I moved back from San Diego where coffee and tea is prime and the standard is set pretty high. I'm not saying that I'm some boba expert like some reviewers on here claim to be but I know good coffee and tea when I taste it and teapresso has to be one of the best spots on Oahu. teapresso is my favorite boba place! i love the teapresso milk tea with boba 75% sweetness. the tea flavor is amazing and way better than other places. the boba is so good too!! its soft but not mushy. it still has a nice firmness to it. plus its sweet but not overpoweringly sweet. the location is nice and pretty spacious. ive come here to do homework a few times. only issue is that parking fills up fast and its sometimes hard to find a stall. i recommend asking for light ice because they usually put in a lot. it takes a little longer than other boba places to get your drink, but i dont mind waiting because i know its fresh brewed. read more

I only giving two stars because i Love the inside of the place, looks great for hangout and drink menu has a lot of choices but otherwise the drinks was very disappointing. I love boba, but this one is the worst I ever tasted. They have great drinks. I give two stars for customer service. We walked in 10:15am. They don't have name tags so I don't know the lady who served us. There are 5 of us who walked in but none of them greeted customers walking in. Lady don't even smile at all, she kept dropping our change and not even a sorry. It's a cute little boba place in Westgate Center. Their drinks are awesome. Love that they accept card and can earn points/special offers if you input your phone number. Wintermelon milk tea is my go-to. They have two different sizes of boba but often times run out of either one of them. The staff are friendly and the place has a nice vibe. I didn't know what to expect when I walked in here but really, I thought Teapresso Bar was a cute hangout place. I got a chocolate milk tea with less sweet (50%) but it was still delicious. I love how it doesn't taste like other milk teas, made out of the powdered stuff. My husband and I made a stop at this branch after church. I was so excited and mind you I've never had a bad costumer service in all of the other teapresso bar locations that I've been to. Until I made it here in Waipahu location. The moment we got in the costumer service was just bad. The lady at the counter was just awfully rude. She didn't even greet us nor said Hi, just stood there And she said something under her breath... I just let it slide. I was trying to pick my order and she wasn't helpful at all and on top of that she had this impatient look on her face. To make it worse, when it was my husband's turn to order, my husband was still deciding what to get, the lady kept rolling her eyes. ( I saw it all, as I was watching her like a hawk) and again being impatient.. when our drinks were done.. none of the crew even made an effort to let me or my husband know our drinks were ready. They just laid it on the counter top and it's just been sitting there. If I didn't turn and saw some drinks were just sitting at the counter we would just be sitting there and waiting until the drinks are watered down. I had to asked if it was ours and again with the attitude when they said yes. I had to get out as fast I could because I didn't want to make a scene. So we ordered Earl Grey milk tea, 25% sweetness, and Winter melon reg sweet, both have mini boba. We weren't impressed at all. They didnt taste like how we expect them to be. I love me some milk tea (don't really care for boba) but that's why I love this place they offer Crystal boba which is my absolute favorite. The workers are very friendly and really awesome management/ owner. I like how they have a point system and you randomly get discounts for your next visits. So excited to see a refreshingly new and hip business open in this shopping center. Stopped by during the soft opening while waiting for my kids to finish music and taekwondo lessons upstairs. The interior is beautifully decorated with local art and has a nice open feel with plenty of seating. The menu has quite a variety of choices and you can completely customize your drink. I love the tropic osmanthus iced tea, half sweet. It is so refreshing and good. Also tried the mango slush and strawberry slush, both very good. Will def be a regular here! read more

Friendly service but most of all I absolutely loved how I could fully customize my tea. Being an avid fan of tea I could taste quality in their green and black teas. From the very first drink I ordered all up to my most recent I haven't been disappointed yet. If you love tea I definitely recommend them. So far I have come to this location 3 times all this past week. I drink bubble tea literally every day and my usual place was getting old. I really like Teapresso compared to other places because of the quality of their teas. The taste of the tea and the consistency of the boba have been perfect each time! As for the customer service I've only had good experiences. The first night I ordered an earl grey milk tea but when it came out it was just black tea with no milk. I asked "Is this my milk tea?" She said "Did you want milk?" I said I thought I asked for ND creamer. She said she didn't hear it and would re make it. I was a little reluctant because I didn't want to waste I said she could just add the milk on top but she HAPPILY made me a new one with no complaints or attitude only smiles. So I was very grateful and finished the bubble tea before I got home which was 7 min away. I'm a new regular and I couldn't think of a better way to spend my bubble tea money than on a place that uses organic ingredients and has great customer service! read more

First of all, Teapresso Bar is my favorite milk tea place(s) on the island. So that in itself in an automatic 5 regardless on the location, however, this may be my new favorite location because it is close to home (finally) closer to the leeward side. Anyways, if you do not know what their drinks and milk teas are all about they have all of that information for you when you step in. Everything is organic and brewed which is pretty much why they are the best milk tea on the island (again my opinion but still speaking on behalf that I am a Hawaii milk tea-er drinker). They have samples that you can try as well as all of the menu items, even including their top 5 drinks, which I noticed does not really change often. Their top drink, which is my favorite drink, is their signature Teapresso milk tea. Some of my other favorites are the Vietnamese milk coffee, matcha, and all of the slushes. In regards to their location, they are located in the Waipahu town plaza area. If you are familiar with places like Thelma's, 808 dance studio, Kabingan, etc. they are within the same spots. Parking within the area can be busy or not. Whenever I come here in the weekends, I noticed that it can be busy. Compared to their other locations, I noticed that this must be their biggest one. They have their usual board games on the side and a good amount of table and seating areas. They even have a nice "Angel Wings" photo opportunity mural in the back near the restrooms. There is definitely a lot of going on at this location. If you have a Five Stars account, they definitely have that here as well as all of their other locations. Will become a regular down here from now on now that they are in Waipahu. Really dig the vibe and atmosphere especially you know you are in Waipahu cuz get all the Filipinos down this side, not to be stereotypical, I stay Filipino myself. read more

Having visited all of the other Teapresso Bars on O'ahu my friends and I had decided that it was absolutely necessary to visit the Waipahu soft opening seeing as though we live there. It's great that we can enjoy a Teapresso Bar fix on this side of the island. The quality of the Milk Tea is refreshing and is very well obviously made of authentic tea in comparison to other Boba/Milk Tea places in the vicinity that tend to lean towards powders and artificial flavoring - The Teas and Lemonades are also great thirst quenchers especially in the summer heat. Steve, the owner and founder of the company, was very friendly and hospital greeting us as we entered the door and guiding us through the process. The space on the inside is surprisingly large and can accommodate many people with big tables and seats along the walls. I can see this being a hangout not only for us but for many Milk Tea maniacs in the vicinity. We will definitely be coming quite frequently! Congratulations on the opening! read more

To be quite honest, i love teapresso, i feel that it's such a unique boba spot because of the variety of drinks you can choose from. However, this location specifically, seems to only get my drink right sometimes. I could literally ask for 25%, and they'd give me 100% ?? I know that doesn't sound like a big deal but its literally so simple to just get the sugar right ? I get it, one or two times the sugar may not be what I asked, not a big deal we all make mistakes it's COOL. But when it keeps happening ? Not to mention that when I ask for an alternate flavour, such as vanilla instead of their standard sugar, they completely ignore my request and don't add it in ?? Some days my drink is totally accurate, paired with great service. Meanwhile, other days my drink seems to be "winged," paired with OK service. I don't mean to sound picky, but i just want to help this location to improve on their service & drink making. I have never had this problem with the other locations. read more
