I stopped by this Teaspoon today right when they open after I returned a package at the Amazon Fresh next door. I think the guy working today was still trying to wake up because he really wasn't that talkative when I walked in. The energy I felt just wasn't there even when I told him that this was my first time ever at a Teaspoon. I got my wife her Thai Tea and asked for easy ice, no boba and no cream. I asked for easy sweetness but he told me they don't do that here so I took it as is. I didn't realize that the cream was the half and half so I was surprised when the drink came out and it didn't look like Thai tea. While the guy was making my drink, I went to use the bathroom which is a all gender bathroom. They have some seating inside of this place but there also outside seating as well. Teaspoon Porter Ranch had their soft opening last Friday, and today I was able to go check them out. Service was friendly and fast, at the time I went there was no line/wait. They serve lattes, milk teas, coffees. I ordered the white grape (100%) sweetness and it was delicious (not overly sweet). Ambiance was nice they have several indoor tables with both chairs/bench. Great service and friendly staff here! As I have come time and time again to this great location I have seen how it's only gotten cuter over time. There are little cute trinkets of cultural icons. The staff is super friendly and helpful with what drink to choose as well and you can tell you're talking to your neighbors when coming here. Needed to get some coffee for the day and stumbled upon this new cafe/boba shop nearby so my bf and I decided to check it out. Couldn't have asked for a better coffee/boba shop for Memorial Day! I read online that the golden brew came with a hazelnut flavor so I didn't think to ask for it when ordering till I saw afterwards, a little side note, available flavors... :( it's ok! I'll definitely be back next time and even though I didn't get a flavor this time, the coffee flavor was brewed perfectly and had the perfect amount of cream and sweetness! I even asked for extra boba because I LOVE having that extra bit, and it was perfect. I was super surprised at the chewiness of their boba pearls. They were super chewy and had a nice, honey/sweet flavor! My bf killed his matcha drink so quickly and my mom enjoyed her mango drink. I actually am a member of the gym right next door to Teaspoon so I've witnessed the construction of this place for the last few weeks. Nice to see it finally open. I dropped in this past weekend. Admittedly it was far too cold for me to get boba so I didn't actually partake in what they were known for. I did instead get the coffee cake, which was staring at me through the glass display case. You can tell they are still ironing out the kinks from being new as they moved at a fairly slow pace. Plus I ordered a piece of bread essentially and it took a while to get to me - compared to Starbucks where they kind of just hand it to you on the spot.
