Really cute new boba spot in Porter Ranch! I came to this plaza to grab some dinner next door at Sushi Ko and go grocery shopping at the Amazon store. I'd say that this boba spot is pretty legit. We walked in and they had available samples of the Matcha Royals and the Grasshopper. Grasshopper had like cucumber and lychee green tea. It seemed pretty unique! I ended up ordering the Gauva Sunset and I loved it. It wasn't too sweet, really refreshing and the boba was cooked perfectly. I like how you can customize the sweetness level and how much ice you can get in the drink. It's SUPER clean inside! Bathroom was very clean. Parking is super easy and free. Ok I tried out on their soft opening last Friday. Never had this franchise boba before. The place was nice and new but a bit small. As for the boba, I got the regular milk tea boba and mango fun something as pictured. The milk tea was just ok nothing special. My hubby said the mango smoothie was way too sweet. Everyone that worked there was super nice and helpful when you're asking about the drinks, the flavors, sweetness levels and everything there as well as I would say the drinks are good. I'm more of a person that likes to get creative flavors when I go to a drink place and as far as that goes I would say it was pretty good as well. Cutest little boba place in Porter Ranch. It is hidden in the corner of a busy shopping plaza next door to Amazon Fresh so parking is plentiful, just busy. The shop is clean and staff is very friendly. The prices are comparable to other boba stops but they do have a rewards system you can sign up for. The best thing about this place is that you have control of the sweetness level of your drink. I say the sweeter the better, but others prefer less so and here you have that option. My only complaint is that we put in an order of five drinks all with boba. As they were in the middle of preparing our drinks, they get another large order (either by phone or online) and turns out they didn't have enough boba for both orders. Instead of cancelling the order that came in AFTER mine, they changed my order to "no boba", which come to think of it, I probably still got charged since nothing was refunded. If it wasn't for that mishap, I would have given them a 5 star. You should always provide the best customer service to those right in front of you. read more

So I came here to relax and study in a chill, quiet boba spot. I tried this chain in San Jose and it didn't meet my drink expectations so I thought I could give it another try with a different location but the drinks are still not great. I got the strawberry sangria and the fruit tea itself is just water. The only thing that gives the drink flavor is the added strawberry chunks. It was frustrating because usually before you drink boba, it is most efficient to flip the drink upside down and shake it so it mixes all up. But the seal was not even sealed properly so it almost destroyed my laptop! I had high hopes for this chain but I don't think I would recommend this boba spot. read more
