I had the peach and lychee fruit tea with 0 added sugar, added bobas, and less ice. It also came with small slices of peaches and 1 lychee. I wasn't expecting the lychee but it was definitely a nice surprise! In addition, their cups are always pretty and with the heart shaped stopper. Their price is higher than other places but their fruit teas come in one large size so you get more for the higher price. I just happened to come across this place the other day and I'm so glad I did. It is seriously the best tea I've ever had. I got the lychee and red dragonfruit tea with lychee boba, and topped it with coconut foam. My son had the Jasmine with the cheese foam. They were both delicious. We went back the next day and got almost the exact same thing ( my son got the oolong Formosa tea with cheese foam the 2nd time, with lychee boba). I thought this placed was pronounced "team-o." I was wrong. This little tea shop is located in a shopping complex so parking was not an issue. My friend and I arrived 40 minutes before closing time (10pm) on a Monday night. It's such a cute little spot! Service was great. They were kind and attentive to our questions. I ordered the apple kiwi oolong fruit tea with tapioca. My friend ordered the dragonfruit/passionfruit fruit tea. My drink had the tea bag in there so I'm glad to know it's made fresh to order and explains the extra minutes of waiting. I really enjoyed my tea and the equal notes of oolong, apple and kiwi. I've mentioned before in other reviews, but I've been cafe hopping around ATL trying to find the best study spots. I stumbled across teamo one day when I was at brunch. My boyfriend and I were looking for a place to study at and luckily teamo was only a mile away from where we were! We arrived around 1:00 pm and there was a decent crowd, but we found a booth quickly. The booth was comfy and had outlets, but the lighting is sooo dim inside. We didn't stay long because we had dinner plans after, but I'm not sure if I could spend the whole day studying there without straining my eyes. Update: The owner saw my review since I wrote it on the spot while sitting here drinking the tea! He explained to me why the oolong tea was not as strong as it should be and offered me another drink which was super nice of him! The drink was definitely way better! The oolong tea was spot on! A really cute sit down cafe in a plaza. They have some games available here for people who just want to chill for a couple hours. I ordered a regular (which is their large) oolong tea with coconut milk foam. I had cheese and green tea foam in the past, but when I saw coconut foam I knew I had to try it. You can really taste the coconut in the coconut foam. It definitely goes well with the oolong tea. I wish the oolong tea was a bit stronger or have a little sweetness to it. I personally would prefer a strong oolong tea to go along with this amazing coconut foam. Oolong tea color is a bit light compared to what I've seen in the past, so not sure if that's why it doesn't taste as strong as regular oolong tea. It is very hard to mix the foam and the tea together. Overall, I think the drink is very refreshing and I'm able to try the foam, tea, and a combo of them together. In my opinion, what sets them apart from other drink places are their fruit teas. it is packed with fresh fruits. It is extremely refreshing and you get tons of fruit with your drink! They offer 12 types of fruit drinks (between $4.99-$6.99). They also serve bubble tea (11 types), cream tea (5 types), hot tea (6 types), hot beverages (like matcha latte, hot cocoa, etc) and frappucicino. My favorite drink was Supreme (5.99) and it comes with strawberry, blueberry, mango, dragon fruit, pineapple, lemon and kiwi. Also in order to keep the delicious flavor, they put a tea bag in it. I'm so glad to see more tea cafes around Atlanta in recent couple of years, which now offer so many different tea brewing drinks. Not as many other bubble tea spots, Teamo is more focused on its signature fruit tea and Naigai ( unflavored tea with a thick foamy cream top ), which are the trendy drinks nowadays in China, Japan and the rest of Asia. They freshly brew the tea after order on site (so it takes a bit longer to wait). Also, the fruits in their fruit tea (not just flavored tea bag, but real sliced fruit in your tea! ) are all freshly cut on site as well. Naigai (cream top) is made by a well blend of cheese cream, condensed milk and heave cream；not as the way making milk tea (cheap coffee mate ) Teamo makes its own Naigai daily on site with small batch to maintain its fresh, delightful and foamy texture and flavor. It's a really must try. The location is just next to Egg Harbor; the space is big enough for a class group/corp team hang out; and decor is simple but elegant, nice spot to get work done. Stumbled upon the soft opening of this place while on my way to Battle and Brew in Sandy Springs. Didn't expect to find my favorite milk cap (奶盖) place in Atlanta! Teamo is located in the Parkside Shopping Center just north of Atlanta in Sandy Springs. This is right across the street from Jinya Ramen Bar and in the same shopping center as Battle and Brew. Definitely won't have to worry about parking, as the shopping center has plenty. Their name plays off of the Spanish phrase, "Te'amo," which means "I love you" in English. The Chinese name is "茶多(cháduō)" which means "a lot of tea" in English. Really cute and clever all around. The interior is very rustic and calming, I could see myself coming here to work on homework or a project. Plenty of seating as well, which is a plus. The aunties who took my order were super nice, and gave me special instructions on how to drink my tea! I ordered the Dragon Well salty cream foam tea (龙井奶盖). The tea flavor was very strong, which was a nice change of pace from typical oversugared, understeeped teas I've gotten from other places in the US. The salty foam was very thick and delicious. It was a great balance of cheese and salt flavor that complemented the tea very well. The salty cream foam tea here is definitely comparable to popular Chinese stores such as Hey Tea (喜茶) and Gong Cha (貢茶). I have not tried other menu items yet, but the cake cream cap and fruit teas caught my eye and I can't wait to visit again! I love a good boba tea and generally only have a few locations to get it so happy to have another spot. The layout and decor of the shop is adorable! Everything is clean and smells great! They have available board games and a gaming system with a large TV. There is a good amount of seating as well. In terms of the food and drinks, there are coffees, teas (traditional hot herbal & cold fruit or milk teas) & choices of add ins, & some small pudding like desserts. I'm glad there is another bubble tea place in the Sandy Springs area. I didn't even know it was in the plaza until I was at Chipotle across from it. I had to try it one day! Right now they are having a promotion for the Grand Opening. They have a Buy One get One Free (milk tea) until March 31st. I went with a group of friends last night to try it out after dinner. On a friday night, it was pretty quiet. Not surprised as it is a new place and it's hard to notice it from the street unless someone told you about it. As we enter, it's pretty spacious and loved the style of it. Modern rustic style and looked clean. Their menu displays their signature fruit teas (which I recommend) and they have some variations of milk teas. With their special, we received 8 drinks in total. These are the drinks that we ordered: Red Dragonfruit Mango fruit tea Red Dragon Passionfruit tea Oolong Cream/Fresh Milk tea Supreme fruit tea (each of our drinks received one free original milk tea with one topping - I'm not sure if the topping comes with the free milk tea as they do charge for toppings 0.50 each) It was late and not busy so I think they just gave the topping complimentary. Anyways, the drinks came out and they look pretty nice. The fruit teas came with fresh fruit and still contained the tea bags. Definitely refreshing! The fruit teas range from $4.99-$6.99. The only thing I did not like were the milk teas. We chose oolong milk tea and I did not taste any oolong in it. I basically only tasted the half&half milk and the toppings had to pull some flavor. The oolong cream milk/fresh milk has a salty cream cheese milk cap floating on the top. It tasted like water and milk. Again, no strong flavor of oolong milk tea at all. The place had board games and also have a tv screen that is connected to a classic nintendo console. It's definitely a great place to relax and hang out with friends. I haven't tried any of their desserts, so I might be back when I'm in the area for it. The fruit teas are definitely recommended! This place is far for me so I'd rather go to places near me that have better drinks. The place is still new so they might tweak their milk teas a bit, but for now I would recommend going to Sharetea, Kung Fu Tea, or Teahouse formosa for milk teas. read more

I've been told that this cafe opened not too long ago so I decided to give it a try and I do not regret it one bit. Here's my review on the food, service and environment: 1. The bubble tea is so good, especially for those who don't like it too sweet and wants a more pronounced "tea" flavor. But of course if you would like it more sweet then you can request for that. Along with the tea, I tried the Oreo potted cup, which was so good as well. Not too sweet and overpowering, it feels like a genuine "treat" and not a overbearing "sugar meal." 2. The service is so good, the main cashier is so kind and funny. You feel like their first priority is that you have a great experience. 3. Went to teamo yesterday to knock out a few projects. I got a regular sized taro milk tea with boba (1 free topping) and almond milk (+ .50) with no sugar and light ice. I love when boba places have customizable sweetness levels. The taro had great flavor and wasn't too over the top in flavor. The interior was clean and well designed- loved the flooring! I saw someone take one sip of their drink and not like it and they would not remake the drink. The drinks have been watered down as of recently as well. It's mostly just sugar, tea, and fruit. The main topping (boba) is made from tapioca, which is high in calories but low in nutritional value. You CAN customize your order, so it's really easy to reduce the amount of added sugar.
