean to fruit slices. It's a bit different from American drinks where the drink is homogeneous except for the ice, but the toppings are a super fun/interesting addition, both in flavor and in experience. In addition to the customizable toppings, the drinks are available with different levels of added sugar and ice. FLAVOR (5/5) The times that I've gone, I've had coffee milk tea and kiwi apple fruit tea. I also had the chance to taste their oreo frappuccino. Everything was pretty light (including the oreo!) and tasty. I've pretty much become a regular here since it's so close to home. Normally, I'd go to Buford Hwy for Bubble Tea. I'd rate 5/5 for flavor and variety of drinks. ATMOSPHERE (4/5) The shop is pretty cute and rarely crowded. It's lit with warm yellow light; the front of the shop is often bright with sunlight from the store front glass panes, while the back is darker, cozier. The music is a bit random: sometimes there's high energy pop music, sometimes slow ballads. Over all, it's a good place to sit and relax with some wifi and drinks. LOCATION (3/5) Teamo is located in a pretty busy plaza, conveniently next to several restaurants, fast food joints, grocery shops, and miscellaneous other businesses; as such, traffic always sucks and parking is only a bit better. HOURS (4/5) I really wish Teamo were open a bit earlier. The shop serves caffeine, but it's only open from 11 AM, somewhat past prime caffeine hours. It IS, however, open for a decently long time (from 11 AM to 10 PM, 11 hours straight). HEALTH (4/5) The drinks don't have calorie counts, nor other nutritional information added. It's mostly just sugar, tea, and fruit. The main topping (boba) is made from tapioca, which is high in calories but low in nutritional value. You CAN customize your order, so it's really easy to reduce the amount of added sugar. REWARDS Teamo also has a stamp card reward system with a ~10% discount (buy 10, get 1 free) much like other coffee and tea shops. read more

I got their Thai tea with grass jelly. *If you have your student ID, you get 10% off your drink price* - I paid around $3.90 for a decent "small" size and they also offer free dessert on your birthday)! Teamo has a decent sized space and seating. Customer service is great! Cute decorations too. They also have old school board games for you to play! read more
