Everyone that worked there was super nice and helpful when you're asking about the drinks, the flavors, sweetness levels and everything there as well as I would say the drinks are good. I'm more of a person that likes to get creative flavors when I go to a drink place and as far as that goes I would say it was pretty good as well. Cutest little boba place in Porter Ranch. It is hidden in the corner of a busy shopping plaza next door to Amazon Fresh so parking is plentiful, just busy. The shop is clean and staff is very friendly. The prices are comparable to other boba stops but they do have a rewards system you can sign up for. The best thing about this place is that you have control of the sweetness level of your drink. I say the sweeter the better, but others prefer less so and here you have that option. My only complaint is that we put in an order of five drinks all with boba. As they were in the middle of preparing our drinks, they get another large order (either by phone or online) and turns out they didn't have enough boba for both orders. Instead of cancelling the order that came in AFTER mine, they changed my order to "no boba", which come to think of it, I probably still got charged since nothing was refunded. If it wasn't for that mishap, I would have given them a 5 star. You should always provide the best customer service to those right in front of you. read more

Immediately greeted upon entry and I asked for a recommendation for non dairy, non caffeinated drink. Order the Silky Strawberry (less sweet) & I was delighted with it. It tasted like strawberry milk but with the benefits of the puree in it vs a syrup (which is usually just sugary!). I also picked up the Thai Tea and was told it tasted good too (wasn't my drink but I did try a sip). Ample parking and there's outdoor seating as well. So I came here to relax and study in a chill, quiet boba spot. I tried this chain in San Jose and it didn't meet my drink expectations so I thought I could give it another try with a different location but the drinks are still not great. I got the strawberry sangria and the fruit tea itself is just water. The only thing that gives the drink flavor is the added strawberry chunks. It was frustrating because usually before you drink boba, it is most efficient to flip the drink upside down and shake it so it mixes all up. But the seal was not even sealed properly so it almost destroyed my laptop! I had high hopes for this chain but I don't think I would recommend this boba spot. read more

I love to support small businesses. My daughter and I wanted to splurge on 2 pricey boba and were excited to taste Black Sugar Assam and Liquid Gold. The Black Sugar Assam tasted like water and boba. My daughter had me try it and said it was so underwhelming. I thought she was too critical until I tried it and agreed. Evian is cheaper than this. My liquid gold was anything but gold. Mine had a subtle hint of flavor. I could only taste the boba. For $12.87, it's a hard pass. Although there is a sign that says they will gladly remake your drink to you liking. I don't want to be a taste tester. Something is off with their recipes. At these prices, I can't see myself coming back to only have 3/4 of two unfinished drinks. They do a lot of teas just all right, but they focus on making a ton of different options without focusing on the quality of the tea. Teaspoon focuses on making a good number of teas. The staff are nice and friendly at this location, but you can tell their true focus is on the art of tea crafting. The quality and taste of the teas made at Teaspoon are far superior to that of its competitors that usually focus on quantity over quality. Also, they have cool stuff like crystal boba.
