Taylor was incredibly patient, gentle, and engaging with my daughter the entire appointment. She took the time to explain each step in a fun way, asked about her favorite colors, and made sure she was comfortable--no rushing, no discomfort. The salon itself is clean, bright, and welcoming, with a nice vibe that didn't feel overwhelming. Taylor did a beautiful job on the nails--perfect shape, smooth application, and cute designs that my daughter is still showing off days later. They held up really well too! If you're looking for a nail tech who's great with kids (or just someone skilled and kind in general), Taylor at Cosmo Nail Salon is the one to book. My nail design was quoted at an additional $60 dollars so I simplified to the same design did the same thing on 6 nails. The pricing is expensive but I was expecting it to be good. The design was to look like a shell but the 3D lines clear lines ran together and the nail tech cured it and was happy with the way it looks... I'm not sure I paid an additional $30 for a really poorly executed design. I'm overall just super unhappy with the look and my experience. I was pressured into up charges for colors and designs which I finally spoke up for myself and changed but I'm super unhappy with what was to be celebration nails.. they just do not look good- and now I'm fixing my own feet which was the whole reason I went for a pedicure.

When I explained that I couldn't look through my phone because she had both of my hands, she made a face, and another employee brought over a bunch of gel colors and tossed them next to me. At that point, I decided to leave after they removed my gel. They still charged me for both a gel removal and a manicure, even though my nails looked far from manicured. Getting your nails done shouldn't feel rushed and uncomfortable, especially when you're paying to relax and enjoy the experience.
